I was traveling alone in Florence and the weather was hovering around 37-38 degrees, so I couldn't walk around outside anymore. So I was looking for a place to stay inside on Google maps and found this nail salon that had really good reviews! So I made an appointment on WhatsApp and went right away. When I went inside, the owner was so warm and welcoming. I had a lot of requirements regarding my nails, but she listened to them all and I’ve got beautiful nails as a result!! The interior is really beautiful and the river view is amazing. Overall lovely experience here at The Parlour! Found this place online after a week exploring Italy and looking to pamper my tired feet. Rang and booked for a pedicure and the following day I was able to get in!(Although I am able to speak some Italian, as an Australian I was at ease when the lovely owner answered the phone in English). My pedicurist was absolutely lovely and was great speaking with her and her attention to detail was very very good! I loved the colour (Angelina) and the view from the salon topped off the experience. If I was staying in Florence longer I would have certainly gone back! Wish we had this salon back home. I was recommended this place by a new friend in FLorence and I really enjoyed my time there. The owner Ester is incredibly friendly and speaks to everyone by first name (she also speaks English and Italian which helps) which is a particularly nice detail. The view while seated having a pedicure is really spectacular along the river Arno. Drinks are offered and you are really attended too. It feels friendly and relaxed. the standard of the nails was really high, lovely staff and pristine in terms of cleanliness. I would definitely recommend coming here should you wish to have your nails done in Florence - this is your place. Thank you.

I was able to get a next day appointment for my birthday and it was by far the best mani pedi experience ever! Esther, the owner, is a fellow New Yorker and made me feel very welcomed. She offered me a Bellini and water. Monya, my nail tech, is a unique and bright soul. I explained to her that my birthday had started off terribly and by the end of the visit, she had consoled me, made me laugh, cried with me, and made my entire day. Roberta, another nail tech, was also kind and playful. All three ladies made me feel special and the results of Monya using just regular polish were spectacular. It was an experience I will never forget!

We were on the look out for a place to get our nails done and stumbled across this salon, we were greeted by the lovely owner who was so welcoming and friendly. She was able to fit me and my friend in right away and explained the treatments they offered. It was a bit on the pricey side (100 euros for a sns removal, and reapply of their bio sculpture product) but was absolutely worth it! We enjoyed mimosas and an amazing view of the Florence canal while getting our nails done. The salon is absolutely beautiful and overall it was such a lovely experience! Highly recommend

I walked by The Parlour on their second day of being open and my nails have looked amazing ever since! Monia and Roby pay close attention to detail and do a great job. This isn’t your usual nail experience. You walk into the salon greeted by a smiling Esther who offers you a caffe or a mimosa. You’re then suddenly looking out of the window with a beautiful view of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. Finally, you’re seated and being pampered. I highly recommend this place for the quality of work, great team, and beautiful space. 11/10

I have been to lots of nail studios in different countries: Germany, Canada, Thailand, Newzealand, and some else. There has never been such a professional manicure. Also I experienced an absolute welcoming and calm but joyful atmosphere, that I felt really comfortable sitting with my espresso watching the Arno, while I was awaiting my treatment. Esther created a place of beauty. And a place where one really feels seen in the need of relaxing and understood in ones unique style.

From the minute I stepped into this delightful salon I felt so taken care of. It is such a delightful setting so carefully designed with the best view of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. My manicure was perfect from start to finish and the hand massage was the best. While my nails dried I was given a glass of chilled Prosecco a relaxing chair and a view of the Arno river. What a delightful way to spend and afternoon. Now I want to go back for a pedicure!!!!

What a special place! Not only were Esther, Mogna and Roberta LOVELY, but they educated us about proper nail care and converted us into Biosculpture fans now. I’ve always been wary of how salons care for my nails and too often feel like I’m at a cattle call but the attention to detail and passion they all show for the craft is clear. My nails are gorgeous and strong thanks to them, and I felt totally pampered throughout!

I stumbled upon The Parlour and within minutes was able to secure an appointment the next day via WhatsApp. The premium experience, products, and location was what I was seeking after being on my honeymoon a week and having a week left of travel. Esther and her team were fantastic and the precision of my gel manicure is immaculate! I highly recommend visiting for the ambience and high quality.

Love love love this place. Esther is an amazing person and a owner. She answers all my questions with patient and sweetness ;) I usually dont do gel because of the chemicals but their products are organic and they are very careful about the nail health. I am very happy with the results,I highly reccomend this place to have a beautiful ‘me’time with a glass of prosecco.

I was looking for a place to remove my shellac manicure and get a fresh set while in Florence and stumbled upon The Parlour. It was one of the best finds of the trip! The staff were warm and welcoming and I’ve never had a better manicure! To top things off the views of the river really make it a special experience. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in Florence.

Love this salon! Normally my gel polish lasts maybe 7 days if I’m lucky. I had my nails done right before a 3 week vacation, which included hours of swimming each day, and they lasted the entire time. There was no peeling or chipping. My daughter (squirmy 4 year old) enjoys getting her nails done also since the staff make it fun and comfortable for her.

I have never in my 65 years of life had a better Manicure and experience than at The Parlour.Not only is it chemical free but looks amazing for 3 weeks !! Absolutely beautiful salon! I got a pedicure here a few days ago after stumbling across the salon on a walk in Florence. Esther was able to squeeze me in after a cancellation the following evening. If you’re looking for high-end ambiance along with amazing pampering, I highly recommend The Parlour. The staff was so kind and original! The facility was absolutely stunning and modern. Roberta gave me the best manicure I’ve ever gotten, such impressive attention to detail! I love that they also use all eco friendly products and have such a beautiful space and view of the River. Esther was so welcoming when I arrived and also made scheduling so easy!
