My friend and I were browsing around the store since it's the first time it's been opened at Capricorn Square. So we were quite interested in what they had to offer. The female worker there racially profiled us and questioned is with the most atrocious attitude "What are you looking for here?". I was quite thrown aback and my friend and I were hurt at this lady's attitude. All in all, my friend and I are never setting foot in that darn Crazy Store in Capricorn Squar place with little to no customer service ever again. Disrespecting potential customers with a disgusting attitude.

Im not happy with how the lady at capricorn beach changes price of things. Its been happening more than 5 times right infront of my eyes. You get a price written on an item then you go to the till and she charges over. I have seen most customers leaving their items because of her and she doesnt even bother checking or fixing the issue. Makes it seem like she robs people off their small money. Which is not right. Why dont you change your price tags if the pricing is wrong.. Sort that out

I went into the Crazy Store in Capricorn Square on Saturday 17 March 2018 and walked right out again. The music was very loud and not music which should be heard in a shop. I am all for music but Crazy Store is a family store - not a club. I did tell the lady at the till that I will leave and come back at a later stage hoping that the music would be more suitable for all walks of life. I enjoy music of all genre's but there is a time and a place for everything.

The service for a store like this is pretty good and the staff makes an effort to help you find that one thing you're looking for. Plenty of party favours and fun items from which to choose and there's never a queue in the shop to take up time. There are some quality issues on some items but it's usually obvious to tell by the price. It would be nice to have an expanded range and instant delivery would be a bonus.

Excellent service the ladies are very helpful Moeshfieka sorted me out with the things I needed for my puppy. I'm really impressed.
