Olive n Chilli Restaurant!! Victoria Road Woodstock. A must have! Definitely a must have Woww... Excellent Food and Service Alhamdulilah.! Could easily be the nicest burger and hotdogs n pizza we have had... The sauces we're amazing and so fragrant and flavorful had a different twist to it which was awesome. The burgers were elevated, juicy and super flavorful. The chips was no doubt the best we've had. It was crispy on the outside and light and fluffy in the inside not oily at all Alhamdulilah. The hot dogs wasn't your normal everage hot dog. It felt more like gourmet hotdog with those fluffy crispy chips and the peri and chilli and BBQ sauce was thee besssssst. The masala steak Pizza was seriously next level. The steak was sooo freaking tender and juicy omw and the base was fermented and just the right crispness to the texture and the pizza sauce and cheese just came so nicely together. Definitely have to give credit where it's due.. This place is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Nice for family sit downs as well. Trust me you must go try this place. You won't be sorry. My first time. Asked for a Masala steak gatsby cut in 4. Only when I received it do I see that all Gatsby's are half. No whole gatsby's sold here. Edit (with the hindsight of a full tummy and no hungry = irritable pangs): Hitting the nail on the head, you are. Whilst I should've have fine combed the menu, I would suggest the signage on the front of the shop be ammended to read HALF gatsby's sold here. Nevertheless, decent food, and fairly priced. You get what you pay for here. (I went back and bought another HALF to match what I originally asked for :) ) Service could've been friendlier as I certainly took some ownership of my mistake, and maintained a friendly demeanor although it would be a stretch to say it was reciprocated.

My first impression of the restaurant was how well the place is presented and how it stood out from among other restaurants in the area. Tried the Masala Steak Sandwich and the chicken burger. Both were packed with flavour and really satisfying. Went back and tried the pizza and was not disappointed, and would highly recommend.

100% Halaal. Great ambiance, top class service, super delicious food. Fresh game meat burgers etc. The pizzas are really delicious. The manager, Uncle Waleed, is really friendly and very accommodating. The Angus beef burger is 100% beef, made in house, and absolutely divine... Olive and Chilli Cafe is the perfect place to enjoy great, affordable meals, in a safe environment.

Best burgers in capetown hands down. I love burgers. I've had burgers all over cape town tired them from R25 to R250 . Had them from restaurants, corner shops cafes , chefs I know , caterers ,bars and this has been the first time in years when I've had one that's made me go WOW this is great.

Masala steak sandwich was very tasty. One doesn't often find a good masala steak sandwich on Cape Town, however this was flavourful and generous amount of steak. Sweet and Sour chicken pizza also tasty for kiddos but I personally found it overpriced.

Ordered the spicy chicken gatsby via MR D. The bread roll was clearly stale and therefore very tough and dry, the chips were slightly hard as they were undercooked, and on top of that, hardly any chicken. Dry, tough, bland and very unpleasant to eat, couldn't get through most of it. A very dissapointing first time order.

My go to place when in Cavendish. They never disappoint!

One of the best beef burgers I've had. No frills and didn't need them. Just fresh salad, gherkins and a slice of cheese. Patty was thick and chargrilled on the outside and soft, juicy and well flavouredon the inside. Wasn't doused in sauces

Their steak sandwich is a favourite of mine. Burgers and pizza are also delicious. I like the fact that there is a basin to wash your hands and a toilet if needed. Owner will go out of his way to satisfy you.

Food is great but they open SO late on a Friday... Don't count on getting lunch between 12 and 2:30pm. Which is way too late in my opinion.
