They were able to provide valuable and genuine advice when we needed. Most of all, they did not push us to close a deal but always honestly told us the pros and cons to help us make a right decision. I will always remember that when we did home inspection before closing, the agent checked more closely than the inspector did. He spotted a water mark on the ceiling that the inspector didn't see and kept the tap running for quite a while to make sure there is no water leak.
