Terrible customer service. I never had such a bad experience in a shop like that. Staff and the manager in hoppers crossing branch think that they are doing a favour to sell things to the customers. I’ll never recommend this shop to any one and will never come back into it. Update: Instead of making false accusation, try to respect your customers who make your salary. Me and my partner were there Saturday 4/7 after lunch (Which I wish I wouldn’t walk in). After the bad experience we had on Sunday morning we drove to Dandenong store and got what we wanted to get from you. I had a chat with their manager about your attitude and terrible experience we had. You feel free to call Dandenong manager to ask about our chat. But remember to come back here and apology for calling my review fake. Im sure I wasn’t the first one who you treated badly but I know shoppers are very smart and care about customer service theses days and you will see the result of it very soon.

Very Competitive Prices , Usually Staff is friendly unless they Do a Mistake , Quality is ok , Not too good , But Pretty reasonable for the price . After Sale Skills Are Horrible , Specially manager looks very Defensive and Blame on Other staff members in front of customers which looks embarrassing . In the name of after sale service they will Present paper work with term and conditions . But I feel Manager is not been given with any Rights at all to help customers after their own Blunders , I feel sorry for him and wish him peace . Upper Management should Give him Some tools which he can use to Compensate mistakes they Made . Before They blame me of fake customer , I bought Thousand of dollars of Furniture from last couple of years and Recent experience was Awful with the Team .

Very bad quality they have.I just bought sofa from Hopper crossing store. Just received 12 days before and look like it's 2 years old because of wrinkles on the cushions which is attached to the back. When I rang them they said it's looks like same as that we got in store and suggest me to buy more filling. And fill in the attached cushions. I thought I bought a new sofa. Never going back to them. And my family and friends who visit my house and saw the sofa. Very bad quality product they sell. Nothing has done to fix it no replacement or anything. once they sell it to you got the money that where everything done. And they don't talk to you on the phone regarding the claim only option is to email them and wait for reply if they have time then they reply otherwise good luck with it.

This company is only happy to sell you furniture but makes you jump through hoops if you have any issues with it. Beware their customer service and support is very lack lusture. I purchased a brand new Dining table that was delivered damaged and they told me its only minor and expected to have some scuffs from new?. Sales staff at Hoppers Crossing store were not supportive at all and seems like they did not really care about the customer and seems an effor to serve me at the time of purchase, the man was more concerned that i was aware of their Terms and Conditions over anything else which was odd. Their furniture is cheap but god help you if you have any issues, you do not have anyone to speak to, only email and hope for a quick response.

Furniture was okay but the attitude of delivery guys was poor. 1. They gave a delivery window between 11 AM to 2 PM. Almost at 1.30PM, I called them to check if the delivery is as scheduled. They rudely responded to me saying that I can only call them only if they arrive late. 2. They rang the door bell and within 2 mins I came out. He lied to me stating that he waited there for more than 5 mins and cursed me that I may be deaf. I showed him the front entry cam footage for how long he had been waiting and he agreed that he didn't wait for 5 mins or more. Such worst attitude of delivery people. Not going to buy again from them if they still have the same delivery guys as they spoiled my entire day with their rude attitude.

We bought a harleson lounge from Furniture traders. The staff at hoppers crossing store were very professional and helpful . When we received the lounge suite we noticed the armrest of the sofa had a defect so we sent an email to the staff at furniture Trader. Within a day of the email Caroline from Claims Dept contacted us advising an assessor will be arranged asap to assess the fault. The assessor came out within a week we placed the notice. The assessor was very pleasant and with no hesitation agreed the sofa needed to be replaced. We received a new sofa within a week Thank you to Furniture Traders for your help , no hassle and professional service throughout and now we can enjoy the lounge suite .

I am pleased with the furniture I purchased from the Furniture Trader. I spent over $6000 altogether. I bought a new dining setting and had the table delivered with most of the other furniture ordered. I paid a delivery charge at this time. However,under no fault of my own, the chairs to the dining setting were delivered 5 weeks later and I had to pay another hefty delivery charge. This is pathetic given that the chair delay was not my doing. I spoke with Mark, the Manager and he was not helpful at all. I was told to pay for the second delivery or leave the chairs sitting in the warehouse in Epping. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Terrible customer service, the two women behind the counter were just sitting there talking amongst themselves for almost 20mins while customers were waiting for assistance. I had to walk to the counter and interrupt their conversation to get their attention. The lady that served me was rude and condescending. No negotiations on price either like other furniture stores. Very happy with the furniture itself though, excellent quality. Just a shame about the lack of service. Edit: Funny how your reply only focuses on the most minor part of my review... The customer service, or lack thereof, is the real issue here.

I bought over 6,000$ in furniture there was couple of issues but they came out straight away and rectify the jobs i had store credit aswell you get a 12mth warranty on all things and they will replace anything thats trully faulty theres a worker at hoppers david i came into spend my store credit he gave me the 2 lamps i wanted that was 50$ more expensive than intop he found 2 bran new ones in box and gave them when he could of continued to give me floor stock he stayed with myself and partner helping me workout what would go with my other furniture highly recommend and quotes they r great thankz guys

Recently purchased furniture from the Furniture Trader Hoppers Crossing. The prices were reasonable considering the great quality. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and Damien went above and beyond to help me to ensure that my furniture selection is right. After delivery, noted minor issues with a couple of pieces which was resolved quickly and efficiently by the Claims team and Damien, Mark and Bruno spent a lot of time and went above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with my furniture. I very much appreciate their time and help and can’t recommend their product and service enough!

I recently purchased the Linea Large Buffet (Natural) from the Hoppers Crossing Store.I was a little hesitant at first as some of the reviews weren’t that great. But I had no problems whatsoever from the start. Customer service from Peter was excellent, communication from delivery driver was excellent, it was delivered right on the dot and on a public holiday, they bought it right into my home and were very polite too.The buffet is gorgeous and good quality. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for good quality furniture at an affordable price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best customer service ever. I wanted a certain lounge suite that I had seen but it was sold out and not available until November. VJ from hoppers crossing store suggested the same lounge but in a different colour. All this was done via the telephone. He sent me a photo of the lounge suite as it wasn't displayed at the hoppers crossing store, immediately. I needed a quote, he did it and sent it through immediately. Delivery was also organised immediately. I was not dealing with the staff face to face and their service and care factor was amazing and beyond.

Very bad customer service bought a hester lounge and within 3 months the stiches are all coming undone was taken to be fixed which took 2 weeks and when it came back wasnt even fixed and to top it up they damaged the leg and placed and extra screw where it should not be. I honestly think they got a 5yr old to do the rapairing honestly if i can attach pictures everyone would see what i mean will never shop from their company and will let everyone know about the poor quality. Also the manager at hoppers crossing store is rude and not supportive.

I purchased a dresser draws without mirror product very good sturdy priced good no complaints about product but, I have to say the customer service was very below average the staff were not very informative when I asked about delivery times or days they seemed both confused and couldn't provide me with specifics also, i asked if driver would call half hour prior to delivery but she was adamant that this could not be arranged. If I wasn't desperate to purchase a dresser or the right one at that very moment I would have tried elsewhere.

Ordered a hall table on 10/7 and was told it would be delivered in August. They contacted me in August and said that the table was ready to be picked up. The next day I received another phone call to say they had made a mistake and the table wasn't there and would be a few more weeks!! Picked up the table yesterday 25/9. With so many furniture stores to choose from in the area, with exceptional service, quality and price, I do believe that this store should make an effort to improve their product knowledge and customer service.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the store. Despite spending a significant amount of time browsing through countless items, the moment I decided on a furniture piece and went to pay for it, I was informed that the advertised price was completely incorrect and that the actual price was significantly higher. This deceptive tactic of luring customers in led to a complete waste of my precious day off. I highly recommend avoiding this store and exploring other options instead.

spent around 10k for furniture in October 2020 ,sofa set had really bad fury (PILE) like stuff grown in about 2 months and ottoman moved out of its actual shape ,seat on the top moved half a foot on one side leaving gap on the other, when asked about the warranty they gave me this 20$ fabric shaver machine to keep it shaving every 2 weeks ,no help whatsovere.make sure you have plenty of time in your hand to keep it clean WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Really good variety of furnitures we can see in there. Store was bit crowded when I visited but that makes sense because the items are priced very reasonably in compare to other furniture shops. Ordered tv cabinet and coffee tables along with other small furnitures and got it delivered in a week. If you are planning to visit, be prepared to stand in a queue for the billing. Staff shortage in the store is the reason I am not giving 5 star for my experience.

We bought a bedroom package and a living package from the store. We had an issue with the color of living package. However, Mark (store manager) and warranty team were excellent in their customer service. They resolved our issue by agreeing to collecting back the living package without any issues as they did not have the color showing up on their site available. Now we are waiting for the refund . So far their service has been good.

Hi, I bought the furniture from Hoppers crossing next day I found some parts missing. After 2 days they call me they got missing part and told me to pick up. I went there pick up and when I fix the bed I found crack. I called them and they said I have to email clame department. I did email nothing happened. I am waiting for last one week to fix bed. I feel not to recommend this company to other friends.

Mark from the Hoppers Store was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great customer experience, ensured everything was spelt correctly. Triple checked all of my information. Bought a King size bed over the weekend, turned out to be really good. Mark and the team were helpful in through out the process. Prices are comparatively cheaper from other similar furniture shops. I was told Delivery NOT part of service. Delivery drivers ask for cash. Extra on the spot without eftpos machine. Hoppers Store manger very unhelpfull asking to come to shop 20km to pay. Very bad experience coupled woth poor service from day 1. Even spoken to them last 2 weeks and still no notification. Read all terms on invoice.

Pathetic staff member at hoppers crossing store, speaks so disrespectfully, disconnects calls, if you have concerns at store level there is no way out to escalate the issue. You just have to bear them, even manager speaks so disrespectfully, they are ready to fight even you r polite with them. Staff needs to learn basic manners.

Being frustrated, I had to change half of my furniture and buy whatever was available. Store manager doesn’t have anything to do with customer service. Won’t buy again from Hoppers crossing.

With so many furniture shops all within 500 metres along this road. Furniture Trader is a little up market, with quality well made furniture, and I was lucky enough to find a full size dining table with specific legs, so that I can use in my mobile home. And it was on sale. Attentive salesperson, without being in your way.

I found this place to be excellent. The manager Mark went out of his way to help me and get my furniture to me as quickly as possible. The furniture is exactly what I wanted as I saw on the website and I’m very happy with it, will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mark and staff.

Love the Porter burnished hard word timber dining table we recently purchased, they made it a bit hard with the delivery, the delivery guys were in a rush and did a rough job, would have been an overall great experience if customer service was the same start to end.

Never buy any product with them I order a bed with them they said me to get your bed in end of December I call them in December they said you got in start January now I call them they said you got in February if cancel the order they charge me 20%.
