Heard a lot about Thalasso Luxury spa ! It was pretty near to Hyatt hotel where i was staying, wanted to relax on a sunday ! So went head and booked an appointment! A beautiful lady asnwered my call, she was courteous and polite , had a vast knowledge of the variety of massages they provided ! Went ahead for a balinese massage for 90 minutes on her recommendation!! It didnt dissapoint , it was very relaxing , cozy environment! My therapist took great care of my body , she knen what to press and when to press ! Loosened my whole body nicely ! Even went for a jacuzzi along with a chocolate scrub on her suggestion, it was a complete panpering of my body ! After the session was over she stood there for me holding a green tea and some dry fruits, it was just awesome ! The manager Laila asked me for my detailed feedback inside the room while i was enjoying my tea, she really took an interest into me wellbeing, and sugested me some tips on everything ! Great to hear from her a very sweet voice ! Thanks to the whole tem of Thalasso ! Absolutely majestic , I would highly recommend Thalasso luxury spa to others !!!!!! 7 star luxury spa by all means ….Hell of an amazing experience

Just simply amazing massage I ever had !!!!! Checked it out on Instagram , have been a regular spa goer for a while but never have I witnessed such luxury and professionalism, attention to detail ! What can I say ? .... The words are just not enough ...... Where do I start ?? The manager Teepy was outstanding , greeted me with a fun friendly vibe, calmly explained to me a about the services that they offered , I had never ever met a person with a deep know how of massages in India ! It was just a pleasure to listen to her , her expertise was a plus .... I settled in smoothly and quickly acted on her suggestion of a four hands signature cure of the sea ! A Thalasso speciality ..... The interiors,ambience was classy I had never come across even in a five star..... simply blew my mind ....

Gifted a Thalasso signature therapy with jacuzzi to my girlfriends and they absolutelt loved it ! They cannot stop talking about the therapy, it was quite a fun day for them, they enjoyed a lot and perfect start for a sunday, their therapists shan and charlin were just amazing ! They were interactive, used interesting techniques not like the boring massage places we have in Delhi ! And a huge plus as it was super clean, no oil smells,clean and super luxury spa ! They r recommending to all their friends , I must say we took a spa in Lodhi hotel but this experience was even better than that ! And it was pretty near to Lodhi hotel, so it was just superb ! Called them and nana their manager sounded polished and she was very skilled in explaining the types of therapies ! Suggested me a choice between four hands therapy and jacuzzi signature therapy !! The ambience was even better than the pictures , cleanlness top class , my therapist alice was just out of this world ! She knew al the tricks ! They have done amazing with this setup! Got free on the weekend pretty late ! Was i n luck to find Thalasso Luxury Spa in vasant vihar open late around 10 pm ! Everything was spick and span .. Called in to hear a lovely voice of the manager and was sold on going for a therapy there right away ! Pampered indefinitely !!! Went for a jacuzzi milk n rose petal bath one of there signature massages with 2 therapists … absolutely loved, it was so good im out of words ! Charming therapists lee and jasmine just did the trick ! They worked on my full body with intense pressure application …very satisfying !

Im surprised by the amazing decor of this spa ! Managers nana and laila were just awesome , they promised me a relaxing therapy and i got more than that ! It was a breathtaking experience, my masuese kiki was one of the best i have been with ! They used pure almond oil for massage which is a very high standard oil for a spa ! Good quality products, clean place was just a few things i can say about such luxurious spa ! They even served me the fresh fruits ! Healthy and joyous environment ! Loved it ! Was really tired had finished a conference in hyatt hotel ! Google helped me look for a nice spa ! Found the reviews very informative and the ambience in the pictures looked genuine and clean ! It was quite near to Hyatt hotel too !! Everything went smoothly was surprised how good they were ! A real deal i must say , masters in therapy kudos to my therapist zara ! She was unbelievably good ! Very posh, forgot about my hectic day ! A five star spa by all means !

It's a good spa & massage parlour in basant lok shopping centre it is just behind the petrol pump this spa purviding very good services in very affordable prices last i am taken Aroma massage therapy in 2500 for 60 min i am strongly recommend it please use this.

Luxury is just in the name and somewhere in the ambience...The courteous behaviour ends pretty much at the reception till your payment is done. From then on it's an ordeal for the customer as you get to know that you've overpaid for a mediocre experience.
