We used roof doctor LLC to pick up the concrete tile roof, re-lay felt, and put the tiles back down. Everything a out the planning process was great, the inspector accidentally ran over a sprinkler in my yard so they gave us a discount to get it in line. Awesome, day of repairs come, and things are going great, everyone is on time and it goes quick. 2 days work, easy. The guys did step on my watermelon plants which was disheartening. Some of the plant died. But really, the issue was that the quote was for pop outs in the front and back, they didnt end up doing the pop out over our front door, cause its on the side of the house, not the front. Said the dormer in front of the house is what they meant by pop out on the quote. Then why not write that? Lol. Then the installer ends up kicking the same sprinkler the guy's boss broke. Lol. So we had to fix it again... the guy gave us another 200$ off for the issues. All in all, great value, beat other quotes, not amazing or anything but considering the fact that they did give us some good discounts I cant be too mad I guess. I do wish the front door pop out had been done like we were expecting tho!!! Lol. Good deal overall. Seems family owned so always good to support Vegas based business. Thanks!

We Buy all cash- Fix & Flip homes all over Vegas. We had a big job that not many were able to take on...we had 4 Bids on the job. Long story short Roof-Doctors was best value for all the work that was needed from a licensed and insured company. They got us in sooner than expected, did quick great clean work and made sure to correct anything that came up during city inspection. They did a good job on the cleanup from the debris that fell in and around the house, as good as can be expected without asking for every piece to picked out of the rocks. This house entirely needed all new plywood and roofing, It was a BIG job! We were happy all the way around, we decided to use them on another house we just bought down the street. Found Roof doctor on yelp search to find someone who could take care of my leaking roof before the heavy rains came and would definitely cause more damage. Karey was one the first one to respond on a Saturday morning and found a way to send out a crew to check it out. I was just hoping to have it tarped for the meantime and then get it repaired later but to my surprise they were able to locate and correct the issue in about an hour. So I was more than pleased with the service they provided me and I will definitely be calling them in the future for my roofing needs

Staci and Rich went out of their way to get a missing roof tile that blew off replaced before the next rain storm came through. I know that they are very busy this time of the year and their friendly manner and willingness to complete the repair promptly was very much appreciated. Their quick response demonstrated their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Further their fee seemed very reasonable given the very short scheduling time involved. I was so happy with the response time and knowledge of this company. I had a Very loud noise on my roof and no idea what had happened, but there was damage. The Roof Doctor worked me into the schedule to take care of the repair and offered a very plasible explanation of what caused the problem. The fire dept. and gas company just scratched their heads. I highly recommend this company. After the work was done, there was a follow up call and photos were sent to me. I could not be more pleased!

Old fashioned good customer service... what happened to this etiquette? Why can't people answer the phones today w/ some kindness and warmth? Why the attitude? Are they selling Gold for a dollar an ounce? Why so many rude women today? Is it so hard to be nice over the phone? Pass it on... (kindness) maybe it'll come back to you...

Contacted The Roof Doctor for an estimate for a roof repair. Tim was very responsive and had Jesus come out for an inspection and estimate. The estimate was in line with a couple other quotes, but I felt best with Jesus. He performed the repairs a couple days after giving the go ahead. The work was done in one day and Jesus showed the before and after pictures. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend The Roof Doctor.

The only complaint I have about this company, is that there is a distinct lack of communication. Not only did they do my job and do it beautifully, but they brought pictures down before and after the job! THEIR FEET HAD NOT BEEN ON THE GROUND FOR 5 MINUTES, AND THE NEXT STORM STARTED! In that short amount of time, the roof repair held and my house was completely dry! THANK YOU ROOF DOCTOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS, THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE!!!

The guys did a great job on our roof. On time and well coordinated. What was especially impressive was that we were delivered a bad batch of shingles and the guys took the extra time to get them replaced before too much of the installation was done. They could have not cared as much and just installed them, but they made it right. Makes me feel confident in the rest of the job as well. Great job!

We hired The Roof Doctor to reroof my Mother in Law's roof and they have been nothing but great. Lance provided the quote and made us feel like we were a priority. I was very impressed! Estimate was done immediately with a detailed estimate. The Roof Doctor went out and recommended what NEEDED to be done and didn't try to get more work out of me that wasn't necessary. The work invoice also included detailed pictures for the repair. Lance came out for an estimate promised to get a estimate out to me by end of day didn’t hear back for over a week I called back on sept 28 they said Lance would reach out and still never heard back and it’s now Oct. 9th. Don’t waist your time since they will waste yours.
