Real good bank to take my 21 year olds son hard working money but he's not on the loan because the dealership did something fraudulent that is called A straw purchase. I suggest this gets fixed or you wont be getting another cent. It's not ok to not listen nor take advantage and especially touch money that's not yours and not give any credit... the dealership is laughing and thinks this is A joke! It's not and you will see! Glad you gave the dealership their money. You should not accept fraudulent straw purchases. They are actually illegal!

My husband took car loan with them, never received any correspondence from them, after whole amount was paid off plus took 3 payments of small interest and they send him to collection asking for more money, destroyed his credit history. For five years we never missed one payment. They are treating good customers like garbage, and we are being threatened by NCRI. If I could give them no star I would they don't have decency to contact us directly. I hope someone from the bank is going to read this and contact us.

Very good staff and customer service. One thing that I've noticed at scotiabank is that the staff always have a smile on their face. Do not use Scotia Select Pay if you don't have crystal ball. Because, only on certain days you can use it. And of course those days are not clearly defined and easy to check. So basically your only option is to call Scotiabank before every purchase and check will it be eligible for Select Pay.

Been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days now. My car payments have been done for 3mnts now and they haven't even sent a letter saying the account ls closed your payments are finished. What kind of place is this, and no customer service to contact??

It is a good place heard from my ideal friend who works there, well-organized parking space, quiet place at the back and bright sight from inside looking out, she loves her job there not just for the work itself but for the comfort staying inside.
