I want to share a one of the worst experience in any shops that I had. its 4.50 PM, I entered the shop along with my 11 yr old son. There was another customer who left just after we went in. There was a sales girl and a boy at the regsiter. The girl started showing us some shoes and we were trying them. I could notice it was close to 5PM so the boy started closing the door. All the shops do that and thats OK. The boy came back after partially closing the door and was standing at the register. After few minutes we finalised the shoes and went to the counter to pay for them. The boy told me that counter was closed. I thought he may be joking, but he was serious. Even the girl who served us was in confusion and shock on what was happening. The boy told us that his boss texted him to close it and he closed it. I told him that it is such a small shop and its very hard to miss the customers in the shop. He could see the girl was serving us. Even though the shop was closing, you normally do serve the customer who is already in the shop before it closes. As we were talking, I even showed him that it wasnt even 5PM by then. I even said to him, that he could see us being served by his employee. How hard is it to tell us to hurry up, or inform us that you are closing the counter. We basically wasted time and so did his collegue serving us. Despite of all the argunennts the boy was not willing to open the register. The boy could see his collegue was serving us and still ignored all this and closed the register. I dont what do you call this? Is the boy, idiot? Is he incompetetant? Arrogant? Whatever he is, This is worst customer service for sure. People, make sure if you go in this shop you look at your watch and ask the employees in the shop if you are allowed to shop there. Looks like it is ran by the people with no buisniess ethics. The wost business of the year in Westfield goes to this shop. Probably the Christmas gift they deserve! I wish there was minus 5 star rating!

I bought a pair of shoes from another store. Brooks Adrenalin Gts 22, And shoes has been starting to rip from its front side. When I came to the store where I bought the shoes, I saw that the store was permanently closed. I kept the receipt. And I came to the Liverpool store which is so close to the other closed store. Omg. The stuffs in Liverpool Athlete's Foot, they didn't look at the shoes, even 1 sec. This store staffs behaviour was weird because, when they see the shoes, before İ say something, they asked me in panic did you buy this from fashion spree shopping centre I said only yes.... And they said we aren't interested because you bought from another store... But I said yes but , these shoes are Brooks... And on my receipt it has writing the shoes buying from " THE ATHLETES FOOT " They said only sorry... But I reminded them of the global warranty,,,, they said only sorry. I said I don't want any return I tried to say say is there any option for fixing this or does any chance to repairing the rip. But they only said sorry This stores customer service I think is very poor But they skip the truth that the other stores was ATHLETE'S FOOT too... I have a pic about it... If u understand what they are saying properly,,, you can understand that you shouldn't buy before you think. Never again... I'm gonna my complain apply to the FAİR TRADİNG NSW. We don't deserve cheating with our money. but before, I applied my complain to BROOKS official website. I ll waiting for a while When u are a buyer they turn around yourself and they are very kind. But after buy, you shouldn't go again for any complaints, their faces are turned to sadness.

I gave the store a 4 because of a really good shopping experience. However, they lack the size on a few products. I came in looking for a good pair of running shoes, tried ASICS Kayano, Mizuno and Hoka. I did the shoe test and tried on recommended pairs. I found Hoka the best fit but the colour and size wasn't good. Mon however was superb she was really good and professional. Got me on the feet test and explained everything so well. Hubby ended up getting the Hoka Bondi. I walked out empty handed. Went into Rebel and JD Sport and could not compare the personal and professional experience we received from Mon. Came back to Athletes foot and tried on Brooks Ghost and the colour and size was a winner! I'm glad I went back. I would still have preferred the Hoka Clifton or Bondi but the Brooks were just as good. The service was exceptional compared with other stores and I felt that the whole experience was great value. I would definitely go back to Athletes foot and buy my runners here.

My husband and I visited the store today and purchased 2 pairs of Rockport walking shoes serviced by two different salespersons. The first purchase was fitted by Viane who was rude and she provided incorrect information with no apology. She gave herself a high rating before my husband made the Eftpos payment. The second purchase was fitted by Kristy R who was polite and outstanding in customer service. She went an extra mile to find a misplaced shoe and I have even received a electronic receipt for this purchase. She was given a legit high rating by me, the customer. Not to mention that the unfitted shoes serviced by the first salesperson were left on the seat the whole time we were there. Overall the store has a good variety of shoes and we were able to find what we couldn't find at Myers.

Needed to replace a pair of very old, very reliable, very well loved runners. I was recommended to the store by a person I work with. I am always wary of these types of stores as the sales staff can be a little hit and miss. Too focused on the sales and less on the needs of the customer. in this case I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they able to correctly find a fit, they also found a style that matched my somewhat vague descriptions. All without me feeling like I was one of 'those' customers. I left lighter on my feet and subsequently my wallet - but very glad I trusted my needs and feet to this team. - thank you =)

Went in yesterday 14September 2022 at 1.30pm to purchase 2pairs of Brooks for me and my son.Unfortunately saw a young retail assistant busy talking socialing with her friend both of them sitting on the bench so relaxing.I walked in greeting her instead never even offer for service. No wonder the shop is empty wherelse other shop is busy during lunch hour. Walked away without buying anything.Walked pass 30mins later still saw her chatting with her friend sitting down.Very disappointed !!! Never in my life i saw a staff sitting down ignoring customers or neglecting customers !!! Indeed im shocked!!!

I wish i could give 0 stars. The store mananger was very rude, let alone the other staff members. My click and collect order was messed up and they didn't have the school shoes. I was left stranded as I needed these urgently for school. The money left my account a week before I went to collect the non existent shoes. All they did was refund my order back - no apology, no compensation, no customer service. One of the staff members even started swearing in vulgar language whilst he was talking to his colleague - right in front of my 5 year old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absoultely ridiculous and outrageous

Came in to replace a pair of high quality runners I bought 3 years ago from another AF store. I was helped by Mihael who wasted no time sizing and analysing the appropriate footwear for my feet. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase which was great because the footwear are premium and priced to match! I tried on a different few pairs and ended up selecting an updated version of my previous well-loved runners. Thank you Mihael and the AF Liverpool team!

I walked in looking to see if I could try a pair of kayano 26s and was greeted by Tele. I was simply planning to try and then buy a pair online for much cheaper. He ran me through the walking machine and his advice on shoes and deadset the guy was so good and knowledgeable I was about to buy a pair full tilt from him if they had the 4E(extra wide) available in store. He’s a legend and needs this recognition. Keep it up champ.

It would be impossible with words alone to describe the indescribable service I was privileged,nay, fortunate enough to receive from Janaya Wilcock at The Athletes Foot Liverpool. She went out of her way to ensure that my needs were met and I was fitted into the correct size/style and type of footwear that I required. I will most definitely be returning to The Athletes Foot Liverpool in future, my local footwear pharmacy =)

Merva S was AMAZING. Me personally have sort arch n foot problems, and Merva just spent a lot of her time with helping me to find the correct shoes and innersole for me. As Merva is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, she was serving me and an Iraqi family. Everyone of us was extremely happy with her and her explanation. The runners get 10 out of 10 and Merva get 1000 out of 10. I really appreciate your time!!! Thank u

What an amazing experience it was today. Went into the store to find out what my options were with my recent purchase of shoes. All of the team members were really helpful. Especially Viane who went out of her way to make sure I got the right pair of shoes. Amazing customer service and care which is hard to find. Very poor service from the employee. I was there last week to buy shoes for my kid and the worker that was assisting us left us and started assisting someone else. Didn’t even come back to us and tell us she’ll be back or apologise, she just left us waiting so we just left the shop. Poor poor service I took my business somewhere else.

Great team great products, and the right advice. Bought a pair of K22 NYC limited edition. Even though they din't have my size in the store, they sourced it from a store in Grifith for me. Through out the process Neil and his team kept me posted. All in all had a great customer service experience. Thank you guys :)

Came into athletes foot today and the lovely worker Anita, helped me and was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and was so kind with all her advice and opinions. The store was super busy today and she still remained such an amazing help. Can’t recommend this store enough as well as this worker!

Blade was excellent, ask for Blade, patient with fitting two of my daughters with new school shoes, considering it was the usual back to school business period, he took the right amount of time for us to feel well taken care of, well done Blade. I hope management reward him for his great service.

It was one of those times when u see something and have to buy it. Didn't happen as my size for the Nike shoes out of stoke. The staff were very helpful arranging for the shoes to be delivered one day earlier than first proposed. Great customer satifaction.

The guys were always great. Neil's friendly & professional approach has rubbed off on to the rest his team. There head & shoulders above all shoe shops (even other Athletes Foot stores). Really going to miss Neil @ Liverpool. Top genuine guy.

Store opening times updated a week ago to open at 830, I get in at 830 and there’s a sign in the door .. “open at 9am” .. why even update the opening hours

Best place to come for shoes. The staff are very helpful and will find the right fit for anyone. Prices are expensive but the quality is there.
