Bought a mower from Home Depot. Came back for a blade , blade area was totally disorganized ( looked like they just dumped blades any old way , all mixed up. Spark plugs and air filters mixed in as well , and they failed to have a blade for the mower they sold me. Apparently management here is blind or just stealing their paycheck...

I had an outstanding experience. Ms Kelly was beyond helpful in answering my questions regarding lawn mowers. She went as far as getting someone in that department to further help me. She stayed with me throughout the whole process and was so patient with me. I truly appreciated her help in purchasing my John Deere mower.

When I think of customer service from now on I will think it’s Nesia. All I say is wow, she went above and beyond anyone’s expectations! Curbside pickup is a joke. You're left waiting there for over 30 minutes and eventually you have to go in to the store anyway, so what's the point...?
