I'm student here in Canada.." THE LAUNDRY BOSS" is the nearest to my place and doing laundry here from long time... But the thing is some of their staffs don't behave well with their costumers they even don't have any fixed rules regarding the offers..As they already mentioned that if you are a regular costumer and have spent amount so they will pay back 10% of that amount..But when we ask for that they make disgusting excuses regarding it..like they don't have cash right now and some times they say we have already provided this service to some people so can't give you.I don't understand why do these people make this kind of offers if they can't fulfill the wants of the costumers? Why can't they be true with their work and the costumers? I really don't appreciate this kind of people and their work.. It's such a disgusting thing..It's a request please be true to work and costumer don't just make costumer and misleading by tell this kind of rubbish offers ..

I have 74 lbs of laundry to fold, so before I get to that I felt it neccessary to leave this review. Today was my first time at The Laundry Boss. I was dreading the whole idea. I enjoy housework...laundry? Not so much. I'm a single Mom and often procrastinate laundry because I'd much rather go out and well, buy new clothes! Not the best system indeed. Can you believe I got SEVENTY LBS of laundry into 1 machine? Can you believe I dried it all for $3.50? Believe it. This place is amazing. The machines are fast, efficient and they removed stains I thought would never come out..life of a Mom made easy. Donna thank you so much for your lovely hospitality, your advice and your kindness towards my son. I am a customer for life. To the owner, kudos on this venture. I wish you nothing but the best. Back to folding and the large glass of wine to make it fun. :)

As you may have seen from my other review, my own laundry machine broke and I have been visiting a few laundromats. I finally found a laundromat that is clean and gets my clothes cleaned! I would rather travel an extra 10 minutes than use the laundromat by my house. The machines in this laundromat are new. There are machines that can accommodate various loads of laundry (weight and size). There are seats for my kids to sit and hang out. The entire place is clean and well maintained. The change machine actually works and gives me the right change. I can even wash my hands in a clean and safe restroom. The bigger woman with the glasses can be a little intimidating tho.. But I will always go to this laundromat!

Today I remembered why I don’t always like coming here. There is a male employee who plays his music LOUD through a portable speaker and at the same time changes all the channels on the tv from the 24 hour news channel to what he wants. So disrespectful!! UPDATE: To the owner, thank you for responding. For the record I have no problem with TV’s or music at the laundromat. I do however have issue with being blasted with EXPLICIT rap/hip hop music. Clearly you called him after my review because although the volume was not turned down the speaker was moved to the front counter and the music was changed.

Do not leave your laundry here for wash &pickup. This is the second time that I have been missing good quality items when my laundry was returned. The first was a tablecloth and this week a new towel, one of a set. I both instances there has been no apology or effort to see if it went home in someone else’s laundry. They are indifferent and just say they don’t know how it could happen. Terrible attitude and customer service. I will make sure I spread the word inthe neighbourhood,

They've renovated and it looks great! The machines are slightly bigger and are more expensive but we still go occasionally. Washers clean well and dryers only take about less than 30 minutes to dry half the medium washers' load. Options for the washers: heavy load, light load, hot, warm and cold. Dryers take 25 cents per 4 minutes for the big dryers and 5 minutes for the small dryers. They also offer dry cleaning and drop-off your laundry which costs 99 cents per lb I believe.

After the dryer broke at our place, I decided to give The Laundry Boss a try. They are excellent. I come here for their Wash & Fold service and they always greet me with a smile and are very clear about their pricing whenever I bring in a load of dirty laundry! My clothes always smell great, are folded very well and always done on time. Would recommend them - service is great and prices are very reasonable. Thanks, Laundry Boss!

I went here a few times and their services proved worthy of their name. Every time I come in, I know what to expect. They provide great service by being exceptionally clean (the machines, floors and waiting area) and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me with all questions I had, with quickness! It was always such a pleasant experience, so I know they’ll see me again. The longer hours are always a plus.

What a pleasant experience ! This is a laundromat where you can wash your laundry while sitting easy and cozy. The area and the machines are super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is renovated and not complicated to use. The hours are great and it is not crowded. There are chairs and tables so that you can read and write while listening to soothing music playing. I would definitely come again.

I was at the store today.This store is scamming people. They don’t have hot water but they are charging for hot water. They are doing it intentionally. It’s been like that for more than 3 months. Already 4 people complain today only. They don’t want to reimburse or let us speak to the the manager. Please avoid this store as they are intentionally scamming. The clerk is rude. Definitely not coming again!!

Was looking for a place to do a massive load of laundry and came across this place. It's the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. The machines look so clean and new that i think i was the first person to ever use the jumbo dryer.. 6 loads for $2 bucks and the washers are deceptively large at $3 a load. Best of all my clothes are like new, whites are whiter and it took me 2 hours to do 8 loads :)

One of the best in the city. I prefer going here to even doing my laundry in my building as the tenants in my building can be quite rude when it comes to the use of machines. I also know I will always get a machine at any time and that I will have a place to sit inside or outside. The place is clean, well maintained and affordable as well staff are always polite and provide good customer service.

Amazing! If I can give them 10 stars I would. From when you walk in you get a warm welcome from Glen! I’ve been coming here for a year or so now. The washers are constantly cleaned, the entire place is sparkling, prices are fair and there is an on-site coin machine. The owners are so lovely! If you’re looking for big, spacious, and clean washers and dryers, this is the place!

I have laundry facilities in my building that is around 10 min away and I still prefer to come here. I can honestly say every angle of this facility is positive and refreshing. And oh ya, my clothes are too when I am done. Keep it up and I highly recommend this laundromat. I never write reviews or pay much attention to them but you guys do deserve it.

I arrived at 8pm and loaded 4 machines , staff lady says take all your clothes out and use the other machines because I am cleaning … so then you don’t close at 10pm you close at 8 pm Extremely rude staff with NO common sense ! Put up a sign maybe or say something before you watch a customer start laundry . Lost a customer

This is one of the great local business in the area. I could have giving it the full 5 stars but because they don’t have internet for customer who wait there for at least 2 - 3 hours (-1 star) Internet is essential now days and it is by far part of the customer experience specially when you have to wait in the business.

Tonight's my first time here and I'm thoroughly impressed. The staff is very helpful and attentive, and you can tell they take pride in their business and service. Machines are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Also very well laid out with comfortable seating and tables while you wait. Definitely will return

I love this place. I come here once a week and actually look forward to laundry day. It's squeaky clean (floors, machines, everything), the staff are lovely, and there are lots of chairs and a couple of tables which are comfortable for reading or writing while waiting for your laundry.

This place is big, super clean and has many machines sizes. There are plenty of space to sit and wait, the only reason I have 3 starts is because I find it terribly expensive. I usually go to other laundry place and the difference between this two places is high. I will not come back.

Excellent service, and they work with my disabilities and my mcs sensitivities very easily. I’ve been using laundry services for decades, and they are one of the best if not the best. And they are responsible if there’s a problem, they’ll work it out. Fantastic service

They give you store credits and pretend to be nice, later when you want to use those credits, they will come up with silly excuses and behave rudely. It would have been better if you don't offer credits at all and be honest. Don't fall for their fake discount offers.

Honestly the best laundry mat I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, the machines are huge so you easily do three loads in no time. The service is top notch and best of all they have free wifi, a snack machine and television. Definitely do your laundry at the laundry boss.

100% recommend. It is spacious. Their machines accommodate even the biggest loads and that includes king size comforters. It is sparkling clean and the service is one of high excellence.
