Hi my son (5 years 7 months Old ) is suffering from Cp and from last 1 year we are on wait list of surgery with dr abhay khot after every 4 months the hospital have same problem we don’t have bed that’s why we are enable to do his surgery( what kind of excuse is this ? ) As a parents we are doing everything we never missed his any oppointment , physiotheraphy , osteo and swimming nothing we put him in private school even mom left his job. we never go out of city just because we don’t wanna missed his surgery and in return we got nothing in whole year :( PROBLEMS *my son is in pain *his school is effected he can’t play even * He is very smart child but now he is getting hyper just because of his physical condition at school he can’t sit on the chair and he can’t play outdoor * he is walking on toes his bone is getting out of shape * The AFO department stop the Afo because Afo is not working at this stage MY QUESTIONS If anything happened my son bone in future and we can’t do anything who will be responsible ?? The hospital don’t have any bed in whole year seriously?? why ?

The doctors were really good, unfortunately the admin team was not. Because I am an overseas visitor, I need to pay for my medical fee (outpatient services) and I was told that the tax invoice would be sent via email the day after so I can claim it to my private insurance. I have yet to receive the tax invoice on the second day, so I made an online enquiry. Two weeks plus three days later, I still have not received the tax invoice. I called today to check and was rudely told today is not business day, so they can’t access the board for me. It was fine if they told me in a nice tone but they were actually talking in a very unpleasant tone (almost as though the other person is looking down at me).

This place treated my little sister like dirt and left an 18 year old in the street at 3am. The ambulance worker/nurse is called Marie and her and her partner left my covid stricken sister who is in agony on the street and had the AUDACITY TO SHOUT AT HER She went on to scream to people on the street that this girl has covid. Wouldn’t even let my mother or any one pick her up but also they just left her which makes no sense. Everything has been documented and the video is heart wrenching to watch This hospital needs to do BETTER to ensure young girls are treated and are safe. I’m absolutely horrified by what has happened!!! If I could give this place —10 * I would

The doctors and nurses are wonderful, helpful, patient and compassionate. They work very hard. I never realised how hard the work is for a nurse. It's not easy for anyone to be in hospital. But as a patient it's better to comply with the staff. Remember it's only Jehovah God who will remove all pain and sickness by means of His Kingdom. Read the Bible, Start a free Bible study with any Jehovah's Witnesses and see the answers to any questions you might have. I found a few Scriptures that support the facts. Stayed there are for 5 days. The Doctors were unprofessional,down right,was very dictatorial. Nurse in charge on the 18th Nov morning was very rude. She and a nurse in green uniform was discussing me as a mad old woman in they're language. Unfautnatly for them gathered the conversation. I reported this to the security. Hope some will look in to this matter. It is definitely not a rehab for mentally sound patients like me. Sorry to say the Victorian medical system is veres than the poorest country in world.

Many thanks to the doctors, nurses & carers that work here & helped care for one of my family members during his last months. The staff here are compassionate, understanding and very professional.

World Class Hospital, full of amenities that cater for all patients and visitors needs. The Staff are highly qualified and trained professionls, that really know how to care for all patients.

I was a patient for 3 months after leg amputation. All the staff in the ward, rehab section inc. woodwork were the best. I cannot speak too highly of Royal Park Campus.

We had dealings with the Home Dialysis Team for a period of 12 months. All staff there were professional and caring. I highly recommend.

Waste of time an frustrating!!!! 7hrs wait. Watching people walk in with a cut finger. Yet a broken disc in a neck isn't urgent
