We arrived after 8 pm. The owner Kelly was there and helped us order dinner and drove me there to pick it up. The rooms we stayed in were so beautiful. Each room was detailed with antiques, books, clothing and other neat items that represented the 1900’s era. Kelly is a very sweet southern lady that has hospitality oozing from ever fiber of her being. Our nephews were the first ones of the year to swim in the pool. They loved it. Accommodations were made for my Celiac dietary needs. The breakfast was beyond filling and excellent. Sandi her assistant was very friendly. Sandi helped get us information on the Stockyards prior to us going for the afternoon. We plan on going back for our Anniversary in December to enjoy the Christmas theme they display with over 20 trees. I highly encourage a stay here. Whether it’s a business trip, Anniversary or just passing through like us. Thank you Kelly and Sandi

The night we arrived we needed dinner. It was late and Kelly the owner ordered pizza from down the street. They flash cook it in a 950 degree oven. It was ready in 10 minutes. Gluten free options and super yummy. Kelly even drove me there.
Food & drinks
In the hallway outside the rooms there were snack stations, coffee, tea and cocoa bar set up for all to enjoy. In each room you are greeted with wine and freshly baked cookies.

You will not find a more thoughtful, cozy and welcoming inn than this one! It felt like home complete with a resident k9 named Rufus - the most gentle of all giants ready to be your friend. Kelly and her staff of stellar women are so kind, considerate and treat one another and their guests like family. The breakfast menu is custom tailored to your needs and taste and they have snacks, wine and cookies spread out amongst the house for guests to enjoy as they please. The poolside is delightful in the afternoon. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated with antiques and treasures. The Rosen House comes complete with a wrap around porch, lawn and garden for outdoor leisure as well as private gated parking. The location is set in an adorable residential neighborhood of Fairmont and only a 5 minute casual stroll to Magnolia St. home to the 5star BBQ restaurant, Heim (our favorite!), Avoca cafe and many other dining and shopping options. Owner/Operator, Kelly, is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly, cheerful and helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things about this B&B! A truly welcoming home away from home in an authentic historic inn that will surely exceed your expectations. We will be back. Thank you for such an incredible experience, we'll never forget this place! ❤

This was my first experience at a B&B. It was one of the best experiences ever. From the moment you walk in, you just feel at home. The attention to detail for the guests, the decor/antiques just make the homes, so cozy and the stay so wonderful. The neighborhood is cute and quaint. Parking and getting in/out is super easy . We stayed in the magnolia room, the bed was super comfortable, the sheets incredibly soft. The snacks and water/drinks, coffee, tea, bar, pool towels, board and card games etc were all a nice touch . Breakfast was crazy delicious and one of the highlights . We enjoyed the pool and all the cute little cozy spots to sit and sip coffee or read a book. Kelly and her husband are fantastic. The dogs are super friendly . We literally had the best time and I can’t wait to go back again. What an amazing staycation !!

My husband and I took a short trip to Ft. Worth as a babymoon before our second arrives. We chose Rosen House Inn based on prior reviews and wanting to stay in a place that felt like home versus a corporate hotel. It definitely did not disappoint!! The room/bed was very comfortable and you could tell every small detail was well thought out (down to having a sound machine in the room and waters in the mini fridge upon arrival). The host, Kelly, was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. She made incredible breakfasts (literally best eggs Benedict I've had) and was wonderful to talk to/provided us and other guests with recommendations on what to do during the day in the area. Her inn is close to many great food places in Ft. Worth. Overall, this was probably our favorite place to ever stay for a vacation, and we are already talking about staying here again when we are able to.

What an AWESOME place!! 1st let me say I do know the owner from way back when, when we were in high school, some 25 plus years ago. My wife has known her from grade school. But I always like to be brutally honest on their reviews. I've never been to a Bed & Breakfast. But always wanted to. Well the Rosen House Inn has greatly exceeded my expectations!! I am SO impressed. I know I know the owner was treating my wife and I different, giving us special treatment. Ok maybe we got some extra perks, like a tour of Fort Worth but at far as the Bed and Breakfast Kelly treats ALL her clients like family!! I closely watched her interaction with other guests and her welcoming open heart shows. I Highly recommend you check out Rosen House Inn!! OK the bad. I always try to think of things that may need improving or work. The one thing, well ok maybe 2 things. 1) I wish I owned this place! 2) I wish it was a place I came to sooner and more often!! Great place Kelly and staff. Keep up the great work!!

Hands down one of the best B&B we have been smim all of our trips. Located in a quiet and green neighborhood 10 minutes away from the Stockyard and 5 minutes walk from Magnolia Ave (plenty of restaurants, bars and shops). This beautiful Villa from the beginning of 1900 offers a few rooms, a beautiful garden and a communal area for breakfast (which was very delicious). The room was spotless, full of vintage charm but with all modern life's commodities. As said breakfast was out favorite time of the day: yummy homemade and abundant. The staff is caring, polite and welcoming... As a plus Rufus (the house dog) is the sweetest 4 legged companion. We would definitely come back to the Rosen House Inn. Highly recommended!

Needed to pick a place to stay quickly. Luckily we picked here. Even though we already live in Fort Worth, we had a great time escaping into the historic district of Fort Worth and staying in an OLD, historic house. The host was super sweet and accommodating, and a great cook! It was also nice petting their two huge sweet dogs! Might return one day!

You really can't go wrong with the Rosen House Inn! It is a beautifully maintained manor with uniquely cozy and comfy rooms, elegant decor, warm employees and amazing breakfast that puts to shame any complementary hotel breakfast! It is located near the main st where some of the most amazing food and drinks are in fort worth and just a hop and skip to the stockyards. You really are missing out if you don't stay at this inn!

We had an amazing visit at the unique and lovely Rosen House Inn. From check in to check out, it was seamless and Kelly and Christina have thought of everything a guest could possibly need. The dining room has a huge grand dining table set with china, crystal goblets, and cloth napkins with rings. Grandeur from another era. The breakfast was served there and it was fantastic! Christina gave us some history about the house that was built in 1909 and it was fascinating. My husband and I had the Fairmont suite and the bathroom was huge and beautiful. Cold water, wine, and snack, as well as freshly baked cookies were always available. Just incredible! Thank you for having us!

My wife and I had a tremendous time staying here. Kelly is a very kind and caring host who truly cares about her guests experience. The house is beautiful and the attention to detail in the decorations is impressive. We felt pampered, seeing cookies and wine in our room as well as additional snacks, drinks, and coffee being made available to us. The breakfast is prepared with dietary restrictions and preferences in mind and it was so delicious!! Kelly makes you feel at home during your stay. The communication process and instructions leading up to the reservation was very clear and informative. Check this place out if you are in the area!!

Thanks to Kelly and her staff for a very pleasurable stay. Communications were excellent prior to arrival and our self check-in was fast and smooth. Our room was nicely appointed and the little extras which were provided such as cookies, a bottle of wine and a rose bouquet were greatly appreciated. She was also hosting a neighborhood Halloween party our first night and was gracious to include us. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. We will gladly recommend the Rosen House to family and friends when they need a great place to stay in Fort Worth.

It was remarkable and absolutely beautiful. The antiques are exquisite. The family that owns it is so helpful. Stayed at many. This is in my top 5. For sure. Rooms are amazing, porch that wraps around the house. Flowers, pool, and breakfast. I will be back. My cousin is coming into town. Definitely, will be staying there again. Close to restraunts, cafe, historic area, botantical gardens, and shops. I highly recommend you stay there. My husband and I did for our anniversary. Had red bottle of wine and homemade chocolate chip cookies. W a mouth watering breakfast that was divine. Thank you, be back! It's a definite must stay there! For sure.

  • Wesley Meaux

This was similar priced to a local 4 Star Hotel but miles above it in service and little odds and ends that shows Kelly cares about the little touches. From the bottle of wine and cookies in the room, the soda in the hallway fridge, to the breakfast served every morning. I actually feel like I got my money's worth which I have never felt going to a 4 star hotel. It was also quiet with no kids running all over the place like in a hotel. If I am back in Ft Worth would gladly stay there again

Located in an historic neighborhood, the B&B is a registered historic house. The inside is wonderfully decorated like an early 1900's house similar to a house museum. The hosts are friendly and willing to cook for special diets. There are two big rooms and two medium rooms. Our big room had a reasonably-sized bedroom and a bathroom that's bigger than the bedroom, all with historic personality. We couldn't get the temp as cool as we prefer. Everything from the floor to the bed to the door hinges creaked. The stairs are narrow and steep. Overall, still better than many other B&B's, and better than most Airbnbs, so we don't regret it.

The Rosen House Inn was a great base for exploration of Ft Worth. Our upstairs room was very spacious, with a full couch, coffee table, and chair and cafe table. The bed was a king and just the right firmness. Big bathroom with tub or shower option. Nice views to the street from two sides. Breakfast was top notch and gave us a chance to meet the staff, the owner's mother, and other guests. Just 0.4 miles to Magnolia street, so we walked to dinner. Definitely a great deal at a reasonable price.

I stayed for a night to have some time to myself away from my kids. The space was perfect. I enjoyed a quiet afternoon by the pool and a very relaxing evening in the room. The owner is wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars close. It would be a great place to have a girls weekend or couples getaway. It is also close to the hospitals and downtown if you are on business and want something more comfortable than a hotel. Thank you for the great experience!

The house is so cute and charming! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the other historical houses as well. We stayed in the Fort Worth Room. I stayed a few weeks ago for my birthday weekend and had a fantastic time! They were very accommodating to my gluten free needs- the breakfast and goodies left in the room were fantastic! Additionally, they were very kind to my little yorkie who joined me for the weekend. Very cute house and comfy bed! The only thing I would maybe warn future stayers about is that it is an older house so you can hear your fellow bed and breakfasters a little bit.

I was only able to stay one night at the Rosen House Inn, but I will definitely be back the next time I am in Ft. Worth. The hostess was very gracious and offered tips on local dining and shops. The homemade breakfast was delightful and made all the better with the addition of sweet Rufus, the resident house-dog. The overall charm of the home, the surrounding area, and its proximity to everything Ft. Worth has to offer made this a most memorable stay.

This was the most incredible experience. A real Fort Worth Gem in Fairmount. The Fairmount suite has the most incredible bathroom replete with clawfoot tub. The breakfast in the formal dining area is absolutely among the best I've ever had. No skeezy continental offering here with questionable kolaches. I was full nearly all day with bread pudding, bacon, waffles, fruit, french press coffee, and fresh fruit juice. The ladies are so friendly and welcome you will want to move right in!

Best place near TCU and Magnolia, for rest and relaxation. Amazing breakfast, amazing hosts and staff, amazing house. My husband and I stayed here the night before my surgical procedure so we would be close to the hospital (I had to be there at 5am and I'm not a morning person!). We stayed in the Air BnB apartment over the garage. It was warm, cozy, clean and had a comfortable bed. The best part was the freshly made cookies waiting on us. It's a beautiful location and next time I hope to stay in the main house at the bed and breakfast. I highly recommend!

The experience begins the minute you drive up to this beautiful historic home. My room was beautiful, but I wanted to spend my time in the huge bathroom with footed tub, enjoying the complimentary bottle of wine!!! They made me feel so welcomed, and even the simple act of writing my name on a chalkboard on the door was special. Breakfast was wonderful. I was on a business trip but will return with my family.

A wonderful stay at a lovely home with a yummy breakfast. It's in a convenient location, close to everything we wanted to do in Fort Worth. Great price too! Not the host's fault at all, but the other guests returning from their adventures at 2 in the morning woke us up when they came up the creaky stairs. :) Other than that it was just perfect.

This bed and breakfast is also a residence, so it's in a historic residential area. There's a pool, and quite a few common rooms for guests to relax. When we checked in they told us they would leave a bottle of wine in the room, but they also left us a plate of freshbaked cookies. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I don't think I'll stay anywhere else in Fort Worth if they have an open room.

By far the best experience. Had the pleasure to enjoy my brother and sister-in-law's wedding. What a fantastic experience to have breakfast with others from around the world. The owners are fantastic. A must stay if you're looking for a b&b in the area. This experience was way more than we expected. This is was our first b&b experience. I'm afraid all others will be judged by this experience.

We have been going to vintage B&B homes across the country for more than 15 years. The Rosen House Inn is one of our "Top 3". Great host, beautiful house, safe quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable bed, and a fantastic breakfast with my own carafe of press coffee. My wife and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving week celebration of our anniversary, Thank you K & D for the beautiful time.

The BEST B & B in Fort Worth! The Rosen House Inn is a historic B n B in the Trendy Fairmount area of Fort Worth. It’s close to all of the cool stuff...shopping, restaurants, the zoo! I’ve stayed in two of the rooms and both are comfy and beautiful! Secure parking, fabulous porch! Pool! The innkeeper, Kelly, is a fabulous host and cooks up a very tasty breakfast! We will be back!

Kelly is, as acclaimed, the best hostess in existence. Neither my husband nor I remembered to pack toothpaste on our wedding night and she came to the rescue with a fresh tube of Colgate. This was our first time coming here, which has been awesome ^·^. The room and the house itself is very beautiful and unique. There are books to read, games and music. I enjoyed playing a few keys on the piano. The hospitality was really nice. Breakfast was yummy and they also have beautiful artwork there of horses. …

The home was dripping in charm. It was like stepping back to the early 1900's with every room. The host paid attention to all the details. Even me being gluten free. Breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly. We can't wait to return!

It was a beautiful home, full of warmth and elegance. We loved the home, pool and the friendliness of the staff. They made you feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was great! They were even very thoughtful about food allergies. The home is in walking distance to many actives. We had a great time.

Stayed here for a week, a very nice change of pace compared to staying at a chain hotel gated parking, breakfast, even 2 puppies to play with, and private pool. Was greeted to a very warm welcome at a family run bed and breakfast. old school home but kept up very well

Highly recommend. The home cooked breakfast was scrumptious. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Clean + socially distanced tables made us feel safe during Covid. Host Kelly was welcoming and thoughtful of all details.

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend getaway. Loved that it was within walking distance of Main Street which has a bunch of nice shops. Nice and quiet location and friendly hosts.

  • Anna Kaleva

Very quirky but homely place. Love the landlady's dog. Great location. Only downside was our room was above the kitchen so in the morning was being suffocated by fried potato fumes.

  • Renae Parker

I love Rosen Inn! Kelly takes such good care of me! Especially when I have to work during an ice storm! I’m so thankful for the Rosen Inn! It’s like staying with family! …
