I really needed a massage, and while walking past, i thought I'd give them a go. In the back of my mind, I was afraid of spending money thinking chances are they will just hurt me. Filled in a consult form, which was great. But they didn't read it. You circled where you wanted to be massaged and cross where you didn't want them to touch. I needed a back and neck massage bad, so I circled the back and crossed over the legs as I had a knee injury. I also had the option to circle soft, medium, or hard. I chose medium. The first thing she does is start to climb on my legs. I asked her to stop. She was confused that I didn't want a warm-up by putting her whole body weight on my legs. Then she proceeded to massage my back so hard I would no doubt bruise and felt like she was going to break a rip. I asked her to go softer. She then went so soft that I may as of not bothered. It was flimsy. I asked again for a medium massage, and she went straight to super hard again. Went back and forth a few times - too heavy to hardly touching me like she didn't have an option between the two extremes. Eventually, I just gave up and went for the heavier massage. It amazes me these places that think we all want this super strong massage, going home bruised like that was money worth spending.

The place was recommended by my friends as they has a good time there but I was so DISAPPOINTED! The customer service was terrible! I called them to make a reservation at 1pm using my friend's name and I've clearly stated to add another booking instead of changing my friends' booking (they had one under the same name at 12:30), but unfortunately they didn't understand, so we weren't booked successfully. This is really not something unacceptable IF THEY HAD A GOOD ATTITUDE and admit their mistakes instead of BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR BOOKING WITH THE SAME NAME! People all make mistakes, so I was willing to sort out the booking details and times with them, but their attitude made me so mad. I will never come to the place again.

I have been to this shop many times and the previous ones have been very good, but the other day I tried it with my boyfriend and got an unprofessional massage experience. The masseuse's technique is not professional: continue to massage my left and right sides with different techniques, and the strength is not very good, more like touching my skin. After the massage did not have the usual feeling of relaxation, as if the 100 Australian dollars spent for nothing. But I still want to give this lovely shop a chance. I hope you can train your staff well, standardize massage techniques, and don't let customers down

I made a last minute appointment for a 60-minute Cocoa Butter Body Massage, and I was greeted by a friendly face, then guided to the room and given clear instructions to get ready for the masseuse. When Emmy (the masseuse) arrived, she communicated really well with me; checking if the pressure was okay a couple of times throughout. I was able to really relax and get the most out of my massage because I felt like I was in good hands from the get go. (Also the cocoa butter was so nice and warm, just the thing to end a big day.) I’d recommend to any of my friends or family.

I have been this place couple of times. Really like it. However, l discovered they might not changing the towels for the next customer after the massage?! After my last massage, a staff (nothing in her hands) went into my room immediately after I walked out the room, then closed the door. A while later she came out with only a white sheet (the sheet I was lying on) but no towels. I took a peek the room again, all the towels were rolled back in the basket. Not sure what's the magic but be aware of this matter. Bring your towel if you have any concerns.

Absolutely amazing, surprisingly quiet since it’s near the street, I mean quiet for a person with migraines. Very friendly staff, nice lighting so calming. I had a very tight neck couldn’t move my neck to the right. The girl released a lot of pressure off my neck not fully can move my neck to the right but considering I see Physio every week for my neck she did an amazing job. A personal suggestion: maybe ‘lemon grass & ginger tea’ as another choice would be great for me. But I really enjoyed they one they offer.

I had a one hour coco butter full body massage, but my neck and shoulder area were missed out even I had highlighted these two areas need more massage. What’s more, both the two female massagists were not professional, I can feel they are like trainees. Very disappointed…And the room it’s freezing, the coco butter is not warm while I am having the massage, got a bad headache and cold after the massage…. won't come again...doesn't worth the money, it's pricey compared with other massage stores as well...

Best massage ever! Highly recommend this place. I went here this morning to have a full body massage for 60m by Polly. At first glance, the price is a bit higher than what I normally have in other places, I hesitated to get in. However, it’s worth every cent. After all, I think the price reflects the skills and the professionalism of the staff as it is such a premium experience. Polly is the the best masseuse in Brisbane imho.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Benny was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! The pressure was perfect, her methods flowed from one area to another and really got the knots out me. She was very kind and gentle moving around. I'm so sure the rest of the team would deliver the same quality of service and I would recommend this spa to everyone! Thank you Benny!

I desperately needed a massage on my very tight shoulders and back; I was at the point of being very irritable about it. I walked in and was offered an appointment straight away. The staff were very friendly and the massage was excellent. After 60 minutes, I felt better that I have in months. Thanks very much for a wonderful treatment, and the lovely tea at the end of it all.

Amazing! If you're in the area I definitely recommend this place for a massage. As you step in you are welcomed by a front reception room, the massage rooms are through to another room and are very private, tranquil and relaxing. The lady who massaged me was professional and listened to my needs. She did an absolutely wonderful job and I would 10/10 come back here.

I called in and managed to secure a same day booking. I was attended to by a super friendly staff member at reception and my masseuse was Polly! She was the best ever! The quality of service and the massage overall was amazing! I felt so relaxed once the massage was done and it really elevated my mood the entire day! Thank you so much Polly! I will be back again!

How lovely is this place? Such a relaxing atmosphere and peaceful vibe from the moment you walked in. My husband and I were treated to a well needed massage that was as good as any other we've had over the years and then enjoyed a delicious cup of Bael Tea, so good that I bought a packet. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to Brisbane. Thank you.

I bought a package on coupons App with reasonable price. On the App it shows customers can choose oil or coconut butter which r 2 options for massage. But it seems no option when I did that. The atmosphere is good and staffs are really friendly! Just I feel the way when staff did massage on my left side and right side is a little bit different.

We had a couples massage and they fit us in on the same day that I called. Friendly staff, good communication throughout the whole process, happy to accommodate our individual needs/requests. Reasonably priced. Clean and professional. Very sound proof to outside city noise. Would recommend!

The atmosphere in the establishment was great with beautiful decorations as well as the staff was very friendly. However, the price for the massage was too high even in the city. I was left with a headache after the massage which lasted for 2 days. Good place to go on a short notice.

Disappointed because my previous massage here was amazing. This time around, I had to keep asking the therapist to go stronger on pressure repeatedly despite writing it on the form at the start. Did not feel like a massage at all, and it’s sad because I really liked this place.

This massage parlour used to be good. Before when they had a proper receptionist. Now they miss appointments and tell you to come back multiple times so you cancel your appointment. I did give them multiple tries before writing this review, maybe I'm not a good customer.

Staff have amazing customer service, cleanliness of store is immaculate. My favourite place to go in all of Brisbane for a massage, personally enjoy deep tissue massages, the pressure is great and I always feel brand new afterwards. The tea they serve is always a bonus!

I would say it's ok. Price are not too expensive but the massage was not the best I had. I said medium pressure, luckily I did not say strong. The lady pushed a bit to strongly, I could feel pain the next three days. I don't think I will try again unfortunately

This place is always a delight. The staff are incredibly skilled. The receptionist who worked on a Saturday a week ago was extremely friendly and helpful. What can I say it’s my go to place for massage when I am in that area.

The Area of concern that I circled on the consultation form was not focused in the 75 minute massage. Came to the reception explained the receptionist this is what happened I was not even offered a complimentary treatment.

Really relaxing 2 hour massage. First the 1 hour hot oil massage then the 1 hour foot massage. The setting is great and the massage therapist was really professional and courteous. Would love to come back.
