I went there for a lunch with a friend, and amazing young man, Denis, was our waiter. When I reached home, I realized that I forgot my phone there. First idea was to call the restaurant if they found it. A girl who answered the call (probably hostesa of the place), did not speak English but did not want to call anyone that did. She hung up without saying sorry or good bye. When I tried to call again, she did not even answer. My friend called from her phone and the same person did not want to give anyone that spoke English. Not even sorry or bye, just hunged up again. So I went there and found that nice young man who served me. He gave me my phone, and asked if I needed a glass of water to calm down. So, big thanks to that young man, Denis, polite and probably from a decent family who raised a good person, and big SHAME TO THAT GIRL WHO KNOWS TO WALK HALFNAKED AROUND BUT NOT TO LEARN A FEW WORDS OF ENGLISH OR TO GIVE THE RESTAURANT'S PHONE TO THE ONE WHO KNOWS. Dear owner, foreigners come to your place to eat a really nice food and to enjoy their time, not just to look to that young lady. Think about the image of your place that such person creates, and see how itco tributes to your profit. And please raise a salary of that dear Denis, you have to be proud of such staff. Milica

Solid example of a proper restaurant! The food was good, drinks as well! Service however needs improvement! Make sure that you book in advance as this place is always full. The hostess was bit rude, telling us that they have no spaces at the terrace, while I notice that other people were about to leave, we asked if we could sit at nearby table until they get cleaned the one for us, she said "No!". :O The waiter Pavel was the best asset in this service team, very positive, intelligent young man, willing to go that extra mile. Shisha man, not sure what was his name, again was not up to my expectations. Absolutely not willing to go extra mile, I asked if he could make a Shisha in less then 15 minutes he said "No it's not possible!" I asked him to try, he gave me again excuses and didn't even try to negotiate with me the time for preparing to 14-13-12 :D. It was a matter of testing his costumer service skills - result was zero sale of Shisha for me that night. Over all the restaurant is quiet nice, however I could feel that they are not investing in s their service team a penny!!!

Personal nerespectuos, mai ales chelnerii și doamna administrator. Am avut o rezervare, când am venit pe loc a fost adus un mic tort din partea oaspeților ca surpriză (cu tot cu certificat), am rugat să ne permită să aprindem o lumânare la 00:00 pt felicitare, ne-au refuzat și au zis că ei o vor face cu o felie de tort din partea casei (am acceptat), însă am rugat ca tortul adus de oaspeți să fie pus în frigider măcar (pentru a se păstra). Când am părăsit localul, am uitat să luăm desertul, iar a doua zi dimineața când am sunat să ne apropiem pentru al lua, au spus că acesta s-ar fi pierdut. După careva revolte, ni s-a zis că se v-a clarifica și vor reveni cu un apel… până la urmă n-am avut parte nici de o contactare, nici de o scuză sau o soluție de clarificare din partea lor. Într-un cuvânt “neprofesionali” și local care-și respectă doar clienții permanenți.

One of the best places to sit and relax around. European menu is delicious, we been surprised how tasty was our dishes, even though the Japanese menu can be slightly improved as the expectations were higher. Great service and nice relaxing atmosphere. Waiters been very helpful and helped us to make our choices. Good place also for the shisha, but better to reserve the table in advance as during the weekend or evenings is getting very busy.

Changed the 4 for the 5!!! They really deserve it and also coming here after 2,5 years every 5-6 times per month and not losing the taste of it this says a lot about this place!!! Wonderful place with delicious food! Strange but their pizza its more tasty and better than in lots of other places that specialize in Italian food the service its also good, the staff its friendly. Pretty sure that will come here more often than used to.

Deservirea ingroazitoare Chelnerița nepoliticoasă, noi sintem grup de 5 persoane așteptăm ca cineva sa ne arate o masa unde putem sa luam loc. După care sa vorbească indecent și agresiv ca nu am luat loc unde trebuia și chelnerii nu se vor apropia Rog ca administrația sa ia măsuri, deoarece bucătăria într-adevăr foarte buna , însă comportamentul personalului lasa de dorit.

un loc drăguț, în mare parte sunt mulțumit de acest local, ce aș sugera, este un meniu din hârtie, fizic, în ziua de azi localurile care mai păstrează acest tip de meniu fizic au șarmul lor aparte. Când ies să mănânc, prefer să las puțin la o parte telefonul, cred ca orice local care se respecta trebuie să dețină un meniu fizic.

Penthouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Moldova. The sushi is great, and they have a lot of interesting beverages. There is a lot of variety of food, including foreign dishes you can’t find at other restaurants in Moldova. The atmosphere is classy and comfortable, and the location right at the edge of the park is beautiful and convenient.

One of the oldest restaurants in Chisinau with fine food. Can get rather loud by late evenings. The place has a nice terrace and is within a large city park. Try their spinach - shrimp soup, absolutely delicious.

It’s a very nice large restaurant with indoor & outdoor sittings. They don’t have English menu for lunch/dinner. waiter speaks reasonable English & very helpful, he helped us to order. We had lunch there Beef steak, Grilled chicken with zucchini. Food was good & portion size was perfect.

Quite nice place with tasty coffee. We also had the chocolate cheesecake, it was great! On Sundays it is noisy because of all the happenings in the park next to it. But other than that nice place to spend some time.

Eram 4 fete, cu dress code urmărit, dar paznicul, dnul de la securitate nu ne-a dat voie să intrăm, fără a argumenta, deși noi am avut o rezervare. Pur și simplu a vorbit urât și nu ne-a permis să intrăm.

Am dat de un chelner arogant care se face mai important decit clientii, vorbea cu nasul pe sus si nici nu dorea sa explice meniul( pentru el totul e clar iar daca nu intelegem ceva e problema noastra). Si la Sushi se pune in portie chiar si capetele la roll

I had such a great time here. The burgers were delicious, the drinks were incredibly well done, thr cocktails were exactly like they looked in the photos. The prices were great too and what I loved most was the music and the overall mood of the restaurant.

I came with 2 friends. The soup is a bit disappointed. Mushroom soup is lack of mushroom, which make it lack of flavor, but the bread which come alongside is ok. The main dish I ordered salmon steak. No surprise. So, 3 points.

Cocktail place, good service, excellent cocktails, gets to hot in the summer if you seated on the terrace. Otherwise will recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy great cocktails in the city center. …

Cafe in central park. Very good location and nice terrace. Delicious food(especially steudel). Waiters are gentle, but sometimes can happen that you have to wait for the bill. Also very good shisha place.

Outstanding wine collection with a good selection of food. Our waiter recommended a bottle of wine which as superb. Located directly in the park with a live DJ on weekends.
