I was super excited to have gone back to in store shopping after over a year. And I was even more excited when I spotted there was an Athletes Foot now in my local. I have been needing a good pair of runners having resorted to online purchases since the pandemic began in 2020. The young gal who served me was superb from the moment I walked in to when I paid and left. She had high awareness about my aversion to germs. When I cringed and asked if the equipment I was about to try and measure my feet on was sanitised it was no problem for her. She humbly got the sanitiser wipes and wiped the whole thing down and then dried it with a paper towel. The service to get me to commit to a shoe I was going to be happy with was no trouble at all. She was patient and obliged with the swapping and trying. She even managed to get me to try an inner sole. Something I have never used in the past though know I need it. I forgot to get her name but whoever the young lady was that worked at the store on Monday 20.June.2022. You're amazing. I realise this maybe a job to get you through uni etc but your attitude to the job you're in will serve you well as you progress your career. Really well done. I hope to see you again in the future.

Big shout out to Percy who has been more than a great help to me. His kind nature and very helpful customer service especially to me since I had a work injury and was given the green light to get comfy shoes. Percy followed through with phonecalls where he had to and never failed in any areas for me. His kind nature and always smilingeill definitely make me go back. Ty so much Percy Ty also to the rest of the staff who always answer the pbone politely and of course they always smile too. Happy me ~chris~

Fantastic experience, had an issue with a new pair of shoes and they were replaced without any major fuss. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. Will buy all my runners from Athletes foot!

Athletesfoot website shows 13 pairs of men's runners for $100. Of course this shop stocks none of them, starting price in store is not even close - $150. Typical dodgy sales practices.
