THE EXPERIENCE Brian & the team at The Box Thing were so friendly and easy to work with! They responded to emails & phone calls quickly and even came out to double check our space and offer insights of what kind of storage box would best suit us into the future if we were to upsize our car or potentialy need more storage. Even the assembly and deliver process was seamless. THE PRODUCT I can't speak on longevity cause we've only had it for a short time however based on quality I can see it lasting a long time. The whole box is made from a really high quality powder coated alluminum and it looks great. It's a professionally built box so in comparison to some of the cheaper DIY ones it certainly feels more durable. It's very sturdy and the seals on the doors are perfect for keeping out dust. Would definately reccomend The Box Thing for all your storage needs. Especially if you are keen to work with an Australian business owner who cares about what he does. Brian is the man!

I've engaged Bryan from "The Box Thing" to get my pool equipment cover build. Bryan is a great bloke who asked me all the relevant questions needed to build my custom box. The size I needed are quite custom and they were able to build it for me. The ETA was 1 week fully built and delivered. The material are hard and the box is very stable, nothing to compare with others. The noice got reduced almost 90%, I can hardly hear anything when my windows are fully open. All and all, the service was excellent and I would recommend "The Box Thing" for you pool equipment cover. Thanks so much Bryan !!!

Not only is this product outstanding, the service, flexibility, reliability and friendliness of Brian (who I dealt with) was also outstanding. During a very stressful move and dealing with some unhelpful people, it was so wonderful to experience someone so willing to just be helpful and listen and provide a great product on time and efficiently. The storage fits an enormous amount in easily and the smoothness and ease of the doors and how they give access to the storage is fantastic. Wonderful product and company and worth the money. I would highly recommend The Box Thing for your storage needs. Brian carefully considered what I wanted to achieve and the space I had available, and came up with a customised solution for my garage after talking through the options with me. The cupboard was ready quickly, fits perfectly and is beautiful! Brian and Tony took a lot of care when installing the cupboard to ensure that everything was perfect. My recent interaction with “The Box Thing” started professionally when discussing a product quote. However, the response to my decision to choose a more affordable option was disappointing and unprofessional, marked by a dismissive remark about “Good luck with Spiders insects and cockroaches.” This experience negatively affected my perception of their customer service, overshadowing the product’s quality.

Brian and his team were very responsive to my enquiry. Talked through a solution that best worked for me and my garage and was honest about what would and wouldn't work and when he could deliver the storage unit. The unit was delivered efficiently and looks fantastic! Sturdy and good quality so I'd certainly recommend him and his product. If I ever need another storage solution I know where I'll be going.

Brian and his team have delivered a finished filter box that has been too hard for some of the others in this market. Designed and made to measure allowed it to fit into a tight space also taking into account accreditation rules. Australian owned and made I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting first class service and product.
