I would just like to start with what a lovely space you have at the guild rooms. Me and a friend attended 2 weeks ago for a luxury pedicure, and we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Our coats were taken, and refreshments were offered. Your studio is beautiful, and the pedicure area was lovely. The 2 ladies who provided our pedicures were delightful and very friendly. However, I do have a bit of constructive feedback for you. The pedicure itself was not luxury. It was probably 1 of the most standard pedicures I've ever had. We booked in for the luxury, breathable polish pedicure £45. The foot scrub was very quick. Neither of us was asked if we wanted any length removed and were simply given a quick file. Very minimal products were added to my feet, and no cuticle solution or oil was added, etc. No hard skin removal was done at all and the final massage took about 30 seconds and had no pressure atall. For such a premium price I would of expected alot more and we were both a bit Disappointed to be honest. We really did enjoy our morning, hence not complaining at the time, but I feel you need to know this for the future of your business.

I've been going to the Guild Rooms for over a year now for my hair and nails, however, I recently got married and had the absolute pleasure of spending my wedding morning with these amazing ladies! 3 days before my wedding I treated myself to a gel manicure and pedicure and the lovely Geanina did an amazing job on my nails and also made me feel so special! The Guild Rooms always makes you feel pampered but they really went all out to make my wedding morning special! Monique came in at 8am to do my hair, keeping me topped up with prosecco and getting my energy up for the day! We had a session to practice my hair prior to the day, but nothing could have prepared me for how beautiful I felt! She took my shoulder length hair and transformed into a classy Hollywood style messy bun (with the help of hair extensions of course!). I will always recommend the Guild Rooms for just your standard services, but if you're getting married, pop in and chat with the girls because they will make you look and feel absolutely amazing for your big day! DON’T COME HERE 1.the lady was cutting my cuticles too deep, I was bleeding for so long. It never happened to me before, so I thought this was normal 2.I booked for a ‘luxury manicure’ but I didn’t get a hand spa and almost charged for it. I asked the receptionist, which she replied as if I didn’t make a reservation in advance and she didn’t aware I booked for a luxury 3.I originally booked last month but due to family emergency I couldn’t make it on that day. I talked to the store over the phone and they agreed to change the date for me, but I’ll be charged straight away. When I told the receptionist today she was not listening at all and said I didn’t speak with her or the owner. I showed her proofs ie phone call, payment, but she didn’t take anything serious. My nails turned out lovely though, but it wasn’t worth the pain and the disappointment I got. You can go elsewhere for a better experience, trust me.

I used to go there regularly (about every three weeks). Amazing nail techs but a lady who I assume to be the owner tried to increase the price after clearly agreeing by Instagram DMs to do it for a certain price (for which by the way I booked the maximum time slot for nail art). She saw a picture of the nail art and said that they could do that for me “no problem”. She didn’t even consult me prior to trying to increase the price , I found out at the till that she tried to have me charged 72 pounds for extensions and nail art. Their prices are already much higher than elsewhere. Needless to say i won’t be going back again.

Giving them one star purely because they don’t follow hygiene properly. Especially post Covid you’d think that hygiene must be a top priority, I don’t think they even sanitise their scissors and combs, their are UV sanitisers widely available don’t think they cost much, and the brush used to style my hair had hair already rolled in it. I just wanted to leave as quickly as I can. I like the service they offered (my haircut) but the hygiene standards are extremely low.

I’m always a bit underwhelmed when I get my nails done - they look ok from a distance but up close there are lots of imperfections. This was definitely not the case here! The attention to detail was outstanding and I have the perfect nails! It felt like a truly luxurious experience with the best staff and products in beautiful surroundings. I will definitely be back!

I've been to The Guild Rooms on 4 occasions this year for gel and builder gel manicures, the most recent being a group booking ahead of my wedding. I'm always really happy with the quality of the nail technicians (I've always had a different person and they've all been fab) and how friendly they are. My wedding nails were super intricate and absolutely stunning.

Such a beautiful space and very friendly staff. Having been recommended the Guild rooms by a local friend I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was very happy with the service provided. Bryony was so lovely and did a wonderful job with my BIAB, she was so meticulous and I was thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend!

My friend and I paid £30 for luxury manicures that were honestly not worth it. The lady who did my nails was quite standoffish and didn’t make it a relaxing or comfortable experience. I don’t think I’d return for that treatment or with that lady. I wish very sore cuticles!

Had a haircut this afternoon with Poppy. I cover for religious purposes and was assured a room with no male presence. Poppy was lovely and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Ill certainly be back. Not to mention my haircut is fabulous and I’m quite fussy with my cuts!

I arrived at my appointment so excited for my nails to be done especially for Christmas. I was told my nail appointment would be ten minutes delayed and offered a coffee - which was no problem. The ladies were so friendly and apologetic which was really kind of them.

Absolutely stunning salon, I’ve been twice now and the experience both times have been amazing. I took my mum for nails and afternoon tea, which I can’t recommend enough. It’s the perfect spot to have a little pamper followed by some tea and cake …

Professional and fabulous service, friendly atmosphere, the nails have lasted very well. Will definitely be back. Sympatyczna obsługa, przyjazna atmosfera, ogromny wybór kolorów. Paznokcie wytrzymały aż do uzupełnienia bez odprysków. Zdecydowanie polecam.

I went 3 times and each time for builder gel. The nail technicians did a good job, but it's very over priced compared to similar salons in the area, also very unflexible and the customer service from the receptionist was poor.

Love it here!! I’ve had my nails done by both Sim and Sarah both are amazing at what they do and so accommodating & super talented! I have loved all my sets so far and cannot wait for my next one
