was disappointed today when i came in here. normally a very friendly staff… as i came in quickly today to grab a vape they didn’t have what i wanted so i asked for a recommendation for a vape that didn’t taste gross after being charged and wasn’t wet feeling. they lady gave me her recommendation and i agreed trusting her opinion. she proceeded to ask me if i wanted to try it which i said yes. without even showing me the vape she proceeds to open it and hand it to me which i realize as she’s handing it to me that i’ve had this vape before and wasn’t a fan. i told her i didn’t like it and she said she couldn’t do anything. i left feeling bummed and decided to go in and politely ask again to which was greated with a rude response. this is also the manger? she proceeded to yell at me as i walked out as well after telling her maybe they shouldn’t open them for the clients….

Great atmosphere here and very friendly employees! I came in looking for a birthday present for a friend and not knowing anything. I walked in the door and got about 3 steps in before Andrew greeted me. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond and gave me answers to questions I never thought to ask. He’s a great asset for this company! If you are like I am and know absolutely nothing about the products they offer, just ask for Andrew he didn’t judge me at all and went above and beyond. This review I’m writing across the street after completing my transaction ten min ago if that says how well I was treated. Thanks again Andrew!

I was sooo excited to come back to the shop and get some things that they had… But honestly they are waaaayyy over priced and I feel if you let them they will try to get as much money from you as possible and it’s sad… The ginger ale I purchased was soo expensive and flat might I add and they knew it too!!! The products they have is nice but the prices are a ripoff straight up… I asked for a solo hitter and I got tricked into buying a eyce or whatever it is and it looks like a crack pipe, not a one hit for weed… I don’t I’ll be going back especially when they aren’t giving me a refund

I’ve been to a few smoke shops through out KC area. But the hub 4 is by far the most customer friendly, inventory friendly, and just about better at everything than any shop in the area. I specifically worked with Hamza, who made me feel like I had been coming for years. A++

Just got a rig from here. My favorite vape shop in the area and Kota was exceptionally helpful. He took the time and answered every single question I had. They have a huge variety of juice, glass, D8 and pretty much everything else! Super friendly, would recommend 100%!

We had a great experience here. There was an employee Kota who was super helpful. We didn’t know what we wanted until he showed us a couple of recommendations until we found the price we wanted, Very helpful! Definitely will be back because of this experience.

It was my first time in and everyone was so friendly and helpful!! Andrew was the one who assisted me and he was great. He helped me get a look at a few other things even though I came in for 1 thing so what a wonderful salesmen. Will be back :)

Justin was super helpful and informative. He did a fantastic job helping my boyfriend and I pick new glass. I highly recommend Justin and The Hub Smoke Shop if you’re looking for a great variety and knowledgeable staff.

And for a quick fix and ended up having a tour of what they have. Had an amazing experience would definitely recommend my friends and I to come stop and shop. Justin was a great help and answered my questions.

I enjoy shopping here. They have cigars (which I smoke), ranging from $4.99 to $27.99 depending on availability. They also have small tobacco pouches of American Spirit.

Charged me $13 dora pack of Slap woods when they are $10 everywhere else. Even my buddy went in and got a pack for $10. Up charging shoukd not be allowed.
