My friend and I found this place after another nail shop in Mornington stuffed up our booking for my friends wedding (and offered us no solution to their mistake). We thankfully found the nail room and they were our saviours! Even though they were fully booked they called in extra staff so they could fit us in. We were blown away by their kindness and service. Molly did both our nails and did such a great job. We highly recommend! And bonus points to them for offering us coffee and champagne to celebrate my friends wedding! We will definitely be back!

If i could give no stars then i would. They only do appointments as i found out when i walked in and they didnt even acknowledge me when i did walk in. I had to ask them question to which i was told they only do appointments very rudely. But then wouldnt help me to make an appointment. Was told to take a pamphlet and call them to make one. Which i wont be doing cos first impressions are important. And theres suck eggs.

I had the most incredible experience getting my bridal nails done with Penelope. She was so understanding when I walked in with an absolute mess from my previous nail salon. She was so patient and gentle with me and my limited nail knowledge. What an incredible salon! Thank you girls for helping me finding the perfect colour for my big day. I will definitely be back!!

This business operates in spotless conditions, with no drills or electric tools. The technician was very professional and friendly. She has 25 years experience and it showed. I totally recommend the service; more pricey than many others, but you are paying for clean surroundings and tools as well as the skill and knowledge of the technicians

Fantastic service today, I'm really impressed with their positive, friendly attitude. They were very happy to accommodate some waxing before lockdown. The hair cut today and tidy up brilliant. I would highly recommend this business and the wonderful staff.

Molly has done my nails a few times now and she always does a great job. She does nail art for me and it always looks fantastic, and cares about making sure my nails look as good as they can. Will keep coming back as long as she will have me!

The only place I'll get my nails done - never once been unhappy! I've been seeing Steph for a long time now and she kills it each time! All of the ladies there are so lovely and the salon is really accommodating.

Wonderful, boutique experience at the Nail Hair and Beauty Room before my wedding. The ladies were very attentive & made the lead up to my special day so relaxed and fun.

Go to Nail Hair every 6 weeks to get my hair cut etc etc and find all the girls so happy and cheerful and great hair stylish. Would recommend them 100%.
