Ordered a burger and received the wrong item after waiting for 40 minutes. Repeated back my order at the counter to make sure that everything was fine cause the price that i paid for wasn’t matching what i was expecting to pay. Received two portion of fries and scotch egg (40 minutes and it wasn’t even busy) staff didn’t look like efficient. Regarding the quality of the food it was a disaster, fries was way overcooked and looked like the cook just dropped some leftover fries back into the fryer to heat them up. The burger had the ox cheek that tasted like old. Scotch egg was not bad but not worth 8 pounds The menu is way expensive and compared with the quality is definitely not worth. Been two times already in this pub and both times was very unsatisfactory. I personally don’t like to write negative reviews, last time I didn’t leave any reviews but today after second chance i felt like i paid lot and received not a satisfactory experience in terms of service and quality.

What a great pub. Looks good from the outside but just gets better the further you go in. It’s like a little adventure! First off it’s a nice size inside with lots of seating. Lagers, craft beers and lots of guest ales which is great. Walk out to the garden and oh my goodness! There are lots of stilted huts that you can reserve and have family and friends attend and enjoy a cozy time. There are even TVs inside the huts. Whilst you are in the huts there is waitress/waiter service. At weekends and evenings there is even friendly security discreetly patrolling the pub and garden grounds which is a nice touch. There is an outside bar with food available. I have eaten here and I have to say that it was delicious. Toilets are very clean and well stocked and the staff have a constant smile on their faces and are so friendly. Someone has put a lot of thought into this venue and deserves to reap the rewards. Disabled access. Brilliant pub.
The outdoor garden is really nice. However we had a quite unfortunate time. The table number's tags have been removed and there's no way of knowing which table you're sat at. That caused lots of problems to get our food. Also my friend ordered me the wrongburger so we changed the order at the bar straight away (being charged more for the more expensive one) and after so long and and the wrong food delivered at our table we get our food and the burger is the original one, not the one we amended the order for. So have been overcharged for no reason. Over all the communication and service needs improvement. Hopefully it was just a one off.

So I go to this pub almost every single day, this saturday, i was in a reserved table, wich i didn't notice, because the sign was on the floor somewhere else. I was asked by a member of staff if i had a reservation, i said no, so far no problem. But the member of staff (quite new) just said straight forward "you have to move" i asked why and he said because you dont have a reservation. And he showed me the sign that was on the floor and i didn't see it. I apologised and unbelievably his answer was "just move, people are waiting". I was a daily customer but no more.. such a shame because I really did love the pub and the rest of the staff.

Thank you so much to all the team at the Kings Arms. Rosie behind the bar convinced me to book the private room and go to this pub for our work Christmas party a few months ago and it did not let us down!! We had such a fantastic night! The food was amazing and with so many great options on the menu for everyone (the roast potatoes are by far the best I’ve had). The private room is super cosy with a private bar and great for large groups. Not to mention the staff are so friendly and such a great help. We had such a great night and were well looked after! Thank you! - The Latin Routes Team!

It was our first time at the Kings Arms last week, and we had a top experience. The staff were very friendly, and knowledgeable, the pub was also clean and had a great atmosphere, with a large selection of drinks. We sat in the garden which was lovely and much larger than we expected. Which was good as we were a large group. We decided to stay and order food, however some in our group do have allergies and the Manager (Tringa) was so accommodating, and understanding, and made some excellent recommendations. The food was amazing especially the burgers, fresh quality and good pricing! 5 stars all round we will be definitely returning!
Manager was amazing and so friendly! She helped non stop with decorating and making sure we was all ok for a friends baby shower at the pub. The Food was incredible! Best roast iv ever had! The vibe and the pub its self was brilliant and you could tell by how helpful and happy the staff were. Defo be back! Best pub in london!

We had children at the baby shower and the staff where amazing with the children as well as providing treats and water for one of the attendees dog.
We had an excellent team Christmas lunch at the King's Arms last week. We managed to get the private space, at the front of the pub, which worked perfectly for our group. The staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. The pub is well priced and the food quality was very good, we all enjoyed our meals. Some of the team relocated to the Secret Garden and spent the whole evening there, which was brilliant. We sat in a cabin, with patio heater, so were plesantly warm. The rounds of Baby Guiness shots certainly helped! Would recommend.

The garden is very nice, but as I was about to pay for our bill on the app, a messaged informed me they had run out of roast beef. We then decided to go for the pork instead but 10 minutes after placing the order, someone came to our table to let us know they had also run out of the pork, leaving us with very limited choices. I will not be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone going there for food. Also, my sister is vegan and there was only one option for her in the menu, which is not ideal.

I booked this as a casual place to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The booking process was very easy. I booked online and then had to make a change which I called and they made the change immediately. We got an outside table, and the service was great. The food was delicious! A few of us got fish and chips and it’s quite possibly the best fish and chips I’ve had in a while! The beer garden was busy being a Friday night but wasn’t over crowded. The vibe was great. Everyone just having a good time. Loved it and would highly recommend.
Great local pub , we had some food and drinks of course on a Friday evening ... We got a table outside in the garden , a great place to spend time with friends and fam for a catch up ..The place overall is a bit pricy . I gave this review 5 stars because of the service , friendly, professional and fast for a Friday evening... The place was well busy and we felt looked after by the staff . I recommend to book a table if you want to be outside in one the hut they are very popular .
The pub has just reopened after a refurb and it’s very nice inside and out. The bar is stylish, clean and spacious. The outside area is great with lots of seating and features with its own outside bar. There’s a great selection of gin which kept me happy. There was live music on when I was there but it was unobtrusive and enjoyable. I tried one of the veggie options (quinoa balls) which were healthier than I would normally choose but it was very good. My friend also enjoyed her food.
Except the last time when the kitchen messed up our order, I really enjoyed being there. The beer garden is fabulous over the winter period covered up and provided with heaters. Over the summer, it has a stunning view of the trees above. I like the private booths. It has a good vibe! The burgers with curly chips are delicious!!!! ❤️

We had a meal there last night. 4 people had the steak which was ok. But it came with hash brown chips disgusting huge great things you could not eat. Why??? I think chef needs to look at his menu. Nobody could eat those absolutely massive hash brown chips. We paid over £100 for that meal completely overpriced and definitely not value for money Would not recommend at all.

This pub experience really lit up my day, their drinks offering was extremely good and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. They seemed to engage with all the guests and made them smile. No request was too big and their professionalism was evident. My server Andrea was greatly hospitable, she and the rest of the team provided a brilliant experience. It was a pretty busy Monday night too. Well done King’s Arms, coming back ASAP!!
Atmosphere and place super cool. Staff wasn’t wearing any masks and there were absolutely NO social distancing. They had only two veg plates and one was finished. Really bad service (they brought my sister’s plate and after 15 minutes mine and the rest of the dinner + as soon as I ate my last bite of the plate, they brought us the bill without even asking if we wanted a dessert o anything else). Food decent but nothing special.
Large Young's pub with old wood panelling inside with a contemporary twist that works well. Large outside space which you cannot see from outside. You can really party on down here and suitable for small or v large groups. I went with my son in the afternoon so it was quiet, but I'm sure this is a lively place when it's a party time. Staff are very friendly and food looks great, although we didn't have some. Great venue!!
The staff are so inexperienced and slow! Inside staff we're extremely slow! Outside staff was better but just so moody. Obviously really cold outside at the end of November, but I would have thought all the heaters would work, but no, they didn't! They didn't have two different rums! Otherwise the place was full for a Friday night and good vibe.

Disgusting attitude of the manager Dan. Waited forever for our food. Was told it was given to someone else and “they cudnt make the burger any faster so not his problem” and made it our fault. No apology. Just gave us attitude. And came then told us to leave while we still had half a drink. Disgusting place. Disgusting behaviour!

We had our work Christmas Party Dinner here last night, and it was honestly incredible. We had a private room set up for the 20 of us which was decorated so nice and Christmassy. The food and service was great. We had pre ordered food and drinks, where the drinks were all laid out for us, where we could help ourselves, and it was very relaxed and just lovely.

Really nice place first time been there and the atmosphere was really nice my friend wanted to go outside and check the garden really nice thought out idea with huts you can eat and drink in plus if cold you can put on the heater lamp really good be brilliant when it's sunny. We had food in the evening too and the menu was nice and simple to. highly recommend going again and again even if it's your first time.
Well it's quite simple. A gorgeous secret garden, that is no way worth the overpriced, short measured lukewarm beer and undertrained team. A pint of ale and Warner Rhubarb Gin and Tonic £12.25, I had to ask for the ale to be topped up as the Vicars Collar was way over acceptable. We perused the menu but decided against it as we thought prices, for a pub were on the steep side of extortionate, given the locale
Although it seemed like a pleasant enough place. My food arrived cold, which at the time didn't upset me enough to complain. I ordered the loaded burger with sides ect, I left half of it as it wasn't tasty either. But it has also made me incredibly Ill with food poisoning. Nothing else was consumed before or after the onset of illness. My weekend ruined.

one of my favourite places to go in Wandsworth. Recently I came down for drinks with friends from out of town for a wedding nearby and was greeted with the most amazing and attentive service. the drinks and food were great as well as the atmosphere in the pub on a Friday to night. we will all definitely be back very soon. thanks to all the team at be the King's Arms for making us feel so welcome x
Awesome garden that is covered and has plenty of tables. Each table has it's own best lamp which was helpful. Frozen cocktails and a variety in the enclosed outside area. Nice staff, clean. Right next to the canal. Recommended booking the large tables ahead of time. The only thing I would say that the loaded curley fries were £7.50 and the portion is too small for one let alone sharing.
I visited the King Arms yesterday for a baby shower the staff and .manager couldn't do enough they were amazing . This pub is a little gem on the highstreet the garden facilities were so ssurprising as they are really spacious with lots of different areas to sit I would highly recommend a visit

I really love this place, especially when the sun is shining to take full advantage of their wonderful beer garden! Or G&T garden in my case. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was nice. (Big pulled beef sandwich was lovely, meat was succulent and the bread was soft) Cool ambience. Will definitely go back again next time I'm in town.
We recently hosted a charity pub quiz with the King's Arms and from start to finish Dan and his team provided impeccable first class service that allowed our event to run smoothly and take the stress out of our hands. Thanks Kings Arms! We look forward to working with you again soon.

I'm 8 month's pregnant ordered a kings arms burger meal and couldn't eat it all as half of my burger was raw. Told the lady who was serving us she made up a bs reason for it being cooked that way and said I should have ordered it well-done. Its not a steak so stupid saying that too me. Never eating in the place again
Nice pub with outstanding beer garden. Would definitely recommend for meeting with lots of people who prefer drinking outside as the space is massive. Food did take a while to arrive (but was worth the wait)

Amazing service, they accommodated us on mother's day with a table suitable for a high chair and made us feel so welcome despite not having a booking. Katrina looked after us so well and was so friendly and just excellent. Food was also good and just a really nice feel in the pub.
Came in for a drink when I was in the area and got chatting to a lovely young man behind the bar, Drew. He was so helpful, kind and charismatic. Only stayed for a drink but the burger shack spelled amazing. Big thanks to Drew!!

Lovely pub located close to the shopping centre. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Pre booked a Christmas lunch here with the girls. The pub had a very old school interior which was different. Toilets were clean. They also have a massive beer garden. Very nice venue.
Good pub with an amazing secret outdoor area. I first went there last summer and was pleasantly surprised by the garden layout with all the tables and seating. Drinks are good not great but it's a pub so it's expected. I would recommend for summer evening parties
I give you 5 star for the dish I have ordered: "Heritage egg & poached egg salad" This dish was absolutely amazing! Tasty and rich of flavours. I'll be back to taste it again

One of my favourite pubs for an after work pint! Came down today to try some of the new menu, particularly enjoyed the hummus - so fresh and tasty! The staff here are always wonderful and the garden is a real gem in Wandsworth.
Looked fairly average and quiet on the outside but the garden out the back was a cool surprise - loads of seating and a DJ. We only had time for one drink but looks like a great place to visit for a few drinks at the weekend.
