My experience was more than just having my cloths washed and dried. I have used various facilities before however would walk away with a bad experience. I decided to try out The Laundry Tyger Manor even though it is a distance from my home and WOW, I was amazed at the excellent service received from the moment I stepped into the shop to the collection of my cloths. My cloths was smelling fresh and was neatly folded and packed. Carol has this warm and sincere presence that immediately make you feel like home. Upon collection, she not only hands over your cloths but shows a true interest in asking you how your day was. That showed a great deal of sincerity. She is definitely a asset to the business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and will continue to drive the distance for their excellent quality services. Side Note *** I was having a not so good day and Carol decided to brighten it up with a gift bag filled with chocolates.

I had a terrible experience with the deliverance of customer services. When handed in and collected the laundry the services were really good until I went through my laundry and discovered damage to one t-shirt and a golfer. When I went back to query this the manager was not there and I was said they will call me which they never did. I went back to follow up and I simply did not like how the manager spoke to me or even the way she approached me. I was very calm and collected which was the complete opposite from her. I would never have went to the shop if I knew that the damage of the clothing items was on my side which was not the case. However we all make mistakes but IF YOU WORK WITH PEOPLE AND DELIVERING A SERVICE TO THEM, YOU CAN NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE AT ALL. After all I paid for the services so I would expect to be treated with respect. A video footage was meant to be sent and we never received it at all.

I will recommend them to ANYONE in my area! From the beginning Carol was very quick to respond and very friendly. I was very cautious about anyone washing a very special blanket of mine and I was blown away of what an amazing job they did! The ironing was done beautifully on all my clothes and my fluffier clothes were super soft. The attention to detail was amazing even in the presentation of the bags when they delivered. I was very impressed with the delivery system too as there would be an SMS sent on the exact date and time your clothes would be delivered once beautifully cleaned. When I dropped off my laundry the place was beautifully decorated too, just in time for christmas and cleaned well showing pride in their work space. I will return with my laundry again!

A couple of months ago I was visiting Cape Town for a couple of weeks, whilst there I decided to take all my shirts and other clothes to you for washing and ironing, this was my first visit to you. Well all I can say was I was absolutely blown away, the Lady running this outlet was in another league and it was one of my standout moments in Cape Town, she was just so friendly, efficient, reliable and reasonable that I could not stop talking about the level of service I received, my clothes were washed and ironed to perfection and the price was cheap at the price, my compliments to the Manager and other ladies working here... thank you all so much.

From my call this morning I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the person who answered the call. On going in to drop off my clothes I was made to feel at home and greeted like in the old days when people were eager to help, were friendly and respected each other. The reception lady was soo helpful. The staff is helpful and so kind, and another load of washing did not bother them. They work really hard and they will compromise for you. They will prioritize your needs and they are not even expensive. I felt so important as a customer when I went there. I love their service! I will really go there more often, every time, since I don't have a washing machine.

I cannot recommend this laundromat enough; aunty Carol and her team are gems! During my latest visit, I was struggling to carry my heavy laundry, and before I knew it, one of the ladies came to assist me with my bags. The laundry experience is always hassle-free. Had an adjustment done to a pair of trousers. The lady that runs/owns the place is super friendly. The clothing even comes with a handwritten personal note on the plastic wrapping :) Top notch service , would definitely reccomend supporting this place!
