Submitted an offer on a property through my realtor. Mario was treating this property like an auction disclosing other offers to my realtor to jack up the price. What I had a problem with was he flat out lied to my realtor about what offer
Good honest Broker that I have listed several properties with. I might add: he sold them. Win! Win! Being a 30 year Realtor , I know that a sharp Realtor nets more money at closing. He is also Court Approved.
