First off let me say I WISH I would have read the reviews before coming to this wash. Only my second time here and my car was damaged. Before getting into the story just look at the many reviews of damaged side mirror with no resolved. My car too was damaged( btw bought my car 2 months ago, 2017 Chevy Malibu, no damages, went to the dealership earlier that day for a maintenance check up and no reported damages by LICENSED PROFESSIONALS) my side passenger mirror was damaged in the blower room, which has been reported already in these reviews. I immediately noticed and talked to a manager. This time they were more then willing to communicate with me, sorry to those who didn’t get responses, after filing my claim sheet and going through the managers I was told this, “ we will not take fault because our blower is not strong enough to take off side mirrors (clearly false info, check your review section), we will not take fault because there is no clear way to see the car was damaged by our machines (excuse me you have video proof of my side mirror being damaged in your car wash) we will not take fault even though your car looks perfectly fine coming in and damaged coming out, video can’t prove that it was not damaged before. ( that makes perfect sense). Other excuses given....no one else reported damages that day, your licensed professionals only looked under the hood and again even though we have camera footage of your car being damaged in our car wash, how do we know that it was not damaged prior to the car wash. I EXPLAINED AND WILL EXPLAIN AGAIN. MY CAR HAS NEVER BEEN DAMAGED. Check the car fax. I have not been in a car accident or damaged my car EVER. The part that pisses me off the most is the manager saying we usually treat our customers with respect and if we did something wrong we take fault but we don’t see anything we did wrong. It’s too many factors for us to consider fault. Oh I get it I am not important customer. You don’t value my business. You don’t deem that my car damage is important and I still paid for the car wash service. Do you imagine my frustration? Being my second time, being a new car that worked hard for, and your response is we won’t fix the couple hundred dollar damage because you aren’t important.....crazy....I wonder how the better business Bureau and attorney general will feel about another damaged complaint without resolve. I will file my claims today. I see how you treat your customers Oh and to clarify they list out things the car wash is not responsible for before you sign any forms. I ask the manager specifically does my mirror fall under any of the categories and I was told NO. they are denying off the simple fact that because the video proof of a undamaged side mirror is not strong enough evidence and because their blower are not strong enough to knock it off (check your review section. It clearly is) I except a response from the owner or whoever runs this social media page

I came here about a month ago to wash my car. After the car wash was complete, I put my mats in their mat cleaner. My mat got stuck and I asked for help. Two different employees came over and pulled on it for a solid 10 minutes because they didn't know how to troubleshoot the machine. The manager "Job" made my husband rip it out so it got damaged. No problem, Job gave him a business card and said "don't worry we will replace it." After losing my grandfather and being on a long leave, we followed up with the process and he goes "oh nevermind we don't do that you can have $100 worth of free car washes." First of all, why would I ever return? Even with the offer of replacing the mat, no thanks. Then when following up he back tracks and says that his manager will follow-up, nothing, nada, zip. Job also said "We CaN aSk ThAt YoU nOt ReTuRn." No worries, I didn't plan on it, car washes are a dime a dozen in this city. ;) Very unprofessional and Job excitedly stated that "we usually follow up on damaged cars/parts within 48 hours." Unacceptable and talking to your leadership made me feel like I was in an argument with a middle schooler. Edit to the response: I don’t have any questions, never did. Trash service from a trash company. Could’ve replaced a $30 mat but instead offer $100 worth of car washes-really shows the value in your washes- good job! ;) I’d love to see the surveillance video because I didn’t put two in at once. I guarantee you didn’t even watch you just took your untrained “managers” word for it. I get it, I support businesses supporting their employees as you should but you guys are in the wrong and I’ll stand by that. Have a good day! Also glad you could respond to google reviews before you called people your manager stated you would call back. CLASSY. It’s been four days on the first call and then I had to call back yesterday because you’re too busy on google to respond to a customer complaint.

Used to like to go to this car wash, however today went through car wash, like normal, while in wash it stopped 3 times. First time no biggie, while stopped had the over lay brush lay on top of my windshield, lasted a few min. It wash then started up again, thinking all was well it stopped again, at this point I'm believing something wrong? Then it starts again i move to the drying section and it stops right in the middle of drying and after another few min it starts again? Now I'm like what the heck just wanna get out of here and vacuum my car. Fast forward make it home to clean the inside of my car and clean the windows. I notice tiny cracks in my windshield, that had not been there before. Called up there tell them whats happening and they state that its probably rocks that hit my window. I said no ma'am I've never had issue with my windshield. I express that I can bring the car up and I've not to far away, go up there the same lady and a man come out to the car and state that, oh those are from hitting your windshield. I express to the lady that its not true and asked if they could file a claim, she said they could but its not going to so anything. Then state that oh well it looks like the rocks scratch the hood of your car as well. I said ma'am thats not true, your brush set on top of my windshield and put some cracks in it. I will no longer be a member of better wash if they can't own up to their mistakes, I was not even mad just wanted them to fix it. Now that it my issue I'm not happy that I'm going to have to come out of pocket to fix it. Please do better.

I watched this car wash being built and I wondered when it would open. When it finally did, it was one of the best things to happen in this part of the Northland! This car wash is efficiently run by all who work there. It is absolutely worth signing up for a unlimited monthly membership for as low as $22 per month. You receive a great car wash even with the most basic car wash and the vacuums (come with the wash) suck up everything! I love the hot water floor mat cleaner. I have specialty floor mats which are thin enough to run through this machine and they are super clean afterwards. If you have special molded floor mats for your model of car, you will not be able to use the car mat washer. Another thing that I really like is the Microfiber towel exchange, which is great for dashboard, seats and windows. For a small fee, you buy the first towel and then you’re able to exchange for a clean town each time.

Trade your Appearance for the Awful smell. I have been a member for ten months now, but lately, the quality has been diminished drastically. I have several scratches on my paint; the Smell is awful, sometimes unbearable when you have to be in your car through the wash. If I leave my car in the garage after a wash., the house smells like rotten eggs, and the next day when you get in your car, ready to go to work, you will be fully awake with the stench. The staff is amicable and polite, but it is a shame that the quality is affected by the lack of proper water treatment. NOTE: After seeing other low feedback ratings, I noticed that I am not the only one with the smell issue. And there has been no response from the owner. What leads me to the conclusion that they do not care. I am canceling my two subscriptions today. I instead drive a few miles further and have a better service.

Everything was great at the entrance ... after that was a disaster. No patience from your staff directing me on to the track. I come here at least twice a month and have for the past 3 years and have never had a problem until today. I did everything I was told to do and still was not guided correctly. The attitude I got from your staff at that point was unacceptable. No patience at all. What made it worse; when I came into your office get a card, the same young lady that was guiding me w the track issue; came into the office. When I explained my situation to her, she just stood there and said nothing. The very least she could have done would have been to apologize or offer to get a manager. I'm not looking for a free wash nor would I accept one. I was looking for an acknowledgment of the issue. Again the young lady at the front entrance when you pay was awesome !!

Kind of amazing! I really didn't expect this experience. As an engineer, I really appreciate the automation and processes as well as communication and signage. Definitely not the cheapest wash, but it seems that you get what you pay for. Very busy - but the system moved us all through pretty quickly. The back of our Explorer was still pretty dirty because of all the gravel dust and mud that was caked on. A short visit to the help office resolved the problem: Alley came out and HANDWASHED the back of the vehicle. Great job, Alley! Thanks again! I love the free vacuums. And they even have compressed air to blow off/out all the dust in hidden places. Free floormats wash. Just really impressed! Ever since moving back to KC from the southeast, we've been looking for a good carwash that compared with the excellent places down there. I think we found it.

First time going here. All of the employees were eager to help you figure out the process as they have been open a week. The wash itself is amazing. The tunnel is so long that my car came out looking like new. Never have a used an automatic car wash that actually got my wheels completely clean. Quite honesty didn’t even expect it to. Was also very impressed how dry the dryer got it as well. My daughter was in awe of the fire the heats the air to dry the car. This system looks very high tech. I was so impressed I left with 2 monthly passes 1 for each of our cars. They better get used to seeing us a lot. The kids love watching the car roll through the wash and loved seeing themselves and the shiny car in the mirrors the car wash installed at the end. Super cool! Can’t wait to see how clean I can keep my cars this winter.

I use The Better Wash in Gladstone, MO. That being said, this is kind of a comparison. The machine seemed very rough on my car. The jets were very powerful, which I liked, but the brushes didn't seem very coordinated. Some barely touched the car, while others practically pushed and shook the whole car. The machine that pushes the car also seemed very bumpy and didn't push the car through smoothly as the other location does. There were no staff at the end to dry the mirrors and windows, so we ended up with water spots. I do like that this one is a nicer and newer model, everything looks so nice and shiny. The multiple lanes to get in was also very nice with the automatic system for members. That was especially nice and the only reason I am giving 3 stars. However, I wont be back because I am afraid of damage to my car.

The dryer blew the back of my Hummer tire cover off. I saw it was gone when I got home so immediately drove back to the car wash. I had recently replaced the tire cover at a cost of $200.00. I LOVE a good dryer BUT when there was damage done to the cover of the tire the mgr. Salvador could have cared less. When I told him I had owned the Hummer for over 10 years and had never had this happen at a car wash he said..and I quote, "that's what every one says". REALLY...?!! When I asked him for the owners name and number Salvador said, "he's going to tell you the same thing." At the very least I would have appreciated an apology and possibly a refund for the $16.00 wash. Car wash was good and may go back. When you have a business and there is a complaint I want a person that gives a darn. Salvador you were not that person.

We love Tiffany Springs location. Think of a car wash, then think of a GRAND car wash that pulls your car through. I marvel every time at the cotton candy-colored foam cleaner. The lovely smell comes through the ventilation and I melt. lol. We have a 2021 4-Runner TRD Pro and I am a maniac about keeping it clean. Lunar Rock is its game, and Rocky is his name. It's a badass car and I'm a badass about taking care of it. This car wash is great, and you need to go here if you're serious about the appearance of your vehicle. I love that they have free vacuums! And free air to blow stuff off your car mats or whatever! And a free mat wash! I just love everything about this place and I wish I were the owner. There was a whole line that filed in behind us on Sunday. Exciting!!!!!!! Still love this place!

First let me say that I'm big on reviews because just one review can reach hundreds/thousands of consumers whereas word of mouth not so much! Initially I went above and beyond in an attempt to resolve my matter to no avail. I then turned to writing negative reviews here on Yelp as well as Google. It was then I was contacted by ownership. The complaint stemmed from the mobile purchase witch is useless once picking up paper tickets. Yes, the QR code is worthless so don't believe for one minute after picking up tickets in the office it has any monetary value. Ultimately the situation was made right therefore I will continue to be a regular customer in order to keep my two beauties clean and would recommend others that have a legitimate complaint to work it out with ownership/management!

The first set of brushes didn't even touch my car while IN the tunnel. After leaving the tunnel and going to their free vacuums, I was met with only that. No towels (unless I spent another $3) no glass cleaner, no APC to spot clean, no brushes to get dog hair out of the carpet or agitate dirt out of the carpet to vacuum away. It seemed every convenience, provided by many other wide-service car washes for free, were associated with an upcharge on top of the wash that already cost more than most others of its kind. My car was clean, and I needed to spot clean a few areas with compressed air and a microfiber, that I luckily already had from my personal stash. I won't be back, for the mere reason that I can get the same wash elsewhere and have all the extras included.

I use to love this carwash. I would drive out of legends just to go to the north oak location. That was before the new one even opened up. Tiffany springs was great at first but it has slowly been getting on my bad side. The price has shot up and their packages have been switched around to push the consumer to pay for the higher priced packages for basic services. They don't use the rewards like north oak does. One of the brushes was not working on the left side. I paid for the salt shield and I am almost certain, it don't not actually wash underneath. Normally I can feel it and the sign did not light up even though I paid $14. It's just frustrating. I know they are pushing the monthly service but it's not fair for those who drive 20 mins to get a car wash.

I went here this morning and the guy working to direct people on the tracks seemed to be new due to the fact that i was directed on the tracks incorrectly. I understand that it’s a possibility to mess up your car and/or the tracks if you’re on incorrectly, but the girl who came over to help him was extremely rude to me and was basically yelling directions and invading my space by grabbing my steering wheel. I would appreciate directions if they were given nicely, or not even that but just not rudely. She was extremely impatient and continued to aggressively say directions. Just because I am a teenager doesn’t mean I don’t deserve respect, and I didn’t appreciate the fact I was being talked to like a five year old.

I used this car wash for the first time today. Prices are a but higher than others but it is definitely worth it. Excellent wash service, free vacuums, free mat wash, and air hoses to blow off water. One of my side pillars was blown off during the dry cycle and an employee retrieved it for me. While I was drying my car off and trying to figure how to fix it, an employee named Joe asked how my experience was going. I showed him my pillar and he secured it with new tape. Having employees checking on customer experiences and helping fix issues on the spot is quite different from what I've experienced with other car washes, so I highly recommend the Better Car Wash!

For the amount of vehicles that were going through the car wash on a beautiful day that everyone in their mother has off on, President's Day, the line moved extremely fast. The workers at this place have it very well organized and move the cars through in a very efficient and productive way. It would be nice if it was easier to turn around where you're trying to vacuum out your car because those spots fill up, and there is no space really to turn around. Overall I'm very satisfied with this car wash. I look forward to using it on a regular basis, since I purchased the monthly membership. What a great way to keep my nice new vehicle looking brand new.

The idea of paying a monthly membership to get your vehicle washed anytime and as often as you want during the month seemed like a great deal. Only thing for me is that I don’t think I get my money’s worth every month, but that’s not their fault I don’t get out that often. My only concern when it’s busy and bumper to bumper is if I am getting the service I’m paying for or if the vehicle behind me is getting in on mine. The place makes you feel like you are getting a luxury car wash and there always seems to be someone there at the entrance for assistance, if needed. The vacuums work really well and they even have a cleaning station for the mats.

I paid for the 20 dollar cash wash, they was suppose to spray it off first I thought from looking at the pics on their website before sending u straight on through. Over the car wash did what was supposed to do make it clean and shiny. But I went to go vacuum out my car I noticed smugs along both sides of my car, I told the customer desk and she called the mgr and he came out and looked at my vehicle and took pics of the smugs, I asked could I get a rewash he said no problem and I took it on around for the second wash and at the end of the wash a fella was there to wipe it down for me. I say thank you and good service I recommend folks...

So, I was having problems with my card and I can say they went above and beyond to help me with it. The owner and the employees are the nicest people. On top of that, my car always comes out VERY clean. You can notice the equipment is very new and efficient and the lights in the tunnel makes it very eyeCandy (my kids love it). You always get an air freshener and, except for the cherry one, all the options are great. For us, the membership is a must during the winter season because it helps protect our car from corrosion. I would say it is worth every penny, the service is amazing, and it is a local small business.

Good wash, not so great customer service. Attempted to cancel my subscription over the phone, they don't allow it. Tried using their online tool, and that didn't work either -- despite me confirming my account info with their rep twice. Visited physical location and was told that I had to fill out a form 7 days prior to billing cycle to avoid another month's charges. In this day and age, the difficult process for managing a subscription is simply a way of nickel and diming. What would have been a seasonal cancellation for me, turned into me looking for a different place to wash my car moving forward.

I have been getting my car wash here for about 2 years now. Always a great experience and I've not ever been less than 100% satisfied. I'm making this review though for the free amenties I discovered today. I know there is a sign saying free vacuum but I never read it. After 10 minutes my car is spotless. Long lab/shepherd hair stood no chance against this vacuum monster machine. There's also a car matt wash! Go inside to the help desk - coffee and dumdums- and the staff is so polite. The quality of services - staff and equipment- is top notch and I'm motivated to get a membership now.

Plan and simple, I went through the car wash and the blower pushed my drivers side mirror down, after exiting the car wash, I tried using my mirror switch to re-adjust it and it would not go up-and-down anymore only side to side. They took some pictures of my truck and said they would do an investigation, When they called me back they said they wouldn't take care of it. It's disappointing they admitted that the blower did blow the mirror down and damaged it but they wouldn't fix it. I actually really liked this car wash but unfortunately I can't support them anymore.

This was seriously the best wash I’ve experienced! Friendly staff with excellent customer service. My car was streak free, shiny, and completely clean and dry after! - Wow! I got a monthly membership immediately after seeing the results, and the prices were great! While I was there, I saw 5 people in a row buying memberships and that definitely proves other customers are satisfied too! The vacuums were really cool visually, worked like a champ, and free! I would highly recommend The Better Wash because the name doesn’t lie, it truly is the better wash in the area!

This location is lovely. I brought my car caked in bugs from a few road trips and after the first wash, realized that a couple of the more difficult spots were still there. I really didn’t want to be an inconvenience so I asked if they had a bug sponge/towel. The manager, Sal, ended up coming over and offering a towel but also offered a rewash. No trouble, no inconvenience, and the whole team was extremely friendly in assisting me. Not once but twice. Second go-around and my car is sparkling. Thanks you guys! Honorable mention: Their vacuums are very powerful.

Most reasonable quality car wash in the area. The ultra package is the best $40 for 30 days of $16 dollar car washes! How can you beat it. The time saved hand washing your car alone is worth it. I just don't understand the poor reviews, I am as picky as they come about my vehicle and have never experienced my SUV come out of the wash still dirty. If this wash can't get your vehicle clean than maybe you need to wash it more often. No car wash can remove weeks and weeks of dirt and neglect. Once you get home you can't blame the car wash, that's on you.

He always works hard as if he’s not in the position that he currently possess. It’s evident how he worked his way up the chain. Not only is he a leader he continues to lead by example. Very quick and efficient, In-N-Out car wash. Employees were very helpful, they even offered a free vehicle scent you can either accept or decline. Car wash experience was 100% worth it! Especially the different color lights, my kid enjoyed. Had the most car scrubbers in the Wash than I’ve seen in any other car wash. Each scrubber used in the wash was able to clean every spot on my car, even the more hard to get areas, and that was worth it! It definitely went above my expectations of a car wash, I will be returning in the future for more car washes!

This place is ran by a bunch of teenagers that don’t know customer service. They shut off the vacuums on me and took my money and didn’t tell me that they were closed or closing. I feel that this is very unacceptable from a car wash. Nobody goes to wash the car and doesn’t think about vacuuming their car. I called the following day spoke with the manager, Who sounded like he was about 18, and began to yell at me through the phone. This is very unacceptable and I will never recommend or spend my money with this company ever again!!!!! Save your money

Fantastic service. Didn't have to worry about getting uncomfortably haggled with like I do at Kevin's Car Wash. Didn't have to pay an exorbitant amount to have my car interior cleaned like Charlies Car Was in Liberty. My car looks so good after the wash! BUT the thing that won me over was the guy who came buy to offer me a free bottle of water because it was so hot and they wanted to make sure everyone was OK as they vacuumed their cars... Simple things that other car washes don't get but you really live up to your name!

Some of the young People working here are racist, specially a girl with lenses and short hair, I went to renew my membership but only for one month, my dad was not understanding that if we had to come back to CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE or the drive thru and this lady give him the side eye and rudely walks away like if we were giving her a bad attitude or asking dumb questions, she comes back and (WITH A SUPER BAD ATTITUDE) starts to explain another stuff but like if we were fools, she's the only person that's being rude with us

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and it’s such a good deal. Special shout-out to JC who helped me with my membership while simultaneously dealing with an incredibly rude customer on the phone. Not only did he handle that situation perfectly he was able to get me squared away at the same time all while being professional with a smile on his face. JC deserves some recognition at least if not a raise/promotion. Thanks to great customer service like I got from JC I’ll be renewing my membership.

I had been to this location multiple times before today and used the vacuum services. Today, however, they denied me entry because I didnt get a car wash beforehand. This has never been a rule before and I'm not sure why they just decided to implement it today? If it's going to be a rule, then stick with it. Don't punish your customers when you just decide to change the rules. Or better yet, have current signage that reflects these changes. It's not that difficult to create clarity and show respect to your customers.

I'm going to give this place 5 stars but I thought the drying process could be a little bit more efficient my car was still wet after the works wash but I will absolutely return. My window had issues and we had to pull out of line and we called for 2 guys to come help us and they ignored us after looking straight at us we had to move the cones ourselves and go back around the line to where a really nice girl helped us out and put us back in line. I do recommend this establishment though despite the hiccups.

The best automatic car wash we have ever used. Top technology, great cleaning tunnel, great vacuums, great mat cleaning stations, clean and well maintained facilities, courteous employees, etc. My parents use them when they return from Florida. They agree that none of the new car washes in Florida or other places compare. Our Kids live in Lenexa and no car washes come close to these. Their prices are also very good. $10 for a full clean or low $20.00 range for a full month of daily washes.

I went yesterday and purchased The Works. I have a brand new car that I've only owned 2 weeks now. I was super stoked to get it clean and shiny. The experience itself seemed great until I left and drove to the gas station. My entire Skid plate under my car was ripped loose off of the clips underneath and was dragging. Super disappointed. Now what was an $18 car wash is costing me much more to replace this part on my brand new car. I do not recommend coming here after this experience.

So disappointed. Was paying $50 per month for the wash membership. Went there often The blow dryers had pulled off wiper blades in the past, not a huge deal. Went through this week and pulled my rear tail light assembly completely off my car. When I asked, they said it was damaged before I went in. I know it wasn't. I had just put groceries in the back not 10 minutes before I went there. They refused to help me with it. They have now lost my monthly fee. I will not go back there.

The newest Better Car Wash location in the Northland, definitely doesn't disappoint! They have a fully automated entry process for monthly pass vehicles that provides a no hassle, quick entry to the car wash. For self pay vehicles, the automated teller screens are easy to use and offer a cash or, credit option to pay for one of the multiple available wash options. They also offer free vacuum bays for all customers that are convenient to get to and easy to operate as well.

So this has been my go to car wash since it opened but the last 3 times I have gone, they were busy and left 0 space between cars on the belt going into the car wash. The first set of brushes had no time to reset and my wash overall was sub par when this happens. Regardless how busy it is, space should be left between vehicles. I was going to complain and take the car though again, but the wait was long and it should have been done right the first time. Do better.

I went to this car wash because my neighbor raves about it. It didn't get any of the dirt off from around my wheels or bumpers and it cost $20. I complained and they said I could take it to another car wash hose it off and bring it back thru..... What was the point of going to to your car wash if your going to have me pay again at another car wash to pre-wash my car?? I should have just gone to the other car wash and saved some money. No plan on going back.

I love this car was though I always have to wait on a technician to scan my tag due to a issue with the automatic scanner has a issue with the heated windshield on some luxury vehicles. Other than that my experience is great even when all lines are out of the parking lot, I’ve timed it to be approximately a additional 15 minutes are so wait. So not bad just wishing for a better wash on the east side of the Northland! Wink wink.

I had my car washed here and it was a pleasant experience! This was my first time and i redeemed a free wash online! When i pulled up to the car wash there were multiple attendants helping folks. My attendant helped me to redeem my free wash and even passed my pup a dog treat! Very great service. The wash quick and easy to follow with all of the hand gestures. Also the vacuum is super efficient! Highly recommend this car wash!

This place is pretty good. They have multiple packages that have a time guarantee. The packages feel a bit pricey but they do offer a membership that could potentially help offset the costs. My 4 year old super loved going through the wash. He then helped me vacuum out my truck and get it nice and clean. The vacuums are free which is a huge bonus. If they lowered the prices just a little bit they would get five stars from me.

Awesome they have machines you can put your floor mats through and water you can turn on or off based on whether they're carpeted or not and they have pressure to air and instead of having to wipe down the remaining water droplets right after a car wash right next to the free vacuums that are on each side of your car when you pull into the spot All that's free if you get a wash and they have a pretty cool monthly membership

The Better Wash at Tiffany Springs is the most efficient and well run car wash I’ve ever seen. Don’t let the long lines sway you- get in a line, play some tunes, and enjoy the down time. I also love how they have an assistant to help with payment- always polite and with a smile. When the lines are to the street, I don’t mind the 20 min from getting in line to pulling in a bay to vacuum my interior. Thanks, friends!

One of the best automatic car washes in the Northland offering full self service bays with vacuums and air guns to complete detailing your ride after the soak & scrub. Couple things from keeping this place from getting five stars from The Damian is that it is a bit pricey and they don't offer final detailing for you for that additional cost. Overall really great wash the first time you pass through the tunnel.

I don't know what kind of soap Better Wash uses but I have a black truck that I recently had an expensive ceramic coating applied. I took it to 3 different wand and 1 brushless car wash that left horrible spots I had a heck of a time rubbing out. Went back to Better Wash and renewed my membership after 1 wash. My truck didn't have one water spot and was able to blow it dry to a perfect shine.

Very nice new car wash! I love that the carwash is automated, very powerful and affordable. I also love the extras they offer like the very powerful vacuums, air blowers (to get the dust out of tiny places) and the automatic mat washer. We came on a nice Saturday morning where it was getting a bit busy. A normal boring task became a wonderful experience because of the kindness and service Eugene provided! Eugene was walking through the line checking on everyone and assisted us at the payment section. Kindness like his does not go unnoticed. Today I was helped by Charlie at the kiosk- a very polite young guy... all the employees at this place are super friendly and know what they're doing; I've been going to this carwash for about a year now and it's always a good experience. Dang fine car wash! Theres even a place to vacum your car and wash your matts for free! What a deal! Not all the dirt got off our car so they let us go back through again for free. Great place, but i dont care for their free air fresheners. They smell like old indian food. Just disregard them when you drive through and you'll be a happy motorist with a very clean shiny car.

The first time I went the whole staff was so nice and I loved it but the second time has changed my mind. They were very rude and told us that we had to go though the “ Car Wash” to use the “Free Vacuum”. My mother brought in her car for car wash. The top carrier was damaged and parts missing when she exited…parts were found in the car wash area. “Better” Car Wash refused to pay for repair. After reading the reviews, it appears many other customers have had a similar experience. Use this business only if you want your car damaged and then get to pay for it yourself.

This car wash is amazing! I have been a few different time to try the different types or levels they offer and I have been more than impressed. You can really tell the difference between each level and well worth the money for each tier. And the vacuums… OMG THE VACUUMS!!!! They have the best vacs in town! Came here for the first time last weekend after donating plasma next door. Ridiculous how some places are charging $15+ for a generic wash.. The Better Wash has their standard wash set at $10 and I believe it is 100% worth the price! They also have free vacuum service stations which I find to be helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

I am a monthly pay customer with unlimited wash and blow/towel dry service. They have great customer service, at either location, but i typically use the noak location, with Carrie E working the register and sportin a smile. She is always fun to talk to as well! Thanks to the towel dryers as well. They do a terrific job when they dry my truck....

Cost about $10-15 bucks for your standard wash. Has a membership option if you frequently visit. Lots of features/wash options. They have free vacuum, and free car mat washers. Very spacious and lots of parking spots to use vacuums at. The overall experience was very fun too, cool logo appears on your windshield once it's covered with foam!

This is the best car wash I have ever been to! They have more brushes, more water pressure, and more dryers than any other wash. And, it managed to get the back of my vehicle clean, which most don't seem to do. They also had free vacuums available with so much suction, I was afraid it would suck my car mats up! I will definitely be back.

Since this place has opened I have never had a bad experience with them. Great service, decent prices, and the water jets are better than any other car washes around. Got my vehicle back and when I got to look inside they threw the chairs I had in the back on top of all my things along with throwing literal trash from the bed of my truck into my pillows and blankets. I called and the manger and she was rude and gave no apology nor took responsibility for the unprofessionalism.

Powerful wash really gets the car body clean. I think the monthly subscription would be a great idea in the late winter to early fall seasons. I think it was $15.00 (1 time) for the wash that we did, or spend $22.00 each month and be allowed to wash every other day. Vacuuming out the car is Free with paid wash.

This truly is a good car wash. The prices are standard fair for an automated car wash. I get one of the best automated washes here and i have tried quite a few in the area. This has been consistent since they opened over a year ago. They have a good setup outside for self interior care and some exterior care.

Great wash. I love the power of the blower's and vacuum cleaners. The newest blower's are insanely strong. Love it. 2 cars unlimited monthly price of $75. That's pretty darn good deal. Probably one of the nicest washes I've been to anywhere. Place can be very busy the day or two after a rain or snow.

Honestly it was mediocre for a $20 car wash. My car had water spots all over, didn’t really look all that clean. The vacuums sucked some stuff up, but mostly grazed over other things. The mat cleaner was convenient. The air freshener thing they give you was nice, but all in all not worth the $20.

This car wash uses recycled water and its approved in KC in some places. The recycled water creates the very bad smell you get in your car. Also, you can see a dirty mop water once the water is starting to spray on your windshield. Gross!! Guess this is the better wash with dirty water. Ill pass

Car is always clean the first time it goes through which can't be said about the other car washes locally. Friendly staff as well, will go over the different washes with you and you get a 72 hour happiness guarantee on the high end wash, not sure on the others, I only get the $20 wash.

I got my car wash membership and worth it. Open everyday business and 24/7 free vacuum. They also have a self carpet cleaner area just next to the customer service door and is pretty good and free, you can choose dry cleaning or wet. The customer service is always friendly!

Customer service is great. We got in a car accident inside this car wash. Was an entire mess. Also since this is private property, kcmo police will not take a report, which sucks (not the car washes fault). The staff were very helpful. Also this car wash is the best ever.

It was great until the brushes broke my rear wiper arm off. They did offer to pay for repairs but when I gave him my estimate he didn't like it and called the dealership and threw a temper tantrum which did him no good. They cut me a check for the amount of the repairs.

Expected a pretty good wash for $20. Got home and could see lines and swirls on the hood from the brushes. There is dirt on almost every part of my Jeep. There wasn't any caked on mud, it was just everyday dirt and grime.
