Food is great and so is the customer service. So why the 3 stars. Well while sitting and waiting for my food I noticed 4 employees working, and 3 of the 4 were speaking in a different language while the 4th who you can tell didn’t understand was quietly working away. We live in a world where we need to be inclusive and I wasn’t seeing that there. If I were that 4th employee I wouldn’t know if they were talking about me behind my back or not. I’m seeing this a lot in the industry and it’s time for everyone to realize to be inclusive means to speak the language that everyone knows living in this country. I’ll definitely be back to this location but I would like to see everyone treat other employees fairly and with respect.

First thing...the food is really very good. We have enjoyed different soups, sandwiches and wraps and always fresh and tasty. The first 2 times we went we ordered the salad rolls. They were made fresh to order. The last 2 times you could really tell the staff just didnt want to make them. The first time they said they weren't allowed to make more once they ran out. This was 1:30 in the afternoon. We made other choices and it was good. This past Sunday we went at 11:30 and they said they had run out (they opened at 11). When I asked if some could be made, the girl taking the order asked another girl who looked very unimpressed. She said "uh, no because we might get a rush". This time we left. So, although the food is good, the service has not not been great for us recently.

This location NEVER gets takeout orders right! Ever. I always request an extra dressing (the take out dressing portion is much smaller than eat in) and I rarely get it. A few times I’ve ordered my ‘usual’ family dinner (sunshine, Pegasus, Bangkok, and a kids wrap - $60+) have have been given the complete wrong order - not even 4 meals, but 2 or 3 of the totally wrong order. If you request exclusions due to food allergies - beware as they’ll likely forget to remove them. I love the food, but I’m thoroughly disappointed with their quality control! I used to eat here a lot and would buy for work training meeting as well.

Very inconsistent bowls. Always add rice for more money and half the time it’s forgotten. My bowl should come with avocado, half the time it’s not added. Think I’ve spoken to 2 friendly staff out of the 20+ times I’ve been there, otherwise very unfriendly. Only place close I like to pick up a nice salad bowl. Unsure when I’ll be back because of the lack of quality service and lack of consistency in bowl and add ons I pay extra money for. This is coming from someone who’s worked in the serving industry for 9+ years.

Thoroughly enjoyed ever bite of our lunch order. The Tuna melt had a perfect melt to it, the sourdough wasn't too soggy or toasted, and the creamy dill sauce that was served along side it was the perfect addition. The build your own full size salad was perfect, plenty of chicken, dressing and toppings to make it a joy to eat. And finally the prawn vegetable rolls were a great snack to go with the salad. TL;DR Absolutely amazing food, definitely a new spot for lunch.

24$ for a very disappointing salad. 3$ extra for that awful pre cooked chicken that's super wet, paid an extra dollar for more feta and there was hardly any, not enough dressing for the larger salad and even the lettuce was subpar. For a place that is supposed to be a salad bad they deliver a pretty poor salad . next time I'll go to Fortinos and save 20$

The Chopped Leaf is very popular in Alberta and I wish there were more locations in the GTA. The quality and service is the same at this location than the ones I've experienced out West, which is great. I always opt for the sandwiches - spicy chicken is my favorite and the dip is always a great touch. Highly recommend for a quick lunch.

Ordered online to save time with instructions for no tomotoes! Of course there are tomatoes, go back and let them know, employees don’t even have the decency to apologize or acknowledge they screwed it up, boxed up a new salad for me and THERE ARE TOMATOES AGAIN!!! Not planning on going back- was my first time and last time as well!

It's nice to go somewhere and be greeted with a smile now a days! I had the southwest salad and added tuna it was delicious and I was stuffed! Best bang for the buck and healthy!!

I really enjoy this place. I usually get the Bangkok wrap with chicken and it’s delightful but this time I tried the Cranberry Pesto Chicken sandwich on multigrain and wow, it was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Checked out this place for the first time on September 20th, 2017. Overall, a decent experience. I ordered the starter "Pegasus" salad, minus the olives and added chicken. One wish was that it was real chicken, and not pre-packaged, processed. It even looked rubbery. Would recommend.

Food Is always consistently good the Soups and Spicy Chicken Sandwich are my favorites a must try.

Cashier named Abril helped me create my first chopped leaf salad which was very delicious. Thanks Abril!!! There was this other girl in the back chopping peppers working very hard as well. If you are craving a unique salad with a twist of your own, this is the place for you!

Amazing food. Love the quality. The whole bowls and quesadillas are amazing. Always unique new things try and the kids menu is just perfect. Best part is the amazing owner. Super understanding and a sweetheart. Never thought I would crave a salad place but I crave chopped.

Pretty good stuff here. A tad overpriced as it is just salad. If it was cheaper I could see myself eating here more often, but $9 salads and $2 tap water with an orange slice in it is a bit far fetched for me. My salad was good and fresh, and just the right portion.

Made an online order today expecting it to be correct. They forgot the egg I paid extra for and the extra dressing. I didn’t notice until I got home and actually opened it to eat. Annoyed as I should be getting the items I actually pay for. Taste good otherwise.

I was just there and my spinach quinoa salad literally took 17 minutes to make!! They worked so slowly, I was amazed they had such little coordination and seemingly no management! Definitely won't be coming back to this location.

FINALLY a great fast food place that provides completely healthy options. I have tried a number of menu items but my favourite is the NO. 1 whole bowl. Delicious and portion sizes are great for the price!
