Was seated at a table that was set with plates and cutlery and sat down with my kid and put my arm in a wet spot, looked and it was milk. Then I noticed the crumbs at the table, there was pasta on my seat at the end and still papers under the table from the kids colouring from the previous customers. Even with all this the table was still set for someone new. There were at least 2 hostesses and there was a third person at the front who may have been another helper, and I used to work in a restaurant at a young age when we were the hostess, especially when we weren’t busy we would be wiping and cleaning tables, and there was usually only one of us. There were at least 3 people standing at the front so there’s no way you can tell me there’s not enough time to go wipe a table properly and clean under it as well. I didn’t even bother chatting with the manager because I wasn’t going to eat there anyways as I don’t know what other corners they are cutting. With how expensive everything is nowadays we don’t go out much anymore so these little things do matter to us. I did go to the Boston Pizza right by it and was very impressed with how clean it was, and as we were eating and people were leaving the staff immediately had people cleaning the floor under the table, wiping the seats and tables. Would recommend BP’s as a great alternative.

Visited from Brantford Ontario, went with my son and his fiance. It's a family tradition if there is a local factory we go. The Toronto location is much more ornate but for being in a mall they have beautiful touches of stained glass, crystal chandeliers and the old style wooden chairs our kids always remember. The food was excellent and they helped me with my dietary restrictions with no problem at all. We were seated in a timely manner, our waitress was very attentive and ensured we had all we needed without having to ask. The servings were perfect sizes.

The Old Spaghetti Factory never fails to disappoint. They are one of the few restaurants with affordable prices and great food. The spumoni is always a nice treat at the end and their bread is delicious. On our most recent visit there, we were served by Blaise who was personable and a delight! I wish he could have joined us. He kindly cleaned our table before taking a requested photo. They have a really awesome employee working there. I hope management shows him this review!

My wife and I had good food and good service on our visit to The Old Spaghetti Factory. We have been coming to this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the experience. The lasagna we had was tasty and served hot. Through the years we have tried many of the menu items and have enjoyed them. The ambiance is great and the restaurant is clean and well lit. The washroom is clean also. The prices are very reasonable for the good quality and taste. We will come back and recommend coming here as we have always enjoyed ourselves.

Not what it use to be.. Still offer great pasta and spaghetti.. that complementary soup or salad which garlic loaf bread is a plus. Didn't expect the price for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs for $18?... It doesn't feel and taste like $18. Sure there's complimentary hot tea/coffee and ice cream near the end, that must be baked into the price. Why not lower the price on the main dishes and get rid of your complimentary hot tea/coffee and ice-cream? Good atmosphere and friendly staff but probably won't come back.

I got a ceaser salad with chicken on it and I honestly can say it was one of the worst ceaser salads I've ever had it was swimming in dressing they put way way too much and the dressing tasted cheap and like mayo it was very gross. The chicken also tasted or seemed a tad bit cheap like not so high quality chjcjen breast idk. But was very sad to pay 20$ for it . In the photo it looks like a decent salad but it wasn't . I ended up taking it home which was a mistake. If I'm ever back at west ed I will not be returning

We stayed in Fantasyland Hotel. We had 11 hours drive and we’re tired. Didn’t have much appetite so we ordered three meals for four adults and two young ones(7 & 10) with sides and drinks. Food were ok but server were not busy but they didn’t come back to us for a moment while our forks and spoons had very thick grease on them. They didn’t come to clean the table and take the plates neither.

Dinner with the family at the old spaghetti factory was fantastic as usual. The service is always amazing and the prices are very reasonable! Everything is included (soup/salad/bread) with your meal. I had the Chicken Alfredo with Mushroom and Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli and it’s was delicious!

Came here for dinner. Unfortunately, one of my children look older than 10 and can't order off the kids meal. They are 14 and a very picky eater. So that's frustrating. All they like is the kids cheese pizza. So they just stuck to bread..
