If you want moldy food and to be disrespected, come to Lime Tree! I used to come here every weekend and the food was amazing. Until yesterday when I bough a ‘fresh’ pack of biscotti that are MOLDY!!! Fresh and baked in small batches? Such a joke! How can something like this even happen in Dubai? It’s shameful. After tasting it and almost getting sick I thought it couldn’t get worse… until I came to complain! I was told they don’t believe me so I asked them to smell the biscotti. Initially the guy denied he could smell anything (although the smell was very strong, stayed on my hands after touching them) and then he said he can smell cheese… and maybe it smells like Parmesan because they cook with Parmesan… The bag was sealed and even so - there are only 2 options: the mold got in while being prepared (so the whole batch is moldy) or it got it on the shelf. Either options are bad and it’s hard to believe it’s the only pack that has this problem. I asked them to take them away from selling and they refused to do so ‘until they investigate’. I was under the impression that in a civilized country they retract them WHILE they investigate. I was left with the impression they will not do anything, HOW SAD! I hope no one gets sick…

Visited the Food Hall at 6pm, with one thing in mind.... Breakfast :-) I ended up going to Lime Tree Cafe, to find that off their A la Carte Menu they were serving breakfast until 7pm. Happy Bunny. Ordered their take on the Big Breakfast (No Pork) and a Cafe Mocha, extra hot. Result........................................................... Perfect. Coffee was great and the food good, a big portion. On further reflection and something I want to mention, that slightly lets down the experience is the restaurants cutlery, from Ikea, no disrespect to Ikea, but its not the cutlery I would expect to be using in an award winning cafe, it's uncomfortable to use and flimsy,

The worst service ever! A mad rush of people and nobody whatsoever bothers making sure that costumers who come first get a seat first. I stood there for an hour and rude people dash for a table as soon as someone just lifts half a bottom cheek. It was impossible to even figure out which tables belonged to the cafe as there are tables scattered around the whole area where there is other eateries. Waiters run around and I couldn't figure out if they belong to the cafe, the area... It was madness. I left fuming and will never ever return. learn customer service and I might consider.

Nice concept but food quality is just average. We ordered Breakfast Bake, based on the food tag it has hash brown and crispy bacon however what we got was different - a vegetarian one! When we feedback to the waitress, she checked and apologized that it was a wrong food tag. She was friendly though. They replaced the food tag to Vegetarian Breakfast Bake after our feedback however they still charged us for the same price of the Non-Vegetarian one. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience!

Everytime I come the food isn’t good. Service is wonderful, friendly waiters. The food however, I find overpriced and underwhelming . I had the raspberry smoothie which tasted more like lime than smoothie, thought would taste more like raspberries as that was the first ingredient. Was overhyped for my liking. I’ve tried it 3 times now and each time had been very underwhelming ( Sometimes you need to try a place a few times to gage your opinion) Thanks

I was looking for a vegan gluten free option dessert in Dubai with a nice decaf coconut coffee drink and with different options for my husband who is not fond of my vegetarian choice Located in Depachika, with cute atmosphere made by water fontaine falling nearby. Recommend to try banana muffin with salted caramel icing

Spectacular place you can never go wrong , you can choose anything blindfolded and you will always get something delicious and creative . I had the coriander carrot soup and a scone and a sandwich . It felt so home made and it was super yummy. The flavors were well paired but the taste was mouthwatering . Every branch outdoes it self bravo for the owners who came up with this idea because it’s truly a masterpiece.

I love the place...clean and relaxing! The staff is so friendly and kind.. setting by the gallery is so exciting.. the balustrade height is just wright! Comfortable seating and successful furniture selection. The interior style and materiality is successful. Finally..the veggie carrot cake is so nice.

Main courses are not worth trying. We had NZ braised burger. It’s challenge to eat it. Hamburger bun is super soft so everything is felling down. Also we ordered pizza. It can be worst pizza ever I ate. Pie and cakes are tasty but there was pistachio shell in our pie. It can be harmful for teeth…

So had breakfast at lime Tree and ordered their king breakfast. It was good and had everything you can imagine and it was also tasty. Service was a concern as it was a bit slow.

Lovely branch of Lime Tree here. A little small in this food hall but the selection is satisfying. The selection of salads are enticing. Vegan selection in the dessert is yummy! Love the carrot cake but love the flourless chocolate cake even more!

The green curry was delicious. They were out of sweet potato but they added in mushroom instead. They have great customer service along with great food. Highly recommend!

A very good place food wise. Great for vegetarians and vegans. Fairly priced for the quality. Good service overall. The downsides for me: paper menus were quite dirty, really they should go digital.

Humongous Kings breakfast. Healthy and very delicious.

Stunning place....all of the exceptional food and bakery items from their other branches. Fresh, healthy salads too Well designed space with friendly staff. An excellent addtion to Nakheel Mall

Worst food and service in Dubai. Shocked. Twice I’ve been thinking the first time was a one off. Avoid.

Food is good but portion is small! Had the Tuna melt and the pumpkin bread. Then the surprise was the berry crumble "the cheesecake" it was delicious :) highly recommend

Yummy carrot cake. Not overly sweet and very generous portion size with a good layer of cream cheese frosting which is well proportioned to the layers of cake.
