A great place to buy an assortment of items. From discount grocery, household, laundry items, cleaning items, gardening, clothing, auto accessories, stationery. Including birthday and greeting cards to electronic and phone accessories. They also sell plastic storage containers of all shapes and sizes. Easy access and parking outside or in Great Western shopping complex. Wheelchair friendly access into and throughout the store. Helpful staff to answer all your questions and assist you to locate what your looking for.

I visit this store quite regularly. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful. There used to be a manager/owner there at one point who had quite a sour disposition but he seems not to be there as I haven't seen him in quite some time. Apart from that, it is the Reject Shop so I suppose to have a spectacular experience is a tall order.

Staff member David called next customer & started putting their goods through while I was still putting my stuff in bags I felt rushed and dropped and broke a solar light. Picked another one and went through again, not one word of apology, charged me for it again. Very bad customer service.

Great range of products at great prices. Can particularly recommend Oh Fudge at $3 per box. Comes in salted caramel, chocolate coated peanut, nougat, gingerbread and Irish cream. All yummy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would be a regular if I lived in Brisbane.

Hayley was very helpful in finding me and a Large Dog Polar Fleece Mat 91x70cm and Chum Dog Food Lamb 700g she was knowledgeable and very patient as have speech issues and struggle communicating.
