Worst "restaurent" in Quebec city (would like to give 0star). Me and my friend visited this place from Ottawa. We tried to order surf and turf/ Terre de mer, and the store manager(or owner) told us there's no order called Terre de met. I saw it on the screen, so I tried to take photo of it, and show it too him. As I was trying to take a photo of it, he imedietely changed his words and told us there is a menu calls d"Terre de mer". And he laughed at us for no reason. I learned French for more than 10 years, and can fully understand French. So when he was making 3 of our orders, he talked to his co-worker in French, by trash talking us and saying we were crazy and swearing at us! I did not respond in French because I didn't wanted to argue with him. As we got our 1st menu, we ordered shrimp pad-thai, the manager instead gave us chicken pad-thai(wrong order). It seems like the manager doesn't know the store's menu and can't make it. As well As, have a bad manner and called us a fool and insulted us. I would like to tell every customer of this restaurant, if you seem like you can't speak French, the manager and workers will talk behind you guys and even swear in French. Since we "cant" speak French. Don't ever go to this store, and we will never come back.

Service not good The food is usual like other Thai Express, but the service is terrible. I went today (17 August at 7:15pm) with my family. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 9pm, but the two staff at the counter told us that they can only take our order if we are fine with take away. We agreed, but they refused to serve many customers as they wanted to eat inside the restaurant. This was very unprofessional on a weekend evening when everyone was way within the time limit. Probably the staff just wanted to avoid the hassle of cleaning tables afterwards. Should be taken care of. Thanks.

I orded tom yum soup and 3 others but it came Terrible taste not real Thai food way It's modified to tourists taste. Even we spoke Thai they want to charge Cilantro. This is worst Thai restaurant in my life. They said we don't have changes for cash Pay customers even they have cashdraw in order to get more money from visitors. Do not even attempt to go or order for carry out. One star is even too much for this Thai Express. They want to get tips (make more complicated card machine buttons) card payment customer even they dont serve on table. DO NOT TRY THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!

I read a lot of comments complaining about this restaurant. People, especially tourists, needs to understand that this restaurant isn't a restaurant at all but simply fast-food service. It's like if Quebecois wanted to eat a poutine in a restaurant based in Thailand; it's probably not gonna taste as tasty as in Quebec. Thai Express is like McDonalds. If you're expecting to have a AAA steak quality; you're gonna be disappointed. So if you want something fast and tasty enough to fill your empty stomach after a hangover, that'll do the job but expect more than that.

Was craving Asian food, so I stopped here for a quick bite. This place is basically just offers fast Asian food you might get at the mall or a food court. Got the pad see ew with tofu, which was so oily and not tasty. The tofu was hard and flavorless. Also note that the spicy is actually pretty spicy, and makes your food even harder to stomach. I would definitely not recommend, especially since the meals end up being around 11CAD or more, abd everything is served in disposable containers and with single-use utensils.

Tout d'abord, le resto est sale. Le plancher, les tables, chaises. Ce serait bien qu'un employé nettoie plus souvent. De plus, me faire texter dans la face par votre employée pendant que j'attendais pour dire ma commande est inacceptable. La sauce brune qui est utilisée dans la plupart des plats devraient être changée. De plus, 15 $ pour un trio est trop élevé pour la qualité de produit que vous offrez. J'aime mieux payer plus cher ailleurs.

La nourriture était juste correcte sans aucune saveur. Très peu dans l'assiette pour 14$, sans avoir eu le rouleau ! Le temps d'attente a été de 14 minutes un mercredi midi. À la sortie, lorsque vient le temps de vider nos cabarets, les poubelles débordent et c'est très malpropre. Jamais plus de Thaï Express. On est toujours mal servi, n'importe quelle concession où on va !

A chaque fois que je vais la jespere que ca va etre mieu de la derniere fois mais non ceat toujours decevant. Les legumes ne sont pas frais, et le tout est "bouetteux". De plus aujourdhui lorsque jai voulu me servir dans les sauces a rouleau une armé de mouche a fruit est sortie de la... Ouache!!!!

Pas extraordinaire et assez dispendieux pour les ingrédients qui composent les repas. Pour ce qui est des sandwichs du Café Dépôt, je dirais malheureusement qu'ils sont aussi ordinaires. À noter que le service est lent puisque les employés doivent s'occuper des 2 comptoirs en même temps...

양은 많습니다. 가격은 한 메뉴당 한화 만원 정도로 가성비가 좋다고는 할 수 없습니다. 맛은 그저 그렇습니다. 팟타이를 매우 매운맛으로 시켰으나 그렇게 맵지는 않았습니다ㅎㅎ 양은 정말 많습니다. 저희는 그럭저럭 잘 만족하며 먹었습니다. 똠양에 새우, 팟타이에 치킨(매운맛), 볶음밥에 소고기 했습니다. 저희는 토론토하루 몬트리올 이틀을 거쳐 퀘벡까지 캐나다에 온지 5일째 되는 날이었고, 근처 식료품점에서 팔도 컵라면을 겨우 찾아 먹은 뒤 개운한 음식을 찾고 있었습니다. 똠양이 해결책이 될 지도 모르겠네요.

우리는 커플이다. 단 두명! 내부의 대부분의 테이블은 눌러붙은 소스들과 함께 굉장히 더러웠다. 직원들의 태도 또한. 똠얌수프하나와 라이스메뉴한가지 그리고 미니쌀국수수프하나. 음식이 나온것은 똠얌수프하나 라이스메뉴하나 그리고 미니쌀국수수프 3개..?? 우리는 관광객이다. 의사소통이 원활하지 않더라도 우리가 푸드파이터같아보이지 않는다면 두명이 이정도의 음식을 주문하지는 않을것이라는것을 알것이다. 음식의 양은 쓸데없이 너무나도 많았고 맛은 없었다. 팁을 받는것조차 창피해야할것이다.

Mauvais service. Le restaurant affiche qu'il ferme à 20h. Je suis rentré dans le restaurant à 19h20, toute la nourriture était déjà rangée et ils ont refusés de me servir en raison de la pluie! Drôle de raison! Surtout pour de la restauration rapide...??

C'est correct sans être exceptionnel. Le riz n'était pas assez cuit ce qui est un peu la loose pour un restau asiat. Chaîne de restauration qui dépanne bien quand on ne sait pas quoi manger et qu'on a pas envie de se faire un burger

J'ai commander une assiette de poulet général tao et le poulet était sec comme de la roche! C'est peut-être parce que j'ai commander 15 minutes avant la fermeture mais j'en suis presque traumatisée.

Ils devraient mettre à jour leurs heures d'ouverture. C'est décevant quand ça dit que c'est ouvert jusqu'à 21h, mais qu'à 20:10 tu te cogne à une succursales portes fermées, lumières éteintes!

This is a no-fuss *healthy* approach to Thai fast-food. It certainly exceeds Thai Zone in quality. Pretty decent if you're desperate for food and unwilling to compromise your healthy habits.

Rice is terrible. It's over cooked for fried rice. And they didn't even ask put tomato and pineapple to fried rice. If you go other Thai express, they are going to ask about it.

Typical eatery, we ordered several vegetarian dishes, they appeared to be a bit sweet for my liking. Washroom are a bit tight... almost like a broom closet.
