Visited the store to enquire about a pair of running shoes and was served by Madeleine who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't decide oout of 2 pairs of shoes but after a detailed run down and a fitting them on, i walked away (will run tomorrow) with a new pair of Brooks runners. Great service! Thank you.

Great experience here. I visited based on podiatrist recommendation and even though they were busy I was acknowledged within a few minutes. Service was friendly, informative and I got my feet scanned to ensure a proper fitting shoe was purchased. Very happy with the service I received.

Generally very good customer service and I have been there many times, however recently visited their store and was served by Visesha. She was very rude and impolite. We had to ask her multiple times to provide some assistance, and she seemed reluctant to answer our basic questions.
