The staff is exceptionally rude, and unprofessional the store was supposed to close at 10:00 PM and the staff started shouting not once but many times at 9:30 pm that we are closing. I was looking at clothes and she stood on my head and kept saying we are going to close soon. I picked up a lower and she was so rude and told me not to pick it up as it's not my size. Then she followed me to the trial room and started shouting at 9.40 pm that we are closing in the next 3 minutes and till the time I came out of the try room in 2 minutes though. When I spoke to the guy at the counter he said its a policy to wind up by 9:40 and we can't give you two minutes to try and we don't think we did any wrong if we were shouting on the top of our voice. There were many customers requesting them to be a bit patient but it clearly looked like they don't care. The lady who was following me kept my shopping bags and told me when you go you collect them but when I was leaving she didn't bother to tell me where had they been kept I came back and asked them. It was the worst shopping experience. They behave as if they were doing a favour to the customer by selling clothes.

I had such a worst experience earlier today visiting this shop, the sales staff in there was so crooked as he misbehaved ever since we entered the shop. So we came right a way without even purchasing. I literally won't even wish to suggest anyone about this store. I'm very disappointed ☹️.

One of the most visited store in The Outet Mall. Great deals on Gap for kids and few for adults. Sometimes you are lucky to get addional 30% on the discounted price. Sizes can be an issue, limited staff to assist. Overall a great value worth store.

Came to exchange the same item the next day for my toddlers size and they had increased the prices even though the promotion was still going on. They claimed that their promotions and pricing change every day which does not make sense!

Label factory outlet is always buzy during sale and other offers ...if u get your size then you are lucky ...since its factory outlet don't expect more new collections ....
