Ambience:5/5 The Big Barn is a resto bar situated right before Turahalli forest. The place is vast and very well spaced to accommodate seating out in the warm sun and under the barn depending on the weather and the mood of the patrons. It has a refreshing, open air, dabha type vibe with lots of wall paintings. Food and Drink: 5/5 Coming to the most important part of the experience, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. First up, every single dish was presented and crafted beautifully with utmost attention to detail. Us vegetarians ordered peri peri fries and crispy corn and they were both finger licking good. I was told that the prawn fry and egg pakoda were very palatable dishes as well. The white sauce pasta wasn't overwhelming and had the right balance of cream and veggies. The classic garden pizza was unique and had a ton of toppings. Loved it. The crust, not so much. This is the first time we ordered more than our appetite and licked all the plates clean. Coming to the thirst quenchers, there's availability of Toit and Geist Belgian wit beers on tap. We tried the Geist wit and it was light and very refreshing. It's good that there's an option for both bottled beer and craft beer aficionados. Our friends ordered spicy watermelon and mint, watermelon and mint cooler and both these drinks were disappointing. Though they were unique, they didn't have an acceptable after taste on the palate. Mocktails are ordered only for the taste so by those standards, they disappointed us. Service: 4/5 It was quite a lazy Sunday afternoon and there weren't a lot of patrons. So the staff were quick to take orders and quick to dispatch them as well. What was lacking was the intermittent requests for Mayo and ketchup that took their own time to come. But full points for suggestions on the menu and patience to collect orders. So all in all, The Big Barn has a very calm and chilling vibe with plenty of seating availability and very palatable dishes at very affordable prices and I hope they keep things that way. Definitely recommend giving this place a visit.

The big Barn - Taproom Tiki Bar Café presented a disappointing narrative during our much-anticipated family vacation. Entering the establishment, our excitement plummeted upon realizing the assigned indoor seating lacked any atmosphere, akin to dining within four blank walls. The absence of background music further stripped away any chance of a pleasant ambiance, rendering the space dreary and uninviting. Staff inefficiency reigned supreme, with their inability to cater to customers' needs. Orders were haphazardly delivered to the wrong tables, leading to multiple instances of inconvenience and order mix-ups. The serving portions failed to justify their hefty prices, culminating in a major disparity between cost and value. A supposed crispy corn plate arrived with a handful-sized serving, priced exorbitantly at 340+, a clear disservice to customers' expectations. To compound our dismay, the service was marred by unacceptable delays. A 30-minute wait for a chicken starter ended in disappointment when we discovered it was never placed in the kitchen. In an odd turn, the pizza meant for my son arrived before the starter, but with a shockingly sparse topping of merely 6-7 small chicken pieces, far from what one might expect at a price of 545. Observing other tables revealed a consistent theme: patrons eagerly awaiting orders amidst an atmosphere of disarray. The manager's attributed excuse of overcrowding, despite only around 50-60 customers, failed to validate such mismanagement. Ultimately, this establishment presents an appalling dining experience, hardly justifying the hard-earned money spent, a sentiment echoed by many disappointed customers. A visit to The Big barn Taproom Tiki Bar Café appears not only regrettable but entirely unworthy when compared to other available dining options. Never recommended until you want to experience the worst !!

I recently visited Big barn on a weekend afternoon with my husband to have some quality time and it turned out to be really amazing. It was just what we were looking for. It is spread across a huge space with multiple sitting options ; indoor , outdoor bar and even it has a cute little cafe inside. Whether you are a vegetarian, fan of Italian cuisine or simple seeking for a memorable dining experience, Bigbarn is the place for you This place offers a comprehensive menu that caterers to every palate, From pizza to creamy risottos to local South Indian cuisines to delectable desserts. We tried multiple options like chicken tikka pizza, chicken Momos, dahi kabab, seekh kababs and butter chicken, and none of the dish I can say was disappointing. On top of it , we tried chocolate brownie in rum balls, it was one hell of an experience to even watch that rum go over the ball and melting it, of course it tasted amazing as well. I had a cup of hot chocolate and I must say I am popping up here every here and then at least for that amazing hot chocolate that was served to me. Service was great, all captains were very polite and helpful. Ambiance was great too and you can choose from what kind of sitting arrangements you want to have as per your mood; cozy cafe or and open bar or some sporty arena. You are with friends or family, or kids ; they have hot you covered. Overall it was a wonderful experience and it’s a worth visit in place Bangalore!

I & my wife were planning to go here from a very long time just to have Tres leches Cake finally we made it, and captured photos after entering. Got a nice seating arrangement with couple of known indoor games. They've a huge bar counter & the staffs are very friendly, service is mediocre. After having sound meals, we were too excited to have this floating cake. Oh jeez, I really felt heaven after tasting trust me guys, this maybe is their major selling dish USP. Just next to Big barn, you can see Nomad cafe, so if you're a snacks guy, you'll love it

Parking is free but we found difiiculty to park our bikes outside this plc, we didn't even find a plc to hang out helmets so we carried in inside. Car owners, need not to worry there's a valet here

Buffet was ok-ok. The price for the buffet was too much. With mocktail he charged 1299 per head and though the menu said kids it's 699 he charged the same price for kids as well. The buffet included live counters, so he said kids ordered in live counters so full price for kids as well. Veg and Non-veg items were all together and no separation made. Not even mention of red or green circle with food names for separation of veg and non-veg. Less people for the buffet and many were going with ala carte due to this. The overall ambience was good, but the food and price I can give only 4 out of 10. Careful before you start, check all these - 1.) The paper advertisement said 20% off, but the floor manager said it's only for ala carte and not applicable for buffet. (Cheating -1) 2.) Menu said 699 for food+mocktail for kids(check the image attached), but again the manager said this is for Ala carte and not for the buffet. Not sure how +mocktail comes in Ala carte as we are ordering our own food. (Cheating -3) 3.) Veg and non-veg all together. There is a high possibility that spoons used to take non-veg food would have mixed with veg!!! 4.) Though flyers said , live counters serve pasta, pizza and chats, they denied Chats saying it's only for ala carte !!! (Cheating-3 )

New place in this area. They have planned it well and given it a lot of thought. All dishes we ordered were very good. Lots of unique global and local dishes on the menu. The presentation was excellent and so was the service. Quite a spacious place and lots of open air and closed seating options. The cost was reasonable. Suggestions : Please provide all the menus together. We were confused about the multiple food menus : One for Big Barn and one more for Nomad cafe. We were only given the first one initially and then when we asked for Pizza after looking for an offer on pizza combo displayed on each table, then we were given the Nomad cafe menu which had a whole lot of different dishes that we weren't aware of earlier when we ordered food from the first menu.

Lots of space, kids will have a good time to explore and run around.

The ambience and the set up are really done well keeping in mind it's location not being known to everyone but slightly away from major roads (Kanakpura being the closest). This would be a major watering hole in due course of time. Being a little faraway there is a sense of privacy, we decided to sit by the entrance in a semi-covered spot by the Tiki bar. Service was excellent where we had a proper valet parking associate assigned, a host to guide us individually to our table. I really wish the food would improve slightly as we were expecting a piping hot tandoori platter which dint match our expectations. The mock-tails are very limited for a place of this magnitude. Other starters were as usual nothing off the charts

One of the finest bar, restaurant in Banashankari & kanakapura road stretch. Excellent ambience, rustic interiors & 10/10 service levels (kudos to nandu & his team for their exceptional service & hospitality), very extensive menu (mix of local & international cuisines) it was my son's birthday & we family of 4 went for dinner, ordered some Thai & Chinese soup (it was yummy & authentic taste), tandoori starters bharwan mushroom (since it was really yum we repeated the order), paneer tikka (soft & tender paneer & juicy) & malai brocolli (this was not upto the mark & gave the feedback to improve)..we didn't try main course as were not very hungry but will surely visit soon & often..the booking was through eazy diner & it was assured that restaurant offer of 10% will be offered but later realised that the bill did not have any such discount, request restaurant staff to ensure to pass such offers / discounts to customers to ensure customer retention..overall a great experience..must try for all who reside in this part of town..best wishes to team big barn!!

ABYSMAL service would be an understatement! From the moment we stepped in, the ushers looked confused where to seat a group of 10 outdoors as all tables are 4 seaters. We had to suggest turning & joining tables which they then did. Took 15min just to arrange for 2 high chairs for the kids in the group. We had to wait close to 15min for someone to take our order, and too happened after repeatedly calling them. One guy started taking the order and just walked off halfway. Then came a guy Bala who took our order. But service was super delayed, delivered in bits and pieces. Waiters were clueless...bringing stuff We didn't even ask for while our actual order didn't turn up. Food taste was just about average. Beverages were nothing great to speak of either. All items are highly overpriced for the quantity and quality. Overall...Give this place a miss!

Hey! Recently visited big barn near Kanakapura Road and this huge place is a must try for its amazing party vibe , live music lip smacking food and good variety of drinks. They have multiple seating options both indoor and outdoor and amenities like pool table , live streaming of sports matches . They have 2 different bars serving some toit beer and cocktails . Their variety was something I really liked. Coming to food they have multiple cuisines all in one place like continental, oriental , pan Asian , tandoori and coastal . The fish fingers, chicken momos, prawn ghee roast, paneer all were amazing . They also have a live counter for momos, pizza , pasta and chats. For desserts we tried their chocolate opera cake , tres leches and Belgium chocolate cake and all were amazing. Overall this place is a must try to enjoy some great time with your friends while you vibe and dance to good music

Decent place not great Food is alright, cooks are very slow. Servers are manipulative. It took more than 30 minutes to get a buffalo wing. Burger takes even more time. They talk nice but hide many things in the bill. They charge a service charge which is 7.5%, on insisting they take it out( Funny they say that if I want to take it I can). Imagine how many do that. They have Rs. 295/piece for Belgian chocolate cake on the menu but they charge Rs. 450/piece saying that rate have changed. And they show rates in their phone. They act like scolding fellow waiter for not informing the changed rates. They charge Rs. 60 per bottle of water even though you have not used. Overall I found this place with intent to fool the customers than serve them. Will not visit again.

The Big Barn is like a friendly neighborhood place for me The place is huge and has a decent ambience. Multiple layers of seating and each place has it's own design. Good music being played, and at times they also organise live music. An indoor seating area has pool table, fuse ball and a couple of other games. Just that the staff should avoid kids spoiling them :) Servicing is good. We have tasted some of the vegetarian options and everything tasted good. They have a very limited menu, which I believe should be elaborated further. Else, you visit here thrice or four times, there is nothing new that you can order. Apart from this, everything else is really good.

Extremely Spacious, cozy and crazy ambience place, added on with some really delicious food and well curated drinks, it is a one "must go" place in Bangalore. Visited it during a Party and loved every minute of time spent there. When it comes to food, the variety and taste of servings were 10/10. From Cheese Croquet to tiny pizzas to Mushroom and Veg Dimsums, everything was 10/10 for my taste buds. The Red Sauce Pasta from the live counter had my heart. In drinks, the choices here are as much and as Better as at any other premium place in Bangalore. Delicately and diligently Curated Gin based cocktails are a must try here. They also serve all kinds of Beers including The TOIT beers, making it a complete place to Dine in.

No one can get bored at The Big Barn - the kids have a play area indoors and many many activities like pottery, painting,etc..outdoors and a relaxing vibe for the elders while they enjoy their drinks and food. Service - the management is always on their toes and pay key attention to each table. They also suggest food options and take constructive feedback after the meal. Hygiene in washrooms is maintained well. Super spacious place for a good sundowner and DJ nights. I was highly impressed with their menu. Wide options to choose from and not a single dish we ordered disappointed us. A terrific place to enjoy in Kanakapura !

I have visited the restaurant. It's at a nice location and has a nice ambience, but that's where the positives end. The food was average with some items being good and others being quite bad, with most falling in the average category. A couple of items felt like they were simply reheated frozen packets. For the price point, average taste and reheated frozen food aren't expected. However, the worst was the service - the waiters were often clueless about what the order was and there was no system to manage orders, resulting in delays, missed orders and waiters walking up and down with dishes not knowing where they go. Added to that, the lack of a non-smoking space for a restaurant of that size is a travesty.

It was a great evening with the family today and it becomes more awesome with the service from Justin and Moula (excuse me, if my spelling is wrong). Both of them are really great, steady and well knowledgeable at their own respectable position. Ambience was pretty lovely as this is my first time - large, airy and lots of room for everyone. Iam a regular here. Been coming here past 6 months as the ambience is nice and peaceful. They have a good food selection including tap beers. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We have been to this restaurant couple of times with friends and family. The ambience and service is good and perfect for family and friends. Ample parking and also valet option is available. Taste of food there is room for improvement also with respect to quantity they need to work on it. We had ordered paneer chilly n literally there were 8 small pieces which cost 385+tax. They do have live music n cricket screening which is addon. It’s one of the good options in our neighbourhood, hope they get better as I heard there was change in management recently.

A typical resto bar with decent ambiance. Most of the seating are outdoors, so it does get hot during the day. They have a few pedestal fans to keep it cool but that does not help as much. Would definitely be better at night. The food was great, all the dishes we ordered veg and non veg were amazing. Plus point is they serve Toit beers here. Really nice. Would definitely visit again and recommend the place.

This restaurant is has an expansive seating space that welcomes gatherings of all sizes, it effortlessly transforms from a serene dining spot into a pulsating pub and dance haven when the evening comes alive. Firstly talking about the ambiance, its huge with both indoor seating as well as dine in under the sky. They also have cozy corners, perfect for photo shoots. Secondly the pub and dj area, where the energetic music inspires dancing. They also have a snooker table, to enjoy food while playing and have a pleasant time. Lastly the food, they have a live counter for continental dishes like pasta, pizza.

The restaurant was spacious and less crowded, I was there for dinner with family, they have good options on menu, whatever I tasted was good, except for the biryani, it was nothing like biryani at all. I don't recommend it. Otherwise the taste of starters and pizza was good. Prices are similar to other pubs in bangalore. Definitely can try once.

We went there on a Saturday afternoon, and hardly anyone was there. The outside seating had houseflies, the menu is expensive when compared to similar restaurant. Paneer popcorn was the worst, it wasn't crisp and was sauteed in some kind of sweet sauce which cost 400 which is think is ridiculous. The people and service was good, but the food is not worth the money. You can give a miss to this place. PS: I believe they are trying to get people by offering a 30% discount through Zomato.

Pros - Ambience and Cleanliness Cons - It's too costly for the quantity they serve. Most importantly, None of the staff knows Kannada. They expect you to speak in Hindi mostly. Some can manage English. But the point is 90% of the people who come here are Kannadigas. They also didn't play any Kannada songs even after asking so many times. Advice to Management - Hire people who can speak Kannada Or train your staff to speak Kannada. I will never visit this place again. #NoKannada #NoBusiness

Somewhat underwhelmed by the experience. Despite the attentive staff, the service was slow, even with the place being relatively quiet. Ordering in advance might be wise. The Giest Witty Wit beer was passable. However, the food was both expensive and served in notably small portions for the price, with a taste that fell short. On a positive note, reserving the table through Zomato brought two complimentary drinks and an additional discount upon Zomato payment for the total bill.

We have been there twice already and it was a pleasure each time. We had ordered a bunch of starters and some of their signature cocktails. And everything was served swiftly and with really good quality and taste. All of their staff were very kind and courteous. Definitely would highly recommend to visit them once for a weekend chill session.

There is still plenty of room for improvement. Food was good but they still don't have beer on tap. Staff are nice and friendly but usually there isn't much vibe around here. Hopefully place will get more popular soon. Its a great place if you want to sitdown and have a chat because of less crowd. Place is massive with lots of seating options. If there were to serve tap beer or have some tie up with toit or any other popular breweries to serve it here, it would be cherry on top of the sundae

We had done booking through Zomato, however at the time of billing Big Barn refused to accept Zomato payment. Supervisor started yelling and thretning to call bouncer, if not paid directly. After we challenged to follow the law, main supervisor apologised and agreed to mmake payment through Zomato payment. However in bill, he forefully included Service charge, which is agnaist the Tax rules. Not a pleasent experiance, with ambiance or behaviour with Big barn

The food prices is a bomb.. all starters around Rs.410 + GST and the food was not worth that money at all. Not tasty at all..!!! Ambience is good. But had to fight with the manager to change the music as it was very very vulgar and continuously played those kind of songs when many children were there in the restaurant. Some children looked confused with the music. I had to scream at the manager for bad taste of music which had only filthy language. No... Not again to this restaurant...!!!

Really good ambiance and friendly staff. Place is spacious and is pet friendly too with a pet menu included. Sanjay the magician performed his act for me and my family and it was marvellous. Aditya (server) also took good care of the services

Starters are average in terms of taste and quantity. The main course was better. Service is not up to the mark. Had to wait 20min just for the drinks to arrive. Prices are also at the higher side for the quantity and quality. Overall not a good experience.

Service needs to improve a lot if this restaurant ever hopes to compete! I visited the restaurant in April 2023 with a big group of 12 for lunch and service was very slow even when the restaurant was not crowded, waiter took time to get basics like water and glasses! Many items in the menu were not available and waiters were not aware of it and would come back after several minutes saying what we ordered was not their.

The big barn is a beautiful place with a huge ambience. Recently they had a cake mixing event which was an amazing and fun filled event. The food here is so good and the quality is top notch. The beautiful bar serves some interesting cocktails and mocktails. My food recommendations are: Coconut prawns, chicken dimsums,tawa fish fry, chicken gravy and desserts are too good.

Not a good restaurant for the family. My sister in law asked for an extra pillow. They didn't provide. And when we paid the bill via Zomato , they informed me that you booked a table via another app and you need to pay the discount which you got from the Zomato app. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Superb place with best staff.. Food is delicious. We went here for corporate party. We had a great time with lot of music, singing dance ..they have pool and other games too. One of the staff members sung the song which ws wonderful. Over all amazing experience.
