À 300 mètres de la magnifique place de la vieille ville de Prague, THE EMBLEM HÔTEL, situé dans la même rue que la bibliothèque municipale, dispose d'un SPA (THE M SPA) au 7ème étage. Cet établissement 5☆, à la façade imposante, classique, peu fastueuse est de tout confort avec un intérieur lumineux, moderne et épuré. Le site avantgarde-prague, partenaire d'une prestation à 124€ (1 entrée pour 2 personnes), propose dans cet hôtel, la privatisation d’un jacuzzi extérieur pendant 1 heure, avec vue sur les toits de Prague puis l'accès à l’espace bien-être pendant 1 heure supplémentaire. Après un hall d'accueil étroit, immensément haut, direction l'espace réception qui ressemble plus à un bureau privé donnant l'impression d'être servi personnellement. Après un passage au vestiaire pour se mettre en tenue (maillot de bain personnel/peignoir et serviettes fournis par l'hôtel), un homme costumé, sérieux et agréable nous accompagne pour les commodités sommes toutes utiles. Il met à notre disposition une bouteille de Prosecco dans un seau à champagne (offerte dans la prestation) avec 2 flûtes dans un spacieux appartement avec pièce centrale, toilettes luxueuses et terrasse extérieure avec jacuzzi. Par -5° en ce décembre 2021, la température élevée du jacuzzi est la bienvenue. Le rêve vendu dans l'offre est-il à la hauteur de nos attentes ? Pas tout à fait car la vue sur les toits n'est pas vraiment féerique. Il est nécessaire d'oublier les cheminées, divers tuyaux, câbles ou autres appareils de ventilation, tout comme les terrasses privées avoisinantes. L'endroit est exigu, le plancher de bois et les escaliers qui conduisent au jacuzzi n'ont pas d'antidérapant (neige/givre). Un peu de musique relaxante diffusée par l'enceinte hifi à proximité aurait été un réel plus pour rendre ce moment plus magique. Comme non spécifié dans la description de l'offre et non indiqué en arrivant, la 2ème heure n'a pas lieu dans un espace collectif mais également dans l'appartement qui dispose d'un magnifique ensemble privé, hamman, sauna et petits bassins de pierres chaud/froid pour les pieds. Avec des informations connues d'avance, nous aurions pu être plus détendu, profiter pleinement de la prestation mais aussi éviter de consommer la bouteille de prosecco (excellent par ailleurs) en moins d'1h...

Huge disppointment, overrated place The lady in charge of the spa is very unfriendly and haughty , treating differently people from the hotel and from outside 950CZK by person for just a sauna, a hammam and a terrace with a view of the satellite dishes on the roofs nearby is very expensive! If you want to use the jaccuzzi on the terrace you have to pay an additional 1200 CZK so the terrace is only accessible to others if no one has decided to privatize it! Grosse déception, très mauvais rapport qualité prix je mets une étoile car je ne peux pas en mettre aucune! La femme à l'accueil du spa était très désagréable et prenait les gens de haut en donnant des explications très succinctes sur le fonctionnement du spa donc 38 euros par pers pour une terrasse avec vue sur les toits et leurs antennes paraboliques , un sauna et un hammam c est très cher sans compter que la terrasse est accessible uniquement si personne n 'a décidé de la privatiser pour disposer du jacuzzi en extra (50 euros par personne en plus) Gran decepción, lugar sobrevalorado La encargada del spa es muy antipática y altiva, tratando de forma diferente a las personas del hotel y de fuera. ¡950CZK (38€) por persona por solo una sauna, un hammam y una terraza con vista a las antenas parabólicas en los techos cercanos es muy costoso! Si desea usar el jacuzzi en la terraza, hay que pagar 1250CZK (50 eur) adicionales, por consecuencia la terraza es accesible para otros si nadie ha decidido privatizarla !

We did the 3-hour fitness sauna package, followed by lunch at the attached steak restaurant (check my other reviews), followed by the rooftop jacuzzi with Prosecco... M Spa is really nice... the fitness room is super small but they have a really cool cable weight lifting machine you can use to get a pretty good workout on... the sauna and steam room were both nice and the locker rooms and showers were clean and nice... the lady working at the front desk was really sweet and made our visit very pleasant.... the. Only complaint I have is that the fitness room was very clean... lots of hair on the floor and very noticed when doing ab workout on mats... the rooftop jacuzzi was fun and private—even though there are houses all around.

My friends and I decided to spend our last day of the vacation at a spa in prague since going to karlovy vary would be difficult since it is raining. It was really a bad experience with no privacy and lack of professionalism. While we were in the relaxing room, the host entered with visitors; the host's voice was too high and it was not private at all with visitors entering and watching you while you were supposed to relax. And not to forget that she opened the door and left it open while it was raining outside to show the visitors the outside jacuzzi. Not to forget the toilets, there was no water in the shower room where we expected to shower because we have already checked out from our hotel.

We did the 1hr jacuzzi and prosecco option, it was great and very private. Good views across the city. Everything is provided, just bring a swimming costume. The only slightly weird thing was that a swarm of bees appears to have made a nest in the far end of the jacuzzi - literally in the drain vents on the side. They didn't come near us, nor were they bothered by the bubbles / water. We happened to quite enjoy watching them but it might put other people off.

A lovely, classy experience. My boyfriend and I had a couples massage at the same time in the same room and it was wonderful. The masseuses were lovely and did a great job! Joseph at the reception was super accommodating and made sure we had the best experience possible. Yes, pricey, but definitely worth it for a treat!

J'ai passé une excellente après midi au M Spa ! Un jaccuzi sur le toit avec une très belle vue sur la ville et ses monuments historiques ! Privatisation de tout l'étage ( sauna etc ) et personnel plus que agréable. Le tarif est d'environ 50 euros/ heure par personne mais honnêtement ça vaut le coup! Je recommande.

I was soooooo tired and exhausted. I accidentally passed by this spa as I couldn't walk any further.. the massage the lady name Lec( I hope I am not wrong) have was superb.. m back on my feet for rest of my walking tour

Privátní vířivka s výhledem na Pražský hrad. V rámci balíčku jsme měli i prosecco, oříšky, ovocnou mísu a vstup do sauny. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.
