My doctor is Dr. Vicente, my family and I are lucky to see her found. I am a mother and I feel calm knowing that Dr. Vicente is my daughters' doctor, she listens to all my questions or concerns very carefully. She is always very patient with all of us, I have had to see other specialists and she took great care to help me get them. I can only thank my doctor for being her dedication, understanding and concern for us. The reception staff is amazing, they are kind and very helpful. My daughters have been vaccinated more than once and the nurses have always been quick and kind. My English is not good and when I started going to the clinic I didn't speak English, but the staff always did their best to help me and understand me. I always recommend this clinic because it has a wonderful team that is always willing to help.

If I could leave more than 5* I would. I cannot speak highly enough of this Medical Clinic. From the lovely and very patient staff manning the phones and bookings to the wonderful doctors themselves who are most thorough and never make you feel rushed, this Clinic is far and away above others I have been a patient at over the years. A follow up after my husband’s low iron count in his blood test led to the very early cancer diagnosis. You couldn’t get any better service.

Our family have been patients of The Medical Clinic since it opened in the early 90’s once Dr. Vicentè joined the surgery, I have been seeing her. She is extremely thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Tuladhar oversees and manages our health, and his diagnoses have been unerringly accurate and thorough in all of our situations. He has been readily available for all appointments. From the moment you walk in the front desk Jess & Alex just so welcoming and the whole process just flows right through to Doctor May and Praj. This clinic sets a very high benchmark for patient to doctor relationships. The Doctors treat you as a patient and leave no stone unturned to resolve your health issues. This clinic would have to be one of the best in the Cardinda area if not Victoria.

Just spoke to a receptionist called Jessica. Her tone was very rude short and cold. She was keen to get me off the phone as I suppose it was nearly hometime for her. She even refused to put me through to the nurse. Sometimes receptionist need to understand that it could be a pressing matter that need clinical experienced staff to deal with.

All very thorough doctors, amazing nurses and always helpful and kind reception staff, which makes us feel happy and confident when see anyone available at this clinic. I came to the practice as a new patient today and had a wonderful experience despite being sick. The staff were warm and friendly and Dr May left a beautiful first impression. She took the time to really listen, was very thorough and caring.

Received three scripts from the doctor on the phone consult. But refused to give me a private script for Tamazepam which my usual doctor gives me.(i.e. praj.) Very disappointed. will have to endure sleepless nights until Praj returns.
