DO YOUR HOMEWORK !!!! NEVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!! Any Volvo Owners or owners with imported vehicles with complicated repairs. Research and DO NOT take your vehicle to this business. Here is my story in April my steering pump failed and after placing a call to The Auto Station and asking specific questions about repairing Volvo's. I was told they had the knowledge and skill to do the repair. Prior to having my vehicle towed into the garage I purchased a brand new water pump and used steering pump. In case it was the water pump. After my vehicle was pulled apart it was diagnosed to be the steering pump as originally suspected. Once the repair was on its way I was informed the part I purchased to replace the steering pump would not work, Increasing the cost of the repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle a noticeable rattling noise could be heard. It was at that time they informed me that my water pump had been replaced and would have no warranty because I supplied the part. When questioned about the rattling noise they had no real answer as to why. The cost of that repair $ 3,808.85. Weeks later as the noise became louder I thought maybe its my muffler. Found a local place in Burlington specializing in muffler repairs. After having some minor repairs done I was informed it had nothing to do with my muffler. A mechanical shop close to the muffler shop did come over and listen to my vehicle, informed me the repair I had done at The Auto Station is tricky and if not repaired correctly things can fail. It was recommended I return the vehicle to The Auto Station. After bringing it in to The Auto Station again I was informed my water pump had failed ( brand new ) and my A/C pump also. The cost of that repair $ 2,128.63 Total cost $ 5,937.48 It's funny the original quote given was approximately $ 5,900.00 and on the list were things already addressed and replaced or repaired by a prior garage. And did not need to be addressed and yet in the end they managed to take advantage of me for around the same amount. Left The Auto Station with the rattling noise still present and was determined to find the right mechanic for my Volvo as something did NOT feel right. It took some time and asking a lot of questions but found one just in time he specializes in Volvo's and knew instantly what the sound was. In just 5 minutes looking at the vehicle he confirmed it was the R.E.A.D pulley. Having a failed R.E.A.D pulley can compromise your steering. water and A/C pumps causing them to fail. They had no idea how to repair my vehicle and lied just to take me for a financial ride. Had I not continued to look for answers my engine would have failed making it useless. There are still HONEST mechanical business's out there this one is just NOT one of them.

The Auto Station performed a safety inspection on my 2018 VW Golf (approx 68 000 kms) as I am purchasing the vehicle upon the conclusion of my lease. The staff were very friendly, polite, and were able to get me an appointment the day I contacted them, which was very much appreciated. I was also offered a courtesy car while my vehicle was being inspected, again this was very much appreciated. Unfortunately my vehicle did fail inspection with reduced rear brake rotor, and pad thickness. Also, clubbing/ belt shift was found on the rear tires. I was then given a quote for $1620 to replace the items of concern. At this point I was frustrated that my vehicle did not pas inspection, but if my vehicle wasn't meeting the minimum standards then I had to address these items. For repairs I take my car to the VW dealership (in hindsight I should have gone there for the inspection) as I find them honest and they do good work. After dropping my car off I was contacted by the service manager asking why I was replacing my brakes. I was told that my brakes had 4 mm of pad left which is over the 2 mm minimum standard. Further, I was told my tire belts were not shifted, and did not require replacement as they met the standard and did not pose a safety risk. I ended up replacing the rear brakes as I needed to get this safety done before my lease is up. When leaving the dealership the head mechanic approached me and stated that the old rotors and pads met the standard, and did not need replacing. The mechanic had placed the old rotors and pads in my car for me to ask the inspecting mechanic where the issues were. I then went back to the Auto Station to have the inspection completed, and inquire about why my vehicle failed it's inspection. I spoke with both the front staff and the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. Both staff members were polite and professional. When I presented the findings of the dealership I was told that the vehicle did meet the numbers of the minimum inspection, but the mechanic could not guarantee it would meet the requirements in 30 days (I don't believe, nor did the dealership believe my pads would decrease below the standard in 30 days) , and it was at the mechanic discretion. Again all staff were polite and easy to talk to. I respect that this mechanic has to sign off on the car with his signature and license number, but at what point is mechanics discretion viewed as trying to secure more business. I don't like leaving a negative review, especially because the employees at this business were so nice , but after talking to the staff at the dealership (who suggested not getting my brakes done, and not giving them my money) I left this business feeling as if they tried to cheat me.

Professional, transparent, informative, and friendly! I took my newly purchased used 2011 Land Rover LR4 HSE in to The Auto Station for a safety. The vehicle failed the the safety quite spectacularly! However, the team at The Auto Station, in particular John who was the technician assigned to my vehicle, was great at helping me understand the issues and guiding me through the process. I was particularly impressed by how John took me under the hoisted vehicle and showed me all that was wrong with it. His report was conveniently messaged to me as soon as it was available via text message, with a link to the report online. That was very helpful, as it gave me a chance to commit to memory the concerns and problems. The report contained photos of the vehicle and named all the issues in detail as well as costs to repair them. At no point did I feel pressure to make any decisions. Although John was clear on what he recommended for the vehicle, I was given the information as straight fact and was encouraged to make my own informed decision. John would even suggest alternative solutions to certain problems that did not entail any involvement by the garage or himself. I appreciated how he treated me with respect and that there was no hint of condescension, despite my ignorance. I was happy to receive a free substitute vehicle when the services were being conducted. I was also very pleased to be able to get back under the hoist to witness the progress of the the repairs. I was really impressed by the garages transparency throughout the whole process. I also enjoyed that they offered only OEM parts and were able to grant me 3 year warranty on all the parts replaced. The front end staff was friendly and very accommodating as well! I worked primarily with Grace. She answered my calls and texts promptly and was very kind. Steve the owner too took a personal interest and concern in the process and was very helpful and encouraging. Buying a used motor vehicle has been a learning experience for me and I am extremely glad that my wife and I trusted the reviews we read here on Google for The Auto Station and decided to work with them. It is so refreshing to see an auto garage committed to transparency and to facilitating the learning process that is involved for most of us when dealing with vehicle concerns. Update: Just had my vehicle towed here last week and the Team at The Auto Station didn't hesitate to diagnose the issue right away even though I didn't have an appointment. Jeff was very welcoming when I made the call asking if I could tow my vehicle there. Montana called me right when they received the vehicle and got the process started right away. They thoroughly kept me informed of their progress, findings and suggested solutions through phone calls and reports (photos & video) I could access online. They don't do anything until you've confirmed with them. Montana was very helpful with looking into other options I was curious about and going that extra mile to get me the information. My car was ready the next morning and Serena explained all the work and charges. The parts even had warranty on them which I wasn't expecting so a nice surprise there. She also booked me in for my next regular service. The team followed up with me today to make sure there were no other issues... so far so good, but if anything else comes up, I'm definitely heading back to The Auto Station. Thanks guys! Had a great experience here yesterday. Right from the start, the appointment was super easy to book online, got a confirmation right away. Dropped my car off and they had me out in no time with a complimentary loaner. The team up front were friendly and welcoming. They told me the expected initial cost and explained their procedure to me. I was surprised and impressed when I received a text later in the day containing a link to the diagnostic report for my car with photos - great feature! It also contained the outline and estimate for repairs and I was able to agree or decline right from my phone - so easy! They confirmed my decision through text and gave me a time for when they'd be done and by late afternoon I had my car back. The customer service here is top notch and their mechanics are knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell and they don't do anything you don't ask for or agree upon. Will definitely be coming here again for my car repair needs and would highly recommend. Thanks Auto Station!

Took our car here when the brake pad light came on because of the great google reviews. Also asked them to mount our summer tires and they called back to say our summer tires had no more tread and there was also a bead showing/ripped in one of the tires so they were not safe to install and we would need to get new tires IMMEDIATELY. They quoted us for the new tires but we decided to take the car to the dealership to get the brake pads replaced first. We also took the exact same set of tires to the Mercedes dealer and asked them specifically to check for any ripped/showing beads and also to confirm if they are safe to mount. Mercedes confirmed that there were no beads showing and in fact the tires were good to run for ANOTHER season. I read previous reviews on this place where customers claimed that things they were told here were later confirmed to be untrue by a second opinion and I thought maybe they were just a one-off or misunderstanding by the customer. However, after experiencing this first hand I can conclude they don’t run a truthful business here, I would take what they say with a grain of salt and strongly getting a second opinion elsewhere. ----Editing in response to your comment----- We received a link to the report but there were no pictures of the damaged tire bead seal as you claimed and the work order is just a quote for all the things you suggest we do. We did not take the car to the dealer to try to "squeeze another season". The dealer is the last place anyone goes to try to save money. We took it to the dealer to get an expert opinion as they deal with cars similar to mine all day every day, who would be more qualified to provide an opinion than certified Mercedes mechanics? We always get second opinions for new mechanics that we are trying, and a supporting corroborating opinion from them would have allowed us to trust your opinion. But the fact that their opinion was so far off from yours is alarming to say the least.

Stay away from Auto-Station, they are not a place to go if you are someone who doesn't have extensive knowledge of cars. Unless you ask for an inspection of the car upfront they are going to rip you off as much as possible. they will do work on your car and then tell you there's more work that needs to be done, this happened on more than one occasion and not only to myself but my father. I literally spoke with the front desk attendant, addressed my concerns about what they had done and then had there manager send me an email wanting to know if I was satisfied with their service. Their automotive staff is excellent, and they are very skilled. It's not their quality of work, it's their quality of service. They take advantage of people who are not experienced with getting repair work done on their vehicles. They even loan out cars to clients, which is a huge plus and much appreciated. But I just can't recommend them, they will take you for a ride, that's for sure. Any person who doesn't ask for a full inspection up front is basically setting themselves up to get screwed and they'll just milk you like crazy. I mean they will do thousands of dollars worth of repairs to a car, and then say by the way there's more work that needs to get done. They also told me the car was not road worthy and unsafe to drive, after doing the work and coming to see them multiple times. The failed to mention this the previously after having had work done by them several times. I then took the exact same car that I had paid them to do work on to a separate mechanic/auto-shop, who did a full inspection up front and didn't charge me a cent. Also informing me the it's wasn't worth it to put another cent into it, as the cost of the work greatly outweighed the value of the car itself. Again, good quality of work but very poor quality of service.

I found The Auto Station based strictly on Google Reviews, as I've never really had a go-to mechanic in the nine years I have lived in Ontario. I brought my truck in for a tune-up and explained a few issues I was having. I knew it needed some love and was prepared for the usual lackluster service followed by a massive, inexplicable bill. Right off the bat I was impressed with what seemed to me like genuine care. I was given a loaner car right away and it was already warming up in their driveway on a cold, snowy day. I was sent a link a few hours later to a detailed service report outline of what exactly was checked on my truck, which included potential areas of concern and one major issue that required immediate attention. The attention to detail was very refreshing and the report included photos of what needed to be fixed. I received a detailed quote unlike any I have received from previous auto mechanics in Ontario This definitely put my mind at ease knowing exactly where my hard-earned money was going. My dad built custom hot rods for a living, so I am no stranger to this business. Taking my truck into The Auto Station was like taking it to a family friend - they were honest, efficient and reasonably priced. I can say with certainty that I have never felt safer in my vehicle since taking it to them and I will refer any and everyone I know to this place - they are the best in the business.

I had a vehicle tested to meet Ontario's safety standards today at this location. The service at the front desk was professional, courteous and accommodating. The individual who helped us, Serena, explained the process to us and created good rapport. The Auto Station exceeded my expectations when it came to their courtesy services. They offered us a car to use in the meantime while the vehicle we had with them was being looked at. When we got the failing results of our safety standards test, Serena told us that they did their best to find a way to save on some parts that would be needed. While ultimately the cost of repair was not something we were going to pay due to the age of the vehicle, Serena made me feel she had my best interests in mind. My only feedback about my experience would be regarding the turnaround time of the inspection. Initially we were quoted around 1h30m to 2 hours. However, we did not get results until 3 1/2 hours had elapsed. If not for the courtesy vehicle, this would have been a larger inconvenience. A follow up regarding turnaround time would be the only thing I'd change about my experience with this business. Thank you Serena and the rest of the staff at The Auto Station for the service!

The staff at The Auto Station have been great to me over all of my visits. Their Technician, Andrew is a true professional with a very strong understanding of the industry and has yet to hit a roadblock with any repair or diagnosis I've brought his way. The front desk staff is also professional and very well educated on the industry and are able to use the same terminology and understanding of the procedures, protocols and operation of the vehicles they are servicing. I find this a very rare thing to come across in the business where the front desk staff actually understands what is going on in the shop behind them, and it is quite clear they know what they are talking about as soon as you walk in the door. Steve has also been helpful and always ensures to reach out after every visit to ensure the work was done properly and whether you are happy with their business. As much as a I hate having to bring a vehicle into a shop for maintenance or repairs and how frustrating it can be to keep spending money on a vehicle I've already paid for; I'm certainly glad this group is in business to make that process as smooth and efficient as possible with a genuine care for their workmanship.

I've had both my Mustang and F150 in for oil changes. They are polite and give the impression that they attend to vehicles as if they were there own. However, I must give a brief description of how they deal with you if you have an issue with the work performed. I had a simple oil change conducted on my F150. Everything seemed to go well, however I did notice it took them almost 2hrs to perform the oil change. Regardless, it was done and all seemed well. Fast forward to this week (I wanted to get oil change early as I always do, still had 3000 km before needed) but I wanted to get truck rust proofed first as I always do yearly as well. Krown rust told me the oil plug looked stripped and may have slight leak. To make long story short, I contacted Autostation, to kindly request that they address the issue as they were the last to perform oil change. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE, they always contact you to have you bring in vehicle for service, but as soon as you have a problem or concern, they toss you to the curb. You would think that for something as simple as a stripped plug, they would be interested in what happened. That's not the case. Buyer beware.

At first let’s say they are over priced I went there for tire repair which the service advisor told me that the inspection will cost more than the repair if they didn’t find an issue or it is not fixed which in my last 10 years working with cars have ever I heated that inspection cost more than the repair but it’s ok it’s their way and I accepted it then they told me that it’s not fixable which also I understand maybe not that much experienced it’s their business so I paid good the RO details and pictures sent them to my guy and he told me it’s easy fix so I paid the inspection fees 98$ and went on my way after I arrived at my destination after 20 min drive found that the wheel cap fell off I called to check maybe they didn’t install it but they claim they did and their fix for the problem is either for me to trace back and search for it or go to scrap yard and buy one but they didn’t to stop and think oh our technician didn’t install it right that’s why it fell down so what if I did a major repair and he also didn’t tighten it will it be my fault also after that I had to re tours my wheels which was not done apparently

I have used the Auto Station twice over the last couple of months and I am beyond thrilled with the service and care from their entire team. They are prompt, honest, detailed and fair. I never felt pressured to have service that wasnt needed. They identified any issues in a way that empowered me to make decisions that fit my needs and budget at the time. My first experience in February was smooth and nothing but positive. All work and quotes were provided and explained to me before work was started. I was given a loaner vehicle with zero hassle so I could do work that was needed and continue my day to day life. My second experience was during Covid when I had an urgent safety issue with my tires/vehicle. The whole process was smooth and zero contact. They made it easy for me to drop off/pick up and pay for the service without stepping foot inside the building. I thank you for that as having 2 kids and an asthmatic at home its nerve wracking to be in unnecessary contact. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and friendliness. I'll be back for any work/service needed going forward!

Very friendly and trustworthy. I had a low coolant warning and needed to get in quick, I normally go to the dealer but it was a 3 week wait, so I gave the Auto Station a try based on the online reviews. Glad I did. Online booking was easy, I called to inquire about a shuttle and as soon as I walked in to drop off my vehicle they remembered and grabbed me a set of keys for a loaner! I got a text with pictures detailing the repairs and cost up front - no upsell or unnecessary add-ons, it was all aligned with what I"d expected based on the car's warning system. Even after I approved the repairs online they called me back to confirm I was comfortable moving ahead and verified the costs. And, they sent a text thanking me for my service after. The reception is clean and comfortable, and all the staff are friendly, smile and look you in the eye. The owner is clearly doing something right. I'd trust them with my vehicle again and will be back. In case you're wondering - I drive a 2014 MB 250, an oldie but a goodie with only 140K.

Very friendly people. I was surprised this place was as empty on a Tuesday morning. The plus: they offer a free car to drive while mine was being check out. Detailed inspection report But at the end having to pay over $400 dollars to get a battery replaced. Was a good explanation as to why they weren’t that busy! But I guess that free car to drive did comes at a price after all. Update: Jan 2023 exactly to the day of my original “repair “my overpriced battery failed leaving me no choice, but to go back to the same place. Since the batteries was just a year old at that time I still believe they gave me an older battery and billed me for a new one Needless to say they found a bunch of unrelated issues with my 12 year old van. Go figure. All things had nothing to do with my day deal battery. All while giving me the runaround about the warranty replacement over an hour plus later they reluctantly installed another “new” battery. Let’s hope that one was new! Haven’t checked yet it’s winter after all

Don't go here. The customer service is fake and will take parts from you. I was told to come pick up my spare tire back in May of 2022. I wasn't able to come in and pick it up the day they called so I said I would come in another day. Time went by and I had forgotten about it until I had my car cleaned and noticed it was missing. I called them back and they told me it wasn't there and that they had no record of a spare tire and that I had picked up a peice of "trim" when I hadn't picked up any parts since my car had been repaired in April. They did great work on my car but just found it odd they would lie about something like a spare tire. If you get Andrew just hang up the phone. I'm not really upset by it because my dealership has told they are willing to give me the replacement for free but more so blown away that he would try to lie to me about this. Just a heads up for anyone looking to use this service.

So far this was my 2nd visit to the shop and I have to say I'm very pleased with their service! The first visit was the reason why I came back to them because of the great service they offered the first time around. They were able to diagnose an ongoing issue where one of my front bearings kept wearing out so fast which my previous shop couldn't troubleshoot. The previous shop just kept buying new bearings every few months without figuring out and fixing the root cause which happened to be a combination of things (knuckle, CV axel) as Auto Station discovered and fixed. They even give you a detailed report of the findings and repair cost. Their price as someone else mentioned is not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for especially when they even offer a free loaner vehicle which I can't think of many places that do. Highly reccomend you check them out! Friendly staff too.

Just visited the auto station again November 2/2021. As always very happy with the service. Visited the auto station Sept 22 for a check engine light on my Volkswagen. The garage diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. When I returned to pick up my car the friendly staff brought out the actual failed part to show me. They also sent me an in depth report that included pictures. They checked several other items free of charge. I was fully expecting them to suggest I change the cabin filter since that’s what most garages typically do. The auto station was honest and said that it was ok. I knew it would be ok since I just had it changed a few weeks prior. In addition, they washed the car and provided a courtesy car. I will definitely be back. These guys are honest and great to deal with. I don’t impress easily but I can honestly say I was impressed.

Excellent customer service, excellent work. I took my BMW E46 in after it sprung a coolant leak that I couldn’t find. After calling around to shops all day, I called the auto station. I talked on the phone with Brent for a very short period of time before deciding this was the shop I can trust. They accommodated me almost immediately, had the car in the shop five to ten minutes after I arrived. Once they found the leak they showed it to me first hand. I told them to go ahead with the work and they got it done fast. They offered me a loaner while my car was in the shop. Even offered me some cake when I went to pick it up. A couple days later I get a text from the owner just checking up on the car making sure it is all good. They have warranty on all their work, and are super friendly and trust worthy. Would defiantly recommend this shop to anybody.

I took my vehicle in for a tire inspection. My rear passenger tire had pressure issues. The mechanic said he looked at my front driver tire and there were no issues. He also filled all my tires. I explained he looked at the wrong tire. Although the staff were exceptionally friendly my issue was not resolved. I was told the issue was weather related. The mechanic also made negative remark towards the business I had my tires installed. I took my vehicle back to the shop who installed and they found a pinhole size puncture on my rear passenger sidewall. - I know this review will get a reply from the owner of your GMB. Great engagement. But you didn't resolve my problem when I needed it. So you lost $100 service, but if my tire blew the outcome could have been serious. - Please take people's concerns seriously.

Last minute request to come in for an oil change in the afternoon, the shop was able to accommodate. Have been here a couple of times now. Both Serena and Brent were extremely courteous and helpful. I was offered a courtesy car (no cost!) immediately leaving my keys. I chose to stick around and wait for the oil change instead. Free coffee! Not more than 45 min and I was on my way. A digital auto condition report was provided after the service as well. This report gives a nice summary on the status of the vehicle. I’ve been to many shops including dealerships shops and this place has got it right. Great staff who are passionate about helping you repair/maintain your vehicle at a fair, if not great value. I brought my car in this past Friday just before the weekend to The Auto Station due to my A/C not working for a few weeks now. I had the full A/C service priced at 3 other shops and decided to take it to the Auto Stations. This was the first time my A/C has gone but overall my experience with the Autostation was amazing. They provided me with a courtesy car in the morning so I could head to work. By 11 am they had sent over a full 360 inspection of the car noting any safety concerns with images and descriptions of everything. After work I went by and returned the courtesy car to find my car rim cleaned and washed with the A/C blowing ice cold. Thanks you again to the Auto Station for helping to keep this sweltering summer a little cooler. Best air conditioning place in the Burlington area!

Recently I attended the Auto Station to have the wheel bearings looked at on my 1976 Triumph Spitfire. The team tried to see if they could repack the bearings, alas no. Everything was explained in a manner I could understand. I was impressed with the knowledge shown as well as the professionalism. One day after picking up my repaired car, it died, nothing to do with the previous repair. Just one of those things, I needed a new coil and distributor. Again everything was explained in a manner that left me feeling ok with authorizing the repairs. It’s been a long time since I have felt this comfortable with a repair shop. I truly felt that I was listened to and that I wasn’t being taken for a ride. I will not only be returning with this car but also my other vehicles.

Do Not Recommend. Went in for a simple safety, half the items noted to be repaired were a joke. The repair quote was outrageous. Funny enough half the stuff they noted were actually replaced about a month ago from the dealership...No wonder they're not busy. Shops like this give all the other independent mechanic shops a bad name. I'll be getting my safety elsewhere, if they don't note the same deficiencies I'll be back for a full refund. With Regards to your Response: Funny how you commented saying there was no evidence of the repairs...in person you said there was and you suggested maybe a defective ball joint and maybe its still under warranty...you guys are still unprofessional and I hope this helps anyone thinking about going to your company for any repairs.

What can I say, Steve and the staff at the Auto Station are amazing and so very accommodating. We have two vehicles so rather than write two reviews I’ll cover both here. We have a late model Toyota that was due for and oil change and tire change over. We received a full report on the status of the vehicle along with photos of areas of concern and that is a great touch along with the use of a loaner vehicle. We also have a 2020 Kia which we had scheduled for a tire change over, as the car was due for its 6,000 km service I asked to have that to be done as well and it was. An amazing experience and we will be taking our cars there for now on rather than a dealership. Thank you for the great service and experience, I will be referring my friends.

I took my 2013 Elantra in because there was a rattling noise and I’m going on a trip soon so I wanted to make sure everything was in order. The noise turned out to be the heat shield which they removed. As well they checked all my fluid levels so that I am all set for a safe trip. Met the newest staff member, Montana, who was very nice and helpful. I also got to visit with the dogs. I’ll be back over the next couple of months to get an oil change. I really like going to Auto Station because everyone is knowledgeable and pleasant. They are very trustworthy and excel at Customer Service. I recommend them to my friends all the time. Been Trusting The Auto Station for a few years now. I’ve had fairly new vehicles so it’s been mostly general maintenance. That being said, they’ve helped me out of a few jams over the years. From unexpected tire repairs, to needing an oil change before a last minute trip. They have always found a way to help me out. The few repairs I’ve needed have always been quickly diagnosed and completed. The vehicle report that they provide is great and helps you stay aware of your vehicles condition. They’re also one of the few places that offer courtesy cars which is a major help. They take really good care of you. And it’s hard not to leave with a smile when you see the owners pups lounging on the chairs.

Around 3 months ago, my sister was quoted $5,000 to rebuild the engine of her Chrysler 200, after several calls back and forth they quickly raised the bill price to $11,000. 2 months after they’ve “rebuilt” the engine, they’ve advised her Chrysler 200 now needs a new engine and it will cost an additional $9,000. (due to their previous work being faulty or unnecessary/incorrectly diagnosed) After a very brief call with the manager, we were threatened not to make him upset - as we wouldn’t like what would happen if we upset him. We will be escalating this to small claims if the engine repairs isn’t covered OR the previous work that is warrantied be refunded. Totally shady business.

I took my BMW M3 to The Auto Station for a general maintenance and the service was great along the whole process. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, they gave me a back-up vehicle for the day, provided a detailed report of the inspection of my vehicle via text message with a link that allowed me to access it easily from my phone, and kept me updated through the day on the status of the works being done to the car. I am (was) also a customer of Mercedes-Benz Burlington, and can assure that I never felt treated as a premium brand customer, however I did feel this treatment at The Auto Station. The Auto Station has been great on multiple occasions since I first bought a BMW 4 months ago. As a first time car owner they have helped me learn a lot, and when my starter died recently they went above and beyond by taking the initiative to settle the warranty claim and then do the repair efficiently. They have loaner cars if needed (and I've always taken them up on), they text and/or email detailed reports, including photos of any findings and estimated costs. We have been customers of the Auto station since pretty well day one! Always professional, thorough, honest, and personable. This visit was for tires. After stopping at the dealership and realizing that there was no way they were going to deal with my issue without an appointment (busy and hectic there) i popped over to Auto Station. the young ladies at counters were very helpful and by the end of the day I was set up with a 4 cross climate tires. I recently moved to Burlington and tried the Auto Station after seeing some positive online review. I was very happy with the service they provided. Some of the things I liked were (i) they provide a loaner car at no charge, which is very convenient and doesn't require me to arrange a ride; (ii) they send an electronic inspection report with recommended work prior to them completing any work - this also makes it easy to keep track with manufacturer's recommended schedule; (iii) staff were friendly and didn't try to push me to get any work done on the car - they present what's recommended and you can choose what to do.

Recommended by Goodyear Canada to have my 4 pickup truck tires replaced under warranty (even though purchased through auto dealership repair facility). Appointment quickly setup at a convenient time, work performed quickly with detailed pictures of recommended repairs and free car wash when all completed. Quoted charges for complete front & rear brake job (replace rotors & pads) I must say came in much higher than anticipated, compared to what dealership service centre quoted. Overall a happy experience, super friendly reps Abby & Serena, answered all questions. Would consider coming back again for future work.

We have previously had positive experiences with the auto station however recent visits have began to include unexpected and unnecessary charges as well as pushy sales tactics. On a recent visit, they charged $80 to test our car battery’s charge claiming it was for “additional diagnostic testing” which was never requested. We purchased a car battery and had it installed and this fee was added on top of those services. They claim they offer free testing an diagnostic checks for every visit and that is simply not the case. Buyer beware you may just walk out if there with a much larger bill than you expect

What fantastic service. I got new winter tires and a service done here yesterday, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I dropped my car off early with no problem at all, and my car was ready after only a few hours. The service is always good. Good communication on repairs needed and potential repairs in the future. The problem is that they are very over priced and not transparent about the repair costs. I went in for an estimate for a clutch replacement and their quote was 30% higher on average than everywhere else. They padded the amount of labor for the job, claiming it would take them 10 hrs vs 7.3 hours at every other shop. Their shop rate is $165/hr, which seem to rival dealerships. I will not be taking my cars back.

I went to The Auto Station to get my truck serviced and could not be more pleased. The front service advisors Serena and Grace were very helpful. They gave me updates on my vehicle and let me know about any safety concerns and maintenance items that I could do to keep my truck running for years! Very efficient and professional mechanical service. The tech was honest as my calipers had seized but he managed to salvage two of my calipers by cleaning and lubricating them and I only had to replace the other two. Summer is here and my air conditioning was not working on my Lincoln MKC. I called AutoStation and they provided a appointment the following day. When I arrived I told them that I do not have a second car for the day of the work and they provided a loaner car to help me get around. Great service! Went in for a safety standard inspection & certificate, full report provided online and able to fix wipers same day. Took a little longer than 1.5 hrs, but issued certificate quickly for us since we had to meet ServiceOntario appointment - was able to get transfer of ownership done. Have been to auto station couple of times. Recently they replaced rear brakes, rotors and callipers which worn out within warranty (under 3yrs) without any cost to me. Do not use this business!!!! They are scammers! My wife took her car there for a safety at the request of a potential buyer. They tried to tell her that she needed new rims and a wheel bearing. So grateful to have found the Auto Station in a hurry last month. My alternator belt snapped on the highway on a Friday afternoon and they took me in with no issues and got it replaced quickly. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend.

I’m recommend The Auto Station for the very good service and quality. I'm have not appointment to change my tires and they acomódate myself to do it. So any service that needs my cars I will go to The Auto Station with out thought
