I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had at this flower shop, all due to a blonde lady's appalling attitude. We needed a customized flower arrangement, but she was incredibly unwelcoming and dismissive, stubbornly pointing to the pre-priced flowers despite our specific request for more roses. Her rudeness escalated further when she scolded my son for merely touching a flower. Her disdain was evident when she rolled her eyes at our request for additional flowers, as if our business was an inconvenience. The height of her unprofessionalism was when she was upset over her own communication error, begrudgingly adding more flowers to the arrangement as though it was the last thing she wanted to do. Her overall negative energy was so palpable, I was on the verge of walking out, only staying for the sake of my son's gift for his girlfriend. She stands out as the most unpleasant, sour, and unhappy florist I've ever encountered. Running a business like this is unthinkable. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of making clients feel welcomed and happy. It's baffling how she lacked any semblance of a positive attitude, which is crucial when people are buying gifts for loved ones. I am resolute in my decision to never return to this place.

Very poor experience with this florist! I had ordered a specific bouquet only to get something that I had not asked for! There was no phone call to advise me of the change in arrangement, their response what that they are too busy to call and advise the customer that they changed the arrangement. Flowers by Fax were rude and rather than provide some compensation for their mistake, blamed the customer to stay that you got the dollar value of the bouquet. Extremely poor customer service

Gorgeous flower arrangements and lots of lovely gifts to choose from !! The staff go above and beyond to find the right selection for any occasion. The blooms lasted well beyond those I've bought elsewhere thanks to the great tips provided. If you need that something special for someone special then look no further.....
