The Salad Bar es una alternativa interesante en un mercado plagado de empanadas, pizzas y parrilladas. Muy buenas sopas y un buffet de ingredientes frios y calientes para elegir y armar tu propia ensalada, salvo que optes por alguna de sus ensaladas del menú. La atención es lo mejor: todos amables, sonrientes y pacientes con los clientes. Está ubicado cerca del centro pero en una cuadra tranquila, con un par de mesas en la vereda. Una alternativa para vegetarianos, ovolactovegetarianos y veganos. Felicitaciones y todo el éxito!

Fuimos buscando un poco de comida sana y nos encantó. La fruta natural estaba impresionante, las combinaciones que hacen para los bowls y los smoothies me encantaron. Pedimos también la quesadilla de calabacín y la tostada de pera, ambas buenísimas. Las chicas son encantadoras, fueron muy simpáticas, rápidas y amables. Tienen sitio en el interior pero también cuentan con una terraza muy agradable.

Extremely grateful to have discovered this spot with delicious fresh salads. At first I was worried it was just the salad bar in front, but the delicious magic is in the kitchen(which you could see through the door. Both of us (one vegetarian and one not) loved our meal. Great music plus English spoken, if you need it. The juices are delicious too!

Wonderful choices for vegetarians, including tofu

The smile that we were greeted with was so warm that we felt at home instantly. After days of empanadas and meat we were craving a salad and we were not disappointed. You can either mix and match your own or choose from their signature salads. All of them were absolutely fresh, delicious and with many different ingredients. We also had the appetizer platter and what can I say - just fabulous. This place is unique and I can highly recommend it!

Every previous comment you’ve read to mine is 100% true. I was greeted by the warmest staff in which they explained the awesome menu. Had a lovely chat with the owner, she said they have only been open for 2 months and things are going great. I love the traditional Argentinian food but its so perfect to find this salad bar with fresh, high-quality ingredients. And you must try the homemade smoothies! Will be back very soon :)

After over a week of being in Argentina I was craving a simple healthy meal. We found this salad bar online and am so happy we did! The salad was delicious, fresh & filling. The owner is lovely, speaks English fluently and couldn’t of been more welcoming. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a healthy meal in Salta.

Just tried out the salad bar which was near our hotel. Fresh wholesome food and accommodations were made to adjust the food for a recovering upset tummy. Made a pleasant change from Spanish/Italian choices whilst travelling through Argentina. This business cares about its product and the food is yummy too!

Comimos sándwiches y estaban muy buenos, se notan los ingredientes frescos y el pan parecía masa madre. Precios acordes a la calidad de los ingredientes. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque inicialmente íbamos a comer ahí, pero con el calor que hacía decidimos llevar e ir a comer al hotel. Tenían un aire prendido y la puerta abierta de par en par.

Absolutely fantastic. Came with 3 friends and we got a variety between salads, soups, hummus, sandwiches and the curry. Everyone was extremely satisfied!! Best food I’ve had in a long time. The staff was amazing, and very careful about my nut allergy which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!
