A village with furnished rooms, executive suites & villas similar to what they have in Kerala partly furnished with a small animal kingdom. Ayurvedic treatment facilities, swimming pool, spa etc. about 15 km away from Shahapur on Murbad Road. The Villas are thoughtfully designed and overlook a small stream coming from dam. The Villas made are traditional Kerala style. The property is away from the hustle & bustle of the Megapolis of Mumbai in a virtually pollution free atmosphere giving you look and feel of Kerala.

Went here to explore investment in a studio apartment. The place was beautiful and situated in green village environment. However bit remote from my place. Good for those staying near Thane or Nasik.

The place is very beautiful. It is true to its slogan "Experience Kerala in your own Maharashtra" The place has a lot of Coconut Trees. It is is full of greenery. The Bungalows are made in true Kerala style.
