I ordered a cake, and the receipt shows a $5 voucher for the next order. I placed another order after one minute. According to the first receipt, I should receive a $5 discount on my next order, but they refused to give it, stating it's the same day, and they can't provide the discount. Both receipts have different order numbers, but the staff was unwilling to listen to my explanation. I attempted to discuss the issue during pickup time, but they were unresponsive and insisted they would only give the discount on the next order. This is not good customer service. The behavior of your team and staff is not acceptable for customers. Mistakes can happen, but your staff refused to listen. Please review the situation again; it's a different order number, so technically, you should apply the discount. This is not just about $5; it's about the way you're treating customers and potentially deceiving them. If you mention a discount, you should honor it.

Today, we bought a Black Forest Cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was very dry, tasteless and had no texture. Nobody liked the cake. Unfortunately, I still have a lot left and will chuck it in the bin. I would rather just throw my money in the trash instead of buying the cake from this shop. My son was really disappointed on his special day.

The service was Great! The Workers were really nice and the caramel cheesecake chocolate is the item I purchased and I am delighted with my purchase. I recommend this place for anybody looking for cakes and more for birthdays and other functions. Thank You!

Ordered a custom cake. Had vanilla sponge. Was delicious! Everyone at the birthday loved the cake. They did an awesome job decorating it and followed all decorations instructions to a T. Would definitely come back if I need more cake.
