We have been using this vet for a number of years and they have always provided a professional and caring service and recently we were there to say our final goodbye's to our beloved 10 year old Rottweiler Kiera. We pre booked an appointment to come in and on arrival were shown to the rear room where we could say our goodbye's privately. The vet told us we can stay as long as we wanted before the procedure and after, there was no time during this difficult situation where we felt rushed in any way. The vets staff and their compassion helped immensely in what was a very difficult time.

Unpleasant first time experience as i called to book an appointment for my pet to be vaccinated. Called and put on hold 3 times for 5 minutes to be repeatedly told to wait. When i had informed them i had been waiting over 5 minutes all the answer i got was "I'm sorry, but we are tied up at the moment!" very rude! I rather take my business elsewhere if their attitude towards customers are that way. I only contacted them because i thought they were professional after looking at their reviews. How wrong was i to believe. I would rate them 0 if it was possible.

We went to this clinic to take our sick dog because his usual clinic was fully booked. We chose this clinic because it was under bacchus marsh vet centre branch and the review was good. The vet was not gentle at all and our dog was screaming in pain because of they way they handled him. On the top of that we were charged overly expensive for the medication. We compared the price online and we could've saved alot of money.

They don't do operations here and only looked at my dog for 3minutes to tell me what the problem might be and that I should go to Bacchus marsh. Still made me pay $75 for that short amount of time. Phone service was also terrible, was repeatedly told to wait, once I was on the line for 20minutes whilst calling around for other vets so I had to go in store to make an appointment instead.

Amiga, my cat, was really well treated! Lucy, the vet, took care of her and said the desexed surgery would be okay once Amiga was pregnant! Amiga was desexed, had all the vaccination and had a microchip! Kate and other attendants was really helpful! The place is clean and has so many information around about cats and dogs. For sure Amiga now has a place to trust! Thank you guys!!

Just dropped off a duckling that somehow landed in our backyard? It couldn't fly but didn't seem injured. It appeared to be quite distressed and our neighbors dogs alerted us to its presence without attacking it. So glad. The lovely vet was more than happy to take care of it and assess it and keep me posted.

Great attitude towards reactive dogs, treated miss princess with the upmost respect. That’s the best I’ve personally seen princess come out of the vets. She’s very selective about who she trusts. Excellent service and friendly and supportive staff.

Horrible experience. The receptionist had no customer service skills. They wouldn't even look at my cat even though I was happy to pay ANY amount of money in cash that minute. I ended up going down the street to best friends and they were wonderful

Excellent vet very friendly great with animals and helpful service. I highly recommend any pet owner to take there pet to this vet. Thankyou for the great service and care you gave our pet. If you have a reactive dog I highly recommend this vet.

I cannot speak highly enough of the vets here. In one of the toughest moments of our life looking of 14 year dog the vets were nothing but helpful, supportive and compassionate. We are forever thankful to all the vets involved.

Cant beat this Vet Clinic for everything and anything to do with your animals They go above and beyond to help you and your pet They are so caring and understanding. The reception staff are such high standard

I wasn't pleased. Was told I'd get to see the same vet on each occasion only to find the vet is leaving at the end of the year. Didn't think the vet listened to my concerns relating to my dogs dental health

I have been to this clinic twice now with my dog.. both time the vetanerians and staff were incredibly polite to me and careing to my dog. As a pet owner this place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN MY OPINION

Great vet there on a Saturday. She is marvellous with our lab. So caring, considerate and most of all very good at communicating what issues our boy might have and best way to approach and treat him

Fantastic vet . She looked at my old dog and in 20seconds she knew what was wrong. She gave me a great ootion on medication for her and a week later she has picked up immensely. Thankyou so much.
