I recently had the misfortune of dealing withThe Crown Collection, and I am compelled to share my appalling experience with others. Their customer service and refund policy are not congruent. Initially, I was offered a full refund if I was not happy with their antique products. However, when I decided to return the items 2 days later, I found myself caught in a web of frustration and disappointment. Despite adhering to their return instructions diligently and returning the items within the specified timeframe, I was denied a full refund and billed more than R1600 to cover "cost" Their representative Colin seemed unhelpful, offering vague and contradictory explanations as to why I was not eligible for the full refund. It felt as if they were purposefully trying to make the process as difficult as possible, hoping that I would give up and abandon my refund request. It's beyond frustrating to be misled by a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction but fails to uphold their own policies. The Crown Collection has left me feeling cheated and deeply dissatisfied. I hope this review serves as a caution for others, and that The crown Collection recognizes the importance of treating customers fairly and living up to their advertised promises.

The Crown Collection has all the best antiques I could ever find. I am an avid collector and they always have the perfect piece that I was looking for. The rarest pieces are always there too which is what I love about this place. The store has a beautiful atmosphere and you'll be amazed at how much there is to see.
