I like The Alley drinks, as mentioned in another review for another location. I went to this location two days straight, and was told they’re out of the Deerioca Ube Puff - and that’s okay they were out and nothing much anyone could do about that. However, I went yesterday (Monday) and ordered the Deerioca Ube Puff and got no Ube in it. It wasn’t a Deerioca Ube Puff (clearly)! Then, I asked for less ice (it was -18 outside) and the the girl said sorry, we add ice according to the recipe and can’t adjust it. So I asked again politely and she said then your drink will be less in quantity is that okay. And I said yeah that is fine. My question is, you’re charging 7+ bucks for a drink, that people are willing to pay for but clearly making less quantity of the drink and then adding a ton of ice to it. The Alley has great flavours, absolutely no doubt about it, but guys I’m disappointed with the whole ice deal that’s going on at your stores. I can be a loyal customer, but I need to see what you’re willing to do for your customers?! Please check the amount of ice you put in your drinks! I’m beginning to think I pay much MORE for ice than I should be.

The Ally (WEM) Rating: ★★★★★ Review: I recently visited the "The Ally" bubble tea shop, and I must say it was an absolute delight! The wide variety of flavors and options they offered was impressive. I tried their Green Tea with boba, and it was a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The jello was made perfectly providing the best taste sensation. The boba were cooked just right, providing that satisfying chewiness. The ambiance was cozy, with comfortable seating and friendly staff. I can't wait to return and explore more of their unique bubble tea creations. The Ally is a must-visit for any bubble tea enthusiast! I don't understand why but everyone is saying the employees are rude but they are the best employees in the world!! I recommend this to anyone that is obsessed with boba!

The alley in this branch specifically has always been disappointing. Please just take your business elsewhere if you want to try them out. My first experience they served bitter burnt pearls, i tried giving it another shot but the drinks we ordered were, one, is bland like water, while the other drink was like a sip of extra diabetes. The staff should atleast try to be pleasant or accomodating, not rude or like lifeless robots. Expect the worst from this branch, its night and day compared elsewhere. Next time I’d drink my own saliva instead of thinking about going here for refreshments.

Great atmosphere at this trendy bubble tea location at West Edmonton Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful in my ordering. I had Apple of my Eye, it was tasty to start but I found it over priced for what I got. It ended up being lightly flavored slush with aloe jelly which was good but less than halfway through the ice had nearly no flavour to it. I think next time I'll try something that is not slush based.

My first experience was during the Chainsaw Man x The Alley collaboration, I had always walked past the location but never once stopped to enter. While the drink prices to size ratio leaves a bit to be desired, it has a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were paitent, kind, and always informed of any delay or wait. The taste of the drinks were wonderful, and I'd happily stop by again - regardless if it were for another collaboration or just for a drink itself!

I have heard quite a lot about this bubble tea shop! I was visiting so decided to try it. I don’t know if it’s the flavour I got, but it didn’t taste anything special? and I’ve tried a lot of bubble tea’s perhaps that’s why I am a little biased because I’ve other bubble tea brands to compare to! This was like 2/5, nothing too crazy. Maybe I’ll try something different when I visit WEM next time! :)

My favorite place for milk tea bubble tea and the only place I've found in the city that offers aloe as an add in. The west Edmonton Mall location is absolutely amazing and has the friendliest staff! They even remember my order. I always feel appreciated there.

Don't go there just before it closes. Damn, a few of us went there just before it closed. We were the last ones in line, and the waiter told us they couldn't sell anymore because past the store hour. We all went in and waited in line. If you couldn’t sell , why don’t you told us from the beginning when we waited in line ?! More

Good drinks. I usually get deerioca puff, got two yesterday for me and ym daughter. The girls were so nice and friendly when I went despite it being busy. I blame management for only putting two girls on a busy weekend shift and I see why there is many reviews of slow service at this branch. Do better for your customers.

Very refreshing drinks!! My go-to order is the Royal No. 9 but decided to change it up and got the Passionfruit Green Tea - it definitely did not disappoint! Staff was nice and service was fast, will be returning for another visit soon!

Crunchies on bubble tea! Had two great experiences twice in four days. Love how their boba is ice cold with no ice chunks. Pearls are nice and chewy. Not too sweet without mods. Recommend.
