I wanted to write this review of Charlie Roadman and his law office. Reviews are so important so read mine closely. Mr Roadman is by far THE BEST LAWYER I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His integrity is off the charts. While working with Charlie, I personally have found a man who truly cares for his clients. Feels what they feel, and cares about the best interest of each client. He takes a special interest in everyone he and his firm represents. He and his team work hard for the people he so diligently tries to represent. His team is OUTSTANDING! All of them! Charlie’s personal responses to all my questions and concerns has left me realizing, I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A LAWYER I CAN RESPECT AND TRUST WITH MY BEST INTEREST! I have not been paid or asked to even write this review! At this moment, he has no idea what I am doing. It’s my pleasure to give Charlie & his team a warm and enthusiastic recommendation. Let’s face it; being charged with a crime is not an enjoyable situation, but Charlie made it about as painless as humanly possible. When I found myself needing to hire an attorney, I started hunting for one online. I was impressed with the amount of clear and useful information Charlie posted online for anyone in my situation (it seemed like a generous act on his part). As for results; Charlie got the charges dropped, & even processed the paper work so the individual who posted my bond got their money back! Simply put Charlie and the team are amazing! Charlie is great! I’d like to point out a couple things - Charlie in my opinion could charge much more for his services and is very fair. He is even willing to do payment plans and I believe he truly cares for his clients. I paid my full cost ahead of time and I’d like to note how after 12+ months Charlie answered all my calls(personally) responded to all my emails(within 24 hours) & even helped on a different matter through text. If you’re looking for someone to help you and is fair you’ve come to the right place. Personally I’m happy I chose Charlie because I’ve heard absolute horrible stories with other lawyers in Austin(from friends) Charlie thank you for helping getting my case dismissed & have a great new year!

Charlie Roadman and his staff are absolutely amazing. I was involved in a bogus accusation from a bitter ex, and unfortunately, the first attorney that I hired did not know what he was doing nor did he offer any time to really work on the case. I fired the other attorney and hired Mr. Roadman. I was also going through a divorce from the accuser at the time, and Mr. Roadman guided me every step of the way. I would recommend Mr. Roadman to anyone, whether truly guilty of a crime to see what he can do to help lessen the punishment, or innocent as I was, to work through the justice system for a dismissal. A+ WORK. I hope that I'd never have to hire a criminal attorney again, but Mr. Roadman is the man to call.

When my former attorney became the newly elected DA he passed me over to Charlie…and I can absolutely understand and appreciate why!! Charlie and his AMAZING team (shout out to John in particular) had my case completely dismissed in just a few short months. One minute the DA is wanting to throw the book at me and the next thing I know my case is dismissed! Charlie Rodman is a crook and was dishonest to me during my case. He misinformed me and kept me in the dark! It was my first offense and had advised me to settle for deferred judification non-conviction felony. Money was his only concern and kept rescheduling court dates for up to a year! I can't rent or buy a house because he was incompetent, negligent, and didn't keep his side of the bargain. I suspect race ethnicity had something todo with it, however I can't read His mind. Look elsewhere and pay money for those who are more deserving and who will stride for the up most best results for your case! 2012

My wife and I hired Charlie because of his stellar reviews online. In person he is experienced, calm and comforting. He clearly explained the process from start to finish in a calm, clear way. Facing a DWI is a scary situation, but Charlie and his team helped us get through each step with ease. They were spot-on with their advice and were able to accurately tell us what to expect each step of the way. Our case was an uphill battle all the way, with no positive outcome in sight. At the last moment, Charlie was able to get our case dismissed! Do not settle for anyone else. These guys are the best!
