Really was impressed by their efficiency, so it was min work on our end. I reached out to the Neuman team when I decided to sell my downtown condo after reading all the great reviews online. It was my first ever property so I had no idea what the selling process was going to be like. In no time, Scott gave me a call and introduced himself and we agreed to meet in person. Once Scott came over I could tell he knew his stuff, I agreed he would be my agent and the process was underway. My condo was needing some repairs and improvements to make the sale more favorable. He has a large network as he arranged for all sorts of people to come by and do their work (plumbers, flooring, handyman, painters, stagers, etc.) in a timely manner. I hate to admit it but I’m pretty picky when it comes to good service. I have specific things I’m looking for and rarely are my expectations met. After going through a kitchen remodel because of a negligent tenant we decided to sell our rental and started the process of looking for a qualified realtor. We knew several and of course reached out to them first, but several friends had recommendations, so we started our search. We interviewed 5 realtors and I’m glad we did. There are many out there with too little experience or no team to back them up. We were glad we used Neuman and Neuman. Gregg Neuman came well prepared and is the number 1 realtor in San Diego County, number 3 in California. He and his team were extremely responsive and held our hands through the whole process. It's been a long time, but I had to get this review in! My Auntie, a long time resident of Solana Beach, had become ill and needed to relocate to Illinois after 8 years in her small beach home. f I had ever doubted that which real estate agent one chooses to sell one's home matters, my recent experience with Art Lewis reminded me that it does, in this case to the tune of about $50,000. Before deciding which agent to use in selling my high rise condo unit downtown, I contacted an alternative to Art, someone who has sold many units in the same building. It became apparent that agents differ in the pricing strategies the adopt. Some, like the alternative agent, like to price low, or underprice, hoping to receive multiple offers that then bid up the final selling price. That was not Art's approach and I decided to use him. This was not only because of his pricing strategy but also that he is a consummate professional in everything he does. The outcome was that I received roughly $50,000 more as a result of my decision than I would have received had I chosen the other agent. I have no hesitation in referring anyone I care about to Art Lewis. He is superb.
