The worst bookshop I ever saw......don't buy any books from here....staff and owner are rude and arrogant....if expect good customer service then dude they don't even know what is customer service.....I was returning my college books & one of the books has marks on it when I brought it from this shop they said there is no problem and they will take it back but now they are like we don't take or sell books with marking & there was marking in that book already when I brought it......if you want to buy second-hand college books I will suggest you buy it from Parle book depot (vile parle East)

Worst and pathetic shop keeper... Never buy books from here... they'll tell you that you can rent the book... but you have to pay the full price... and when you return the book you'll get 50% but when I went to return the book they said that they'll only give me 30% and started calling me liar... this is totally unfair, rude and dishonest.... please don't buy books from here....

I didn't like their Policy of not trusting the customer.... I returned an Engineering text book because by mistake my son didn't notice.... They deducted 50₹...which no other book store does... I asked for a full credit... Not even a refund... Even then he was not ready... Sorry I mean disappointed by the behavior and the Policy

I won't recommend this place unless it's your only option, they are taking advantage of the fact that newer publications are going to come in the future so they don't pay you the return amount for a second hand book, for 5-6 books worth 2000, they said they'd pay 35 rupees

Very disappointed, my books were in absolutely proper condition, not a single mark, and as per their written confirmation, I was told that I will be refundsed 50% of the amount while I was just paid rs 20, I would rather suggest parle book centre in parle West

If you do some research beforehand you may find a great bargain. Check exactly what you are getting and if it is worth it. If you expect an iota of customer service, you will be out of luck. The owner and his workers have a perpetual frown …
