I've been here like 3-4x. To be fair they're good in doing HARD thai massage which I like and not all the therapists are rude but one time I brought my partner to get a massage as well. He likes soft to medium massage but no oil. So we both choosed traditional thai massage. In the middle of the massage I heard my partner saying to make it a little bit softer ( mind you my partner doesn't complain as much as he can, if he did that means he couldn't really hack it) but the therapist didn't reply to him then my partner said it again for the second time then the therapist replied but like after 30 seconds!? (what a rude gesture) and her response to my partner was "next time get the aromatherapy massage" I was sooo shocked and disappointed. Now its like his fault!? My partner didn't just say anything back to the therapist. He didn't enjoy his massage from then until it finished. He even thought of just getting up and leave. I feel so sorry for him. We were there to relax after not just a long day but a long week. I'm pretty sure even though my partner chosed traditional thai massage he could still advise them to make the massage softer! We've been to different massage places and they always ask us before they start if we want soft, medium or hard. Another thing, everytime I go there the therapists always talk to each other (talking not just once but like several times) while massaging clients which is not so big deal for me BUT I think it's not really good and professional. People go there to relax and for sure they don't want to hear them talking or whispering to each other. I hope the management will do something about the staff who do these things. I regret for not getting the name of the rude therapist who did my partner. If only there are other massage place near our home that closes late as well like they do I will never come back here. But yeah since the incident happened we haven't came back yet.

Had a one hour hot oil Thai massage today by Boss and am feeling great! He really focused on the problem areas on my back (shoulder and lower back) and always asked to make sure the pressure was OK. I really felt like he put in a lot of effort to work the knots/tightness out instead of giving up halfway like other massages I have had from other places. The place was very clean and has a nice ambience despite being on a main St. Only downside is the toilet was a bit dirty and the tea was not hot, but it's not a Cafe and I think the toilet was meant for staff only, so no marks deducted, especially when everything else was so great :)

I have been involved in an accident on 06.05.2022 where I was hit by another vehicle from the left side. I was injured. Since then I have visited physician 3 times but the pain increased leading to bed rest. Yesterday on Saturday I called few massage centres and ended with our Blacktown Thai Village massage. I was skeptical however arrived there in time. First of all not an excellent impression but surprisingly excellent work of massage art. I will recommended this to anyone and everyone. No one asked for a review but a Swadi khap was enough to get me onboard. . The Masseuse name Mae (Mai) is really good, I don't know about others.

I have always had a good experience here but the last 2 times have been a little different. It is clean and they are always friendly. The last 2 times I have asked them not to use elbows while massaging as it isn't pleasant and it hurts quite a lot. I go there for a relaxing aroma oil massage but it isn't relaxing when they are digging their elbows in. Please listen to your customers next time. I have arthropathy in my lower back and also a herniated disc. This is why I tell them not to use elbows but they don't listen. They would have been given 5 stars if they would have listened to my request.

I have always enjoyed Thai Village massages all over Sydney for over 10 years. This was the first one leaving me with a headache and pain in my leg. Technique was minimal, mainly using arms and rubbing with hands. The person who massaged me also answered a call during the session and kept lighting massaging my arms during the call. She was very inconsistent with her massaging. During my foot massage she forgot about 3 toes on foot, even back wasn’t kept consistent. I’m sure there are other people there that know what they are doing. Make sure they are not young and inexperienced.

Friendly staff, but massage was below average. I’ve been there 3 times because I thought maybe it was the masseuse I had but all 3 were the same. If you’re after a lot of bone to bone massaging then you’ll like this place. Also, VERY over priced. $90+ for an hour and $60 for half an hour. You can get a way better massage for a lot less money elsewhere. The layout of the place is good but that’s the only good thing about this place. Also noticed in past comments that only the good reviews get a response lol. Basically, the price and massage do not match.

I would like to thank the lovely team who always give me a wonderful experience when I come to visit. I have been coming here for a number of years now and definitely to recommend this place if you are looking for a place to unwind from a hard day. They have taken care of me through pregnancy and now post partum! I also would like to thank the awesome staff last week who handled a slight miscommunication issue last week! The team definitely goes above and beyond for all their customers.

Ive been here easily 10x and all but two experiences were amazing. The massage is impeccable however both times i have been taken to the secondary location (roughly 20m or 3 stores over) i have been cold, disrupted by street noise as there is no music, the oil for the hot oil massage has been cold and it seems to be used as a lunch room of sorts so lots of microwave noises and people watching videos on their phones. Next time i will not go unless i am booked into the main shop.

Went their for the first time today with my 2 friends . Everything was amazing , the staff , the ambience the service . For what your paying it's definitely worth it . The beds are comfortable to lay on ( coming from someone who is plus size ) . Not once did I feel hesitant or shift around. The location is convenient. They have parking at the back aswell as kmart is next door . Overall ,we left feeling refreshed and glowing . Will definitely be coming back again.

I have been a customer for many years now. I have always found the service very caring and professional. They offer lots of different packages and I have tried most of them, they are all very good. The music they play is very peaceful and the setting is beautifully presented, just like a visit to Thailand. After your massage, you receive a complimentary tea. The store also sells a Bael fruit tea which I always purchase to take home.

I asked the lady who was massaging me multiple times to reduce the pressure, she did not listen. I had chosen the “aroma therapy Thai & hot oil massage”. The massage was so painful for me and not relaxing at all. The next day my shoulders and back felt bruised & my body felt sore all over. I don’t usually give bad reviews but I felt like I had to hop on here for this because my experience was really disappointing.

The massage was normal, nothing extraordinary about it and was overpriced. Me and my husband went there for a oil massage. And they used hot burning oil for massage instead of warm. It caused redness on my husband's leg. The lady at the reception was quite rude and didn't accept the mistake of their staff member. She could only give a $10 discount when we both spent $190 for 1 hour of absolutely useless massage.

Receptionist is quite rude, doesn't communicate to customer's request politely. The massager is not asking and didn't do the focus point requested and the massage is too hard and painful even it was ticked for medium. The worst thai massage parlor I've been. In addition, they're talking in their own language in front of their customer which you don't know if their gossiping.

Went here with my mom and sister and got the Gold package. The receptionist was very polite and helpful, and the ambience was quite relaxing (as you'd want it to be at a massage). My masseuse was fantastic, very attentive and gave the right amount of pressure for my massage but gentle enough when doing my facial. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

One star is more For me to give I would like to give them 0 Stars for there service very unprofessional and untrained service given by them hence paid 90$ for the service fully wasted had to leave the massage halfway and go very dissatisfied and disappointed by the service given by them would not recommend to anyone if anyone goes must go with the trained one.

My second time visit to this thai village. What a wonderful massage Natty, massage therapist gave me by knowing what was my requirement and put that much pressure only. It was very relaxing and I am already feeling better, great stress reliever that was. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested. I will be going here every month. Thank dear

First time massage experience, absolutely loved it. I went with my friend and we got 45 minute deep tissue oil massages. The girl respected my privacy and was always putting just the right amount of pressure. They were always happy, they also gave us some tea at the end. Absolutely going to go again sometime, my body feels amazing.

Yep, deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. Focussed on releasing the knots and tension in my lower back, and found some soreness in and around my shoulder blades, which i thought were pretty good prior to the visit. So am extra happy with that. Will be back in another week or so for sure. Very relaxed now. Thankyou.

We were told the shop was at full capacity after we made a booking. To our surprise they had a private shop 2 doors up to cater for us, it was truly an experience alone quiet, no one else in the shop. All the focus on us. Completely recommend this place and had the best couples massage.

I have been to many Thai massage therapy places all over Sydney and this location is hands down the best. Prices are great and affordable and there are always deals going on too. Staff are extremely polite, friendly and professional. I can't recommend this place enough.

Mediocre massage. Paid extra for the promo; she spent the whole 15 minutes just scratching my head with one hand. Seemed as though she was on her phone with the other hand. The lady working at the front is really lovely, hence the 3 stars.

Receptionist was so rude. She said hurry up and come outside quickly even though there is no one waiting. Massage was good. They don't know ladies or girls always had lower back pain they didn't massage well on that part.

Nice massage but no stretched with Thai massage. Had a saying $59/hr then charged $90. When questioned three people had a discussion and decided oil costed $30 extra and they weren’t happy I asked what the price jump was.

Worst thai massage I booked in for deep tissue with no baam only oil. I daughter 8yr old had more pressure then the massuse and on top of it she applied baam.. . Very bad experience please avoid....
