Lovely friendly young staff, if only the old lady (I think the owner) could take a lesson from the young teenagers on customer service. Owner is always so sour and unhappy. Thanks to the young girl on Saturday morning. Owner lady maybe don't work in customer service if you don't want to smile or provide customer service.

Was just buying fresh bread, the sweets cabinet looked delicious so we bought some vanilla slice and apple turnovers. Wow! So fresh and delicious! The sausage rolls were amazing, and staff were such a pleasure to deal with. Would 100% recommend!

Honestly horrendous. Bought three beef pies and there were so many disappointing aspects. One was given to a qualified pastry chef and I was embarrassed to serve it. Bardon Bakehouse seem to pinch the pastry into the shell so they use less

Just wanted to say how disappointed I am in this place. As soon as I got there the food looked old and wasn't restocked. A croissant had fallen through and was left on the front of the glass. I ordered a pie and it was so old and gross I

Sausage roll was okay, comparable to what you expect at a petrol station. Pie was not good - pastery tasted a few days old, almost empty inside, and cheese was gross. Probably would drive a few extra minutes next time

I've ordered a bacon rolls and so far it tastes very good just doesn't look like there's enough bacon on it. Fortunately I also ordered a party sausage roll and managed to get the last one …

Arrived in Bardon, what a wonderful place. Warm welcoming staff, enjoying great coffee, delicious Cornish pastry with lots more sweet and savoury delights to chose from.....

One word. DONUTS. These are so flipping addictive and the portion has A LOT more but I can’t help but shove my face the moment I see and smell them. 10/10 recommend strongly

My husband enjoyed his chicken curry pie - fresh, good pastry crunch, flavourful. Proper filling.

Pies aren't the best to be honest but everyt else is top notch especially there pizza bread
