Went to The Leaf to see a friend's band - The Groovy Tuesdays, great band. I'm not sure The Leaf was expecting a sell out crowd as they ran out of Corona, lemon, and celery salt for the person at our table drinking ceasars. A person from our table asked for a glass for her beer and it came to our table straight out of the dishwasher - lol - it was piping hot so I guess they were short on glasses as well. The service started out great but as it got busier our young server got quite forgetful - overall though she did a good job. What was great to see was the manager come out and help the two servers. It was a nice crowd and a fun night; I'd go back, The Leaf just needs a few tweaks.

I've been to this bar 3 times now and have had a great experience each time. The staff make you feel very welcome and the food is excellent. The daily specials on the outside window may no longer apply but just check with your server to be sure. I'm disappointed that the Italian Loaf is no longer a special but I'll still order it :). Next time we will have to stay for the live music. Oh and they have the best price for Jack Daniels on Fridays!

Glen has always taken care of me whenever I perform there, no matter what combination of musicians I bring with me. His no-nonsense show compensation plan is very transparent and he gives performers an opportunity to really make some decent finance, and he always takes the time to follow up with his music acts before/during/after the shows to help things go smoothly. And he's busy, boy, lemme tell you! This is a great little live-show bar to catch a great vibe at - Bonus: the food is pretty good and my people are always fed well & on time

Great bar love the experience I got here great food this is one year ago and now one year later food is still great. Server Christine is still great, Karaoke host (Peggy Sue )is awesome love her to bits and pieces, but senior manager, Glenn is vile. Very rude to people that work or are from another bar that does Karaoke Don’t know what we did to make him so mean and disrespectful towards me and my fiancé yelled in our face to get the F$&@ out of his bar, we were not welcome, what a shame

After 15 minutes of being seated our server came over to take our order. She brought our table 1 set of drinks one of which was wrong and did not bring two drinks that were ordered. We were there from 7:50 pm until 12:35 am. She then pointedly ignored our table for the rest of the night, until she wanted payment. I am thoroughly appalled at such bad service. Won't be back and will definitely share my experience here far and wide.

Came out for Saturday Jam. The musicians are fantastic. The patrons are very friendly. So is the staff and very attentive to service. And one more thing... THE PIZZA IS AMAZING. Perfect crust and delicious sauce and generous with the toppings. First time here anD very impressed. I will be back!

The Saturday afternoon jam session is alot of fun, food is good and I'm home by 7pm

The new is Owner is fantastic and cares about his Customers. We loved the pizza and the steak sandwich for $15. He has lots of specials during the week, we'll be back to try more.

Great place, Great service we had the mushroom burger and the lasagna. They were awesome. Great crowd here looks like they’re gonna have some fun. Highly recommend this place. Nice neighbourhood bar.

Great venue tucked away in the north end. Solid staff, great sound system and stage sound (thanks Todd). Can’t wait to go back!
