I’m probably going to sound like those highly strung people; I can assure you I’m not. Diet Factory was the Worst experience! I waited 2 weeks to receive the food I couldn’t even eat. This would have been understandable with the delays from the pandemic - however the customer service was SHOCKING. I received one sentence replies every few days without answering anything I was asking. When I received the food - it was a bunch of heat up meals with no nutritional value, for example Macaroni & Cheese; pastas etc - packed into a box, with no instructions. The meals had defrosted and spilled food water, filling the bottom of the box. I have THANKFULLY - been able to get a refund; although that took days to execute; as there’s no point of contact, other than the email address; which is useless for effective communication; if the person on the other end - doesn’t address the customers. I have now used Dietlicious instead; I called the business and they were LOVELY! I ordered Tuesday - the food came to me the next day. The food is in seperate bags for each days worth of meals; and you receive a menu explaining how to follow everything. All the food has been fantastic! The meals are all healthy, I started with the 10 day cleanse; which removed sugar, dairy and wheat from the diet for 10 days at 1000 calories. You can then move on to their sustainable meal plans which are all really great! If I had known about them before ordering Diet Factory; I never would have. Unless this business does a complete reconstruct; and figures out new protocols in dealing with customers & their food plans - I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Tried their meals for one week. After opening the parcel and finding two of the meals opened due to poor seals and cheap plastic containers that cracked, I contacted their Support to provide feedback. Their response, "we will follow this up with our courier company, as we have quality checks that didn't pick up on this, so it must have happened during transport". This was a massive shock to me, as it's clear this wouldnt have been the first time they would have received a complaint about this. Cause of this, I had to two eat two of meals within the next day as I had no idea how long they were opened for. The other thing, none of the meals had expiry dates on them, which seems a bit strange, I thought there would be a government regulation on this. On the packaging, it states that all of the meals need to be stored in the freezer, which I thought was very very strange when other competitors in this area don't require this. Now the taste. I bought a variety of meals and found them all to be bland/tasteless, and small in portion size. One was a vegetable bake, which didn't have enough carbs to fill you up so needed to have grains/legumes added. Overall, my experience was so bad that it warranted writing a review like this. I hope this review provides a bit of insight into what to expect with their meals.

I used to order from the diet factory and loved the meals. Recently I had thought id give it another go. The meal structure has changed....and seems to have something to do with another company called food for you. The food was absolutely terrible. I had never tasted anything so bad. Any good reviews would have to be fake. If i could give minus 2 stars i would have. I gave up on eating the meals it was that bad. Some meals were so bland I just couldnt eat them. Left over meals that i didnt eat went in the bin. Lite n easy is so much better value for food delivery. Or the michelle bridges meals or super nature meals in the supermarket are great tasting healthy meals for a very good price. Disappointing that a business like this would even exist. Edit to response. No i wasnt advertising for supermarket meals. Just letting people know what works for me instead. (I did mention 3 brands) Im not sure how you searched your database on only part of my name. I ordered the Dr Cabot meal plan.

Biggest mistake to waste $200 on high protein meals. There is hardly any protein in it. Packing is of cheap quality, by the tike i took it out of the microwave the sticker turned black. Taste was bad, I understand that they mention on their website that they cannot guarantee the taste to everyone’s liking but my god please hire a half decent chef who can make tasty recipes so that it is edible. Portions are way too small even my cat would be still hungry if he had one of the containers. I was able to eat 3 containers only trying to convince myself that the remaining will taste good but that wasnt the case. I heated up one after another but just couldn’t stand the taste and how small portions were. Ended up throwing them in the bin. All the lovely photos on their websites are fake, actual product is poles apart.

I have had some concerns with joining a weight loss program but since I have only started with this company I must admit that I can see the changes. Food, flavour, time and also that if I have any concerns that they will respond within time that is needed. Reading the other reviews made me question if this is legit but as they are under a new Management I thought I'd give it a go and have been very satisfied. Other companies are only in it for profit but I can taste the difference from this food and other competitors. Not only is is great for me physically but also having time is a great factor also.

I have been with diet factory for six weeks now, feel better healthy and lost 6 kg so far. Most of the meals taste good except two I didn’t like. And it is different from one to another. The owner do care about your complaints and try to fix as soon as possible. When I started I used not to feel full. However I feel full quicker now and can not eat large portions. I recommend the diet factory for any body seeking a healthy life style. I hope that you succes in your business and keep improving.

This review is not about the healthy meals but to the person who has Dietfactory car parked on the walking strip. Please be mindful that there are families with prams and disabilities using the walking path. You just can’t be selfish and park the car all the way to the end. Like everyone in the spring mountain community park sensibly! Have respect to others and be a good law abiding citizen.

I really like the service. Excellent support over email for deliver dates etc. Lot of Meal options to choose from. The meals are packaged and have long validity when kept frozen. This makes meal planning so easy. I tried the halal 12 meal option and loved it. The meals are portion sized which helps in controlling calorie intake. Kudos to the team! Keep doing the amazing work!

Just to be clear this is NOT a fake review & I have in fact been ordering from them for about a year now. The food is excellent, affordable & their staff have always been professional and polite. If you’re wanting to try something new & you aren’t biased to the negativity then I would highly recommend giving them a try. Thumbs up for sure from us

Food was delivered late and there was no communication from them or their delivery partner. The packaging is questionable as two of my items were already open. The food has so much water after you microwave it. Not recommended. If you are looking for a halal meal provider than My Muscle Chef is an another alternative

I am pretty sure that most of these reviews are fake! The foods' taste & smell are horrible, definitely not fresh. I have contacted them and still did not get a reply - their only reply was send your details and more info and never heard from since then. It is not fair to charge you that money for non edible food!!

My delivery was 3 days late without communication. I ordered a specific plan but was only given random meals (I’m not a fan of Indian spices). I only received one Mac and cheese. The pack was totally unappetising. It’s a shame as I loved the mac and cheese. The risotto unfortunately tasted like porridge.

As I am gluten and lactose intolerant so, it has been super hard for me to find the right meal plan which I have got from the diet factory ...They have an amazing range of meal plans put together to suit your diet and allergies.... and on top of it tastes great too... keep up the good work …

My experience with diet factory has been very good. I searched high and low for halal diet options and couldn't find a better option then diet factory. They ensure timely delivery and the food tastes good too. My recommendations are beef lasagne, cottage pie, vege pasta, vege cannelloni, vege lasagne!

I'm really impressed with this Business! Freshly prepared meals and snacks that are tasty and healthy. There is a good range of meats and pastas, served with veg or salad. Even they provide huge variety of veg and non veg curries with rice. I just love therir meal. Highly recommend

Food wasn't delivered as scheduled. Did not respond to my request for a refund. Simply delivered the meals 5 days later without a proper follow up. In total there were 2 emails sent to me despite the numerous messages I sent through. Terrible service!

I was hoping that it would be good but it didn’t meet my expectations. Flavour and quality wise. The meat is fatty and the chicken taste so old. I tried other companies with better quality, flavour rich and cheeper at same time.

Some of the best ready made frozen meals I’ve ever tried!!! Ordered on a Monday night, they arrived the very next day which was amazing. So easy to reheat them when you’re short on time or just can’t be bothered cooking!
