Managed to book through Instagram, quick and easy! But as I didn’t read the fine print online, so when I came down, I needed to add a top-up for heel therapy + special requested design, but prices are all transparent (on the website) but on the last page there are additional “spa” services on top of the regular nail services that applies to all outlets, I would highly recommend to clarify with the receptionists. They wear badges to indicate if they can speak English or Vietnamese only! My nail stylist was a senior stylist, Evelyn, she was super calm and did my design with ease, whereas I was super nervous how it would turn out but they really take their time. So you pay for the time and quality. I like that the nails are not too thick or out of shape but follows my natural nail shape. Uploaded the photo of my reference and end result nails for comparison. Would recommend as their quality is good, but do clarify the prices if you’re not sure as I had to top up for the foot scrub+design+ shellac polish. But it’s near the famous bánh mi stall! So I came over for my appt after I was done eating. Edit: It’s been 3 weeks and my Shellac nail polish (which I paid additional for the higher tier) is still going strong. No chipping.

The check in staff and manicurist were nice. The instruments used were clean aside from the nail dryer which gave off a burning smell when it was turned in. However, the regular manicure I got was not good. It was not a relaxing spa experience but felt rushed. My hand was scraped a few times with the nail file and the polish sometimes didn't reach all the way to the side of the nail. Disappointing, especially given the high reviews and high price point, but I was going to brush it off since my nails looked good enough when I left. But it hasn't even been 6 hours and the polish is already peeling and warped. They also do not use a base coat which I assumed was standard. Nail color selection is also pretty slim if you're looking for nude/toned down colors. Edit: Updated to 4 stars as they offered to fix the nails and accomodated my schedule at another location that was more convenient (the Landmark). The staff, especially Nini, were great and that location seemed more quiet, at least on the day I visited.

Thật sự nên thử! Mỗi tuần mình hay đến đây 1 lần để giải stress, bây giờ lại thành thói quen, lúc bình thường cũng đến. Salon này nằm ở lầu 1 của căn nhà, bạn cứ đến và đị thẳng lên lầu 1 là sẽ thấy bảng hiệu rất to. Mở cửa vào thì giống như là thiên đường cho con gái luôn, từ hồng đến hồng nhưng không hề sến sẫm nhé. Salon này trang trí kệ nước sơn và mẫu móng rất đẹp, chắc cũng phải tính bằng nghìn màu, nhìn hoa mắt luôn. Đến đây sẽ có chị Duyên (chị quản lí) tư vấn chăm sóc bạn chọn dịch vụ rất tận tình, rất chu đáo, mấy chị em nhân viên khác người nào cũng dễ thương. Đến khâu làm móng làm mí nè, loại ghế khách ở đây làm kiểu ghế đệm dựa, ngồi xuống là muốn ngủ gật luôn. Salon có cả sạc dự phòng đặt ở mỗi ghế cho khách luôn nhé, chăm sóc tận răng. Đến đây khi các chị kĩ thuật viên đến làm cho bạn, các chị được huấn luyện rất kĩ về vấn đề vệ sinh, nên sẽ không có điều gì làm bạn khó chịu đâu. Phần cuối cùng là chất lượng, cái này mình không miêu tả đâu, vì quá ok nên không có gì để nói luôn.

It’s my first time ever doing nails (not kidding) and I was slightly apprehensive to go overseas to do it, but I’m glad I chose Prive. It’s important to have a design in mind that you can send a picture to them to reference. The staff are kind, approachable and not pushy at all. There is complete transparency (they show you the price before you even begin) so that they can’t try to push you for any additional services during the session itself. You also have a complimentary drink, and the space is comforting, clean and aesthetic. The cuticle cleaning up part was painless as well. Coming from Singapore where manicures are quite expensive, I managed to get a set of gel manicure (no extension) with simple design for 735000VND ($41 SGD). Bonus points is that there is a popular Banh Mi place and a bunch of cute cafes in that area. Make sure you make a reservation before going!

my experience at prive spa was amazing! i was luckily able to come in on the same day i called and get a wonderful gel manicure and foot therapy experience! my gel manicure was done by pony, i would definitely recommend seeing her! i showed her my design idea and she was able to recreate it beautifully. my nails are on the shorter side because i've been having issues growing them so i was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful everything turned out. she and the rest of the staff at the spa was so nice as well. the foot therapy experience was relaxing and my skin felt so soft after. i couldn't catch the name of the person who did it though would definitely come here again. thank you so much for the wonderful experience

Really great seamless experience from booking to finished product. We were able to book online through their online form and they immediately confirmed the appointment for us. The day of the appointment they asked detailed questions on the type of design I wanted and went over the cost of the total design before proceeding with the services. Appreciated the transparency and help that they provided to achieve my vision. Additionally, the nail tech was very attentive to details and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend for any tourists or English speaking visitors. No issues whatsoever throughout the process and very friendly.

It's an impromptu decision that I made just this morning when I woke up to do manicure as my nails got chipped. I am really glad that I stumbled across this gem while searching on Google maps for good manicure places around my hotel. Not all staff here spoke English and I was assigned to english-speaking staff. I did the Signature Manicure combo with gel that comes with 10min hand mask and 15mins hand massage which is really good. I also did heel scrub with serum and lash extension. All of which took not more than 2hours, and can I say that it was a really good pampering session? Definitely returning here again whenever I'm in town.

Great location. Had some hard callouses on the bottom of my feet from years of playing volleyball. Never in a million years did I think they could be fixed, but Nina took care of that, thanks. Service was great, complimentary drinks were supplied as you’re getting treated. Sandie is the sweetest, very professional and provided the best customer service I’ve experienced as she spoke English and helped translate throughout the visit. 10/10 would recommend. Really great experience here, I got a long natural nail gel mani+ombré and pedi+callous removal. They did a great job with my natural nails and not damaging them (which I’m always cautious of with new places). I like that they took their time and it was not rushed, and I was able to get a same day appointment! One improvement is I wish they had a bit more of a colour selection as I really love bright colours. Would absolutely come back again for my nails and to try other services.

Found this venue through Google maps, i walked in without an appointment. Liz did an amazing job with my gel nails, I opted for a transparent neutral colour which the staff assisted with the colour selection. I also selected 2D eyelash extensions which I’m very happy with. Thanks to Joy for servicing me, she completed them in a timely manner. The whole venue is time efficient but you don’t feel rushed. They also provided complimentary drinks!

Incredible experience from start to finish. The nail therapists were accommodating and very welcoming! I got a nice drink at the start and got to sit on an extremely comfy chair that I could just sink into. The nail therapist took her time to ensure that the job was done of high quality. I have to say my nails have never looked this good. I’m for sure a very happy customer and if I lived here, this would become my chosen salon :)

Made an appt in advance w 4 of my friends to come when we landed in Saigon. Service was SOO amazing! The girls here can speak English and helpful when trying to figure out what we should do since there are so many options. The spa itself is 4 stories. bottom floor is for nails, second story is for lashes, third story for waxing and facials. It’s well designed, efficient & prices are reasonable. 10/10 recommend and will be back

Lives up to the reviews here on Google! I went for a manicure with my partner – got my nails done by Vy :) Went back a few hours later to get my lashes done. Each service comes with a free drink of your choice too. They provide other services like massages and facials which I hope to try the next time I’m back. With the ambience, quality of service and professionalism of the staff, it’s well worth the price!

I genuinely did not expect the experience to be so nice. The reception staff speaks nearly perfect English, the music is very calming and jazzy (especially the French songs), they have a selection of drinks offered on the house, and the quality of the service itself is high. I booked a manicure-only appointment to get a feel for the place, and I was not disappointed. I'm definitely coming back.

OMG This place is truly an earthly paradise! I got my nails done. The service was amazing, the staff were extremely dedicated, I felt like I was treated like a queen, . They always asked me if I felt okay, and they also served free drinks. Could tell she was putting a lot of care and effort with my nails and am in love with the outcome. While I can speak a little Vietnamese there are English speaking staff to help you out.

I booked earlier for a lash lift, pedicure and manicure but had to make changes a couple of times because of my flight and baggage delays and they were extremely flexible. The service was impeccable and I felt very well looked after.
